Of course some souls have special conditions as even in the next life they are born with their past life Karma, cause and effect follow them, it is when the 2nd types comes.

As Awakened break the mortal boundaries, Their soul also get stronger with it, so if anyone below A-rank die, their soul unlike other’s not go to the underworld, Nope it is directly thrown into the Samsara.
