Sweet Time Only for You: The Entanglement between Mr. Lu and Miss Song-Chapter 135: Now That You’ve Signed, You’re Mine
Countless cameras were pointed at Song Yinyin and Lu Jihan, the sound of flash bulbs clicking all around almost overwhelmed Song Yinyin.
Fortunately, Lu Jihan was there by her side the entire time, quietly steadying her wavering figure.
With the bodyguards’ escort, they finally managed to escape the encirclement of the media reporters.
As soon as she sat down in the black business vehicle, Song Yinyin let out a long sigh of relief.
"It’s finally over, uff, that was nerve-racking." She remarked, clutching her chest.
Out of nowhere, Lu Jihan’s deep laughter sounded beside her: "You should get used to it soon, I’m afraid this will be the norm in the future."
"..." Song Yinyin was speechless.
On further thought, he was right.
Once she becomes the newly signed young pianist of Mainland Group, her appearances before the media would increase significantly.
It seemed she indeed needed to adapt quickly.
The passenger door opened, and Shen Kang got in, handing over two documents.
"Miss Song, here’s your ten-year contract with Mainland Group’s CBB Entertainment Company. Please review carefully, and if there’s no issue, you can sign it."
Song Yinyin took the documents and began to peruse them.
At the end of the document, Lu Jihan’s signature was already there, bold and vigorous, capturing Song Yinyin’s attention.
"Trust me, give me a year, and I will use that year to turn you into a world-class young pianist."
Lu Jihan’s firm voice rang in her ears.
Song Yinyin was taken aback. 𝕗𝗿𝕖𝐞𝐰𝗲𝕓𝐧𝕠𝕧𝗲𝐥.𝚌𝐨𝚖
She looked up at Lu Jihan, curiously asking, "Why choose me? Actually, choosing Song Anqi would be the safest and most immediately rewarding choice for you."
After all, Song Anqi’s current fame wouldn’t require Mainland Group to invest much more effort in building it further.
Yet she was new, investing in an unknown newcomer was a risky decision for Mainland Group.
However, Lu Jihan simply said: "I believe in your strength. What I need is a pianist with real artistic talent, not a fake product propped up by the internet and superficial things."
Fake product?
Song Yinyin couldn’t help but chuckle.
If Song Anqi knew Lu Jihan described her this way, would she be furious?
She tilted her head to look at Lu Jihan, "You’re so wicked... Couldn’t you use another adjective?"
"I’m just speaking the truth." He shrugged.
Perhaps this action affected his arm injury because Lu Jihan slightly furrowed his brow and reached to press on his arm.
"Does your wound still hurt?" Unable to hold back any longer, Song Yinyin finally voiced the question that had been lingering in her mind for days.
"Mm, a bit."
She pursed her lips, "I’ll change your dressing when we get back."
Lu Jihan slightly raised an eyebrow, his deep eyes fixed on her face, causing a slight blush to creep onto Song Yinyin’s cheeks, making her instinctively look away.
Noticing the hint of pink at her ear, a small smile tugged at the corner of his mouth.
"Sign the contract first, we can talk about everything else once we’re back."
"Okay." Song Yinyin responded and decisively signed her name.
After signing, she handed the document to him, "It’s signed."
Lu Jihan’s smile broadened, the starlight in his profound eyes sparkling as he suddenly said:
"Now that you’ve signed the contract, from now on, you’re mine."
