"Myna... just like her name, she was soothing music in our lives. When our lives were at their peaks at the crumbling point, she came like an angel. Aurora loved her the moment she saw Myna. And even I loved her when I saw her.

"After her miscarriage, Aurora asked one thing that was Myna. I adopted her without a second thought. After her arrival, Aurora’s health started to heal but not completely. Aurora laughed with her presence.

"But when she left us, aurora’s health again started falling apart," Anthony said sadly.

"She must be feeling sad because you and Oliver came here not for her and for hiding the truth," Martin said.

"She is the kindest woman I have seen after my wife. Her anger won’t last long. Even if she is angry, it’s reasonable. I would feel happy at least she was angry with me and her brother. From her childhood, she was always understanding and always tried to impress her just so that she won’t be sent back to the orphanage. She always showed love to us and nothing else. I wished she shared her sadness, anger, disappointment, and every negative feeling but she never did.

"Many years passed, I hope at least she understands me and her mother well now," Anthony said.

Myna has happy tears in her eyes. She never thought Anthony and Aurora felt like this about her. If this was what they wanted she would give it to them. When she was in the orphanage she saw her friends return to the orphanage because their adopted parents were disappointed in them.

She tried her best to impress them, she tried not to disappoint them. Myna always did her best to impress them. And becoming a doctor was one of the reasons to treat her mother. 𝐟𝐫𝕖𝗲𝘄𝚎𝗯𝕟𝐨𝕧𝐞𝚕.𝕔𝕠𝐦

But she wasn’t capable enough to do that with her knowledge. She tried to find a cure for her illness with her seniors and specialists but she didn’t get any satisfactory answer from them.

As she thought about it, her thoughts went to Martin’s hospitalized state. She remembered that Martin’s medication was altered. And with Maynard in the picture, it was possible for Martin’s medicine alteration was done by her senior itself because she once saw him together with Maynard.

And when he joined Emerson’s groups, the doctors did all kinds of things to wake him up early because of his relations with Cedric. They gave him acupuncture treatment and treatment with medicinal herbs that made him healthy faster and he recovered faster with their help.

Suddenly, she realized why can’t try this treatment for her mother. It’s easier for her to recover and get healthy again.

"What do you want now?" Martin asked.

"I want Eleanor to be separated from Cedric. If I was a little late, she would have lost her child and who knows in what kind of state she would have been in. He isn’t capable of protecting her. And I want you and her to meet my wife. So that my wife can live happily at least in her last days," Anthony said.

Eleanor felt like bursting out. She had enough of his righteous and emotional talk.

Her mother left them only caring about her feelings. Everyone said she loved her father but was disheartened because he only respected her but didn’t love her. But now she wondered if she loved her.

If she loved, her father would never leave her. If she has come clean with him, this much drama wouldn’t have happened. She fucked it up and now realizes that?

Just because she sneaked at them for the distance doesn’t make her a good or loving mother. She should have faced everything. She should have faced it with courage and fought for them. But she didn’t! She only cared about her feelings alone, leaving a family of three in ruins and tears.

She sympathizes with her for what happened to her but won’t forgive her. And her biological father... tried to make her company go bankrupt just because he didn’t receive his wife’s affection! How ridiculous it was?

It was his failure that made her lock her affection towards him. Instead of caring about her, he let her grieve alone in the name of privacy.

He failed as a husband and now since he got to know she was his daughter he came to reconcile?

Does he think when he wanted to ruin them, he can drag them down to the streets? Now since he wanted to reconcile, he can do it with ease.

Boy, oh boy, if it was that easy the misery in this world would have ended a long ago. No one would be suffering. The world wouldn’t have been this complicated. It’s easy to stay alive but hard to live with swirling emotions and feelings.

Since Aurora was her mother and gave birth to her carrying nine months she respect her. The love she had for her mother died long ago with constant disappointments. And now she has responsibility for her. And since Anthony was her sperm donor, she would respect him but it doesn’t mean she will follow his words like a slave!

The elders fucked their lives and now came back to fuck it more? She won’t allow it. She was a fool back then not now and not anymore.

She had enough of eavesdropping. Eleanor has to make a few things clear to him. Just because he ruled the underworld a few years ago and everyone listened to him, doesn’t mean she would do too. It’s her future she got the call to make decisions! Not him or anybody!

"I don’t make decisions for her, she will do. And she isn’t a kid for me or my son to make decisions," Aiden said for which Martin nodded his head.

Just then Eleanor opened the door with a bang, shocking everyone.

Anthony, Martin, and Aiden were shocked. Hearing the bang voice people who were listening to the conversation frowned.
