The Billionaire CEO Wants to Marry Me Every Day-Chapter 507: His Little Kitten
The man suddenly sat up straight, his hand holding the phone trembling violently, and a look of disbelief appeared on his face.
The two women, seeing the man with such an expression for the first time, quickly leaned over to check.
On the phone screen, the girl’s face, the size of a palm, was stunningly beautiful and visually impactful, making her unforgettable at first glance.
The two women exclaimed in surprise, "This girl is so beautiful! Aaron, do you know her?"
The man called Aaron did not answer their question, he merely curled his lips on his own.
He’s been so busy lately that he forgot he met a little kitten in Cathaysia that suited his taste.
To his surprise, his little kitten not only disarms bombs but plays excellent piano.
Not bad, indeed fitting to be called his kitten.
The man stood directly from the throne-like luxurious chair, ignoring the two women, and walked out while making a call—
"The woman I asked you to investigate in Cathaysia last time, why hasn’t the information been sent to me yet?"
The subordinate on the phone replied respectfully, "Young Master, it was sent to your email before, I’ll send you another copy."
The call ended, and Aaron soon received a new email.
The email detailed the girl’s past resume and her current whereabouts.
"Crestfall University..." Aaron curled his lips again.
He hadn’t expected his little kitten’s life to be so rough, trafficked to a mountain village from a young age, and now moving from the village to Cathaysia’s Crestfall... Tsk, what a beautiful but ill-fated girl, and he was going to rescue her!
Aaron directly walked out of the castle-like house, just about to drive, when two bodyguards appeared and stopped him.
"Sorry, young master, sir has said you can’t leave recently."
Aaron frowned, "Why?"
The bodyguards exchanged a glance, then one of them spoke, "There was dissatisfaction with your last action from the Duke’s side, sir is worried you might disrupt the new cooperation with him and wants you to stay at home for a few days until the cooperation ends."
Aaron’s frown deepened.
"I’m not going to cause trouble for the Duke, I’m going to find a future pianist for him, doesn’t he like playing piano? I’ll bring her to meet him!"
Yet the two bodyguards didn’t relent, insisting, "Sorry, young master, you can’t go out."
Aaron’s face darkened.
These two were exceptionally skilled, he could fight them but would certainly be caught again afterwards...
After two seconds of thought, Aaron said, "Take me to see him! I’ll talk to him myself!"
...
Meanwhile, back in the country.
Summer Monroe asked several people before finally finding out that Mio Osborne was at the faculty dormitory.
Unable to get through to Mio Osborne’s phone, she had no choice but to show up and knock on the door.
Because without asking for leave in advance, Mio Osborne might come looking for trouble when she returned.
Inside the room.
Mio Osborne had already changed into his pajamas, ready for bed. Lately, he’d been suffering from insomnia, taking at least two hours to fall asleep, so he had to lie down with his eyes closed ahead of time.
Suddenly, the door sounded with a knock, and Mio Osborne, annoyed, got out of bed to open it.
Seeing Summer Monroe standing at the door, a complex expression flashed across Mio Osborne’s face.
Towards Summer Monroe, he harbored many emotions that even he couldn’t understand.
Yet, the sight of the pretty-faced girl knocking at his door this late at night gave rise to a budding feeling within him.
This feeling made him fear, made him anxious.
For a moment, Mio Osborne’s face turned even more sullen, and he coldly asked with a grimace, "At this late hour, what do you want by entering a teacher’s room?"
The statement made Summer Monroe’s presence seem a bit strange.
The kind of strange that could evoke sordid associations.
Yet Mio Osborne felt an unprecedented sense of exhilaration.
