THE AWAKENING: BIO-GENETICS-Chapter 132: Give It Hell!
Hiro knew the universe was giving him a chance to protect his friends. Halting his raspy breathing with a strong sigh. He raised his head and glared at the Alpha with a murderous look.
It glared back with the same intensity, two predators on the way toward a massive showdown and both of them weren’t letting up soon. One must go down and one would be victorious.
"Hiro!"
He flinched at Ten’s voice and turned to him. A breath of relief found him knowing they were okay and not blown by the force of the raw energy. He saved them for now.
"Your sword!" Ten called at the top of his lungs. "It absorbed the Alpha’s energy" he adds. "It can absorb it! This is your chance!"
’This is your chance, Hiro, this is the way to defeat the Alpha. You are the only one that can do this. I believe in you!’
Hiro froze at his words, eyes wide and lips apart. He turned back to the mysterious weapon he held. ’It absorbed it’ the realization found him. That’s why they didn’t get blown off, it took everything. It sucked it all!
"Give it back!"
Hiro’s head snapped back to Ten at his words. The fat glow of light was jumping and cheering like he didn’t have a life-threatening injury.
"Give it back to that bastard!" he shouts. "Use it to destroy the Alpha!" he points to the Alpha. "Send that bastard flying!" he gave a thumbs up and then pointed it down with a wide grin on his lips. "Blast it to hell!"
Hiro paused for a moment but then a smirk found his lips as he faced the Alpha, it roared more pissed than it was the last night, the pressure hanging in the air by the sheer force of it.
"You got it, Ten," Hiro said, gripping the sword more. "I will give it back to that bastard," he said in a deadly tone ready for the next attack.
The Alpha roared dangerously, as the mouth beamed blue again, the energy forming and ready to fire.
"It’s gonna shoot that stuff again!" Homura panicked.
With one plunge of his foot to the ground, Hiro zapped after the Alpha like a sharp bullet, the force made the air around the wave unstable.
Everyone was caught off guard by Hiro’s speed, anticipatedly watching the whole thing.
"AAAAAHHHHHHH" Hiro gave a loud battle cry, his sword held backward as he charged at the Alpha.
The Alpha once again released the energy, Hiro used his sword as a shield as the energy collided with it, but his sword sucks the energy, with one wave of his sword, the intent to slash the Alpha’s head off, but the Alpha was fast enough as it uses his horn as a shield, the sword slammed into it, it made a loud sound like two iron was jamming, the force sent both of them backward.
The Alpha slid back in force but still held its ground with a growl, his claws digging on the rooftop for support. Before roaring into the skies.
Hiro flew across the rooftop somersaulting and slamming into it hard, as he slid back, flat on the rooftop until he stopped. He released a sharp breath as the pain of the impact shook through his body like a hurricane.
The Alpha roared again, becoming more angry and frustrated.
Hiro with one knee to the ground took a harsh breath, his head trailing lots of blood from the hard impact, his head split like it would split into two but he didn’t care.
The Alpha summons another energy from its mouth releasing it once again at Hiro, his teeth clenched as he senses the energy coming.
But Haya came forth levitating on the air with a spiderweb-red aura around her as she deflected the energy with hers, it landed elsewhere causing a loud boom sound.
She growled as she used her remaining energy to hold the Alpha horn firm, it made roaring sounds of displeasure as it tried to break free but Haya held firm. ’I have to hold on’ she thought determined, the fear she had earlier for this thing gone and replaced it with anger and pain. It hurt Ten and the other! There was no way she was letting this off the hook.
She would support Hiro as best as she could!
"I got you covered, Hiro!" Haya shouted knowing he heard her. "SO GO, KILL THAT MONSTER AND TAKE REVENGE FOR OUR FRIENDS!" She shouts holding it down with all her might. Her teeth clenched and her eyes squeezed shut.
Hiro’s body trembled as he watched Haya portray such strength. He smiled faintly knowing there was no way he could back down now, it wasn’t an option. Not for him.
Hiro’s fist clenched around his sword tightly as he slowly rose to his feet. He stood like that for a second, gathering all the strength he could muster, his body registered excruciating pain but the only pain that nailed him the most was failing at this moment.
"We strive to reclaim the surface," he said as his body went up in his bright dark blue aura, widely spreading around him, he felt a boost to his abilities.
"FOR HUMANITY!" He shouts as he charges toward the Alpha at speed.
"Go Hiroooooo!" Ten cheered at the top of his lungs.
"Goooooooo!" Homura screamed.
’Hiro’ Touka thought as tears filled her eyes. She didn’t know how to feel, all she knew was she believed. She believes Hiro will defeat the Alpha.
"Don’t stop!" she screamed as she bowed her head, and the tears slid down her cheeks.
At that moment they knew. They all did. It wasn’t just a spark of hope of survival, it wasn’t just a means to an end.
This was everyone that lost their life, this was for someone’s sacrifice, the ones holding the pack for all their might. For the dead and the surface.
’Hiro’ Yuki thought watching him charge toward the alpha like a bullet. She stretched her hand forward, the wind carrying her hair.
’Go’
