Surviving in the Beast World with a System-Chapter 107: An Important Matter
Teng Qian rapped him on his tiger head, looking thoroughly exasperated. "You idiot."
Then he pointed to where Yuan Lang had just been standing. "Didn’t you see the General standing right there, chewing on his finger?"
To demonstrate, he stuck his own rather thick finger into his mouth and slurped on it twice.
Teng Kun gave him a disgusted look. "I’m not blind. The General just tapped it to his lips. He didn’t suck on it at all.
Besides, it looked pretty cool when he did it. But when you do it, big brother, you just look like a total creep."
Teng Qian: "..."
’Sorry, everyone. I’m going to have to excuse myself for a moment to go beat up this tactless little brother of mine. Please excuse the embarrassing display.’
He let out a couple of menacing laughs, grabbed his little brother by the scruff of his neck, and prepared to find a spot to give him a beating.
But the courageous Teng Kun suddenly blurted out, "I just remembered something super important!"
Seeing the conflicted expression on his brother’s face, Teng Qian irritably smacked him on his tiger head again. "Spit it out. The beating starts as soon as you’re done."
Teng Kun glanced at the finger his brother had just been sucking on. "Big brother... you didn’t wash your hands after you wiped your butt earlier. That was the finger you just..."
Teng Qian: "..."
’What the F---!!!’
All thoughts of beating up his damn brother vanished. He started dry-heaving, letting out a series of howls as he sprinted toward the river.
Left in the dust, a bewildered Teng Kun shook his massive tiger head, then took off running after his brother. "Big brother, wait for me! I didn’t wash my hands either!"
The surrounding Snow Tiger Tribe members: "..."
What could they say?
It just seemed that after returning from the salt trade, those two tiger boys had gotten even dumber...
The moment Wu Yue stepped into Grandma Lu Shui’s cave, she felt how crowded it was.
Inside the cave, Grandma Lu Shui, her mates, Qingcao, Qinghua, and Qinghua’s mate were all huddled on a grass mat, their faces etched with worry.
Grandma Lu Shui herself was being held by two of her mates, her face contorted in agony.
There were already several long, bloody scratches on her arms, a frightening sight.
Wu Yue rushed forward. "Grandma Lu Shui, you can’t scratch it!"
’Scratching it open will only make it more painful.’
Lu Shui managed a faint smile. "Ah, Yue, it’s just so painful. I couldn’t help but scratch it, that’s why I asked my mates to hold me."
Although Wu Yue had never personally experienced such an agonizing itch, as someone who would scratch herself raw over a single mosquito bite, she could certainly empathize.
She immediately opened the small pouch at her side, took out the earthy-yellow ginger, and cut a few slices. Holding them in her hand, she said, "These ginger slices are very effective for this kind of itchy pain. I just applied some for Grandma Hua Shu.
Grandma Hua Shu is all better now. Let me apply it for you."
Hearing this, Lu Shui sat up from her mate’s embrace and held out her arm without hesitation.
Wu Yue took a slice of ginger and began rubbing it on her arm. The cool sensation from the juice made Grandma Lu Shui sigh in relief.
By the time Wu Yue finished with the second arm, the itching and pain on the first had already vanished.
Grandma Lu Shui exclaimed, "It really doesn’t hurt or itch anymore!"
Everyone was overjoyed at her words, and they all looked at Wu Yue with newfound admiration.
"Yue, you’re amazing!"
Qingcao excitedly gave Wu Yue a fierce hug, while Qinghua and the other Beastmen present thanked her earnestly.
A smile bloomed on Wu Yue’s face. "There’s no need to be so formal with me."
Then, she looked at Lu Shui. "Grandma Lu Shui, do you have any dandelions here?"
