Summoners War: Only I Summoned Divine Beasts-Chapter 995: Axia
Chapter 995: Axia
While Selena and the others were arguing, a piece of paper gradually fell down to her face. It looked like a normal fall at first, but she noticed the ena that moved the paper and grabbed it.
"Huh?" Rood frowned.
"What are you doing? Do you have no respect toward us?" Lavinster gritted his teeth.
Selena rolled her eyes, but she didn’t get angry. After all, she couldn’t help but think of another way to utilize this guy.
Selena tossed the paper to Rood, which he easily caught. When he read it, his eyes couldn’t help but widen.
"Huh... this is..." Rood gasped and lifted up his gaze to confirm it with Selena. There was only one word written on the paper.
"Axia."
Which Axia? There was only one name with ’Axia’ in their mind. And that was none other than the 5th-ranked academy located in the world, Axia Academy. It was located in this kingdom.
Selena nodded with a serious expression. "It looks like they’re going to target Axia Academy next."
"This is not good. We can’t let them use the summoners as hosts!" Rood panicked.
Selena waved her hand. "Not so fast. If we react too fast, they will find it suspicious. They have Lucas, so he might be the reason they could arrive so fast. If we do it now, they might do unpredictable things.
"Instead, we should go to the nearest place to the academy that can be accessed through the portal and enter the city where the academy is by foot.
"The academy faced this problem a few months ago, so if we send some people secretly, they will know what to do, especially with the medicine."
"You are a coward! We just have to blast them with overwhelming strength!" Lavinster snarled.
Selena’s eyebrows twitched. "I have tolerated you from the beginning. Can you stop running your mouth?"
"What did you say?" Lavinster gritted his teeth.
Rood waved his hand, stopping both of them. He actually agreed with Selena for this. "Alright. Let’s do it your way. There should be a city called Winfedell not far from the academy. We should be able to reach the academy in two hours on foot."
The reason Rood agreed to this suggestion was because Selena provided this information. If he followed the direction of the paper earlier, he found no one in that spot.
He believed Selena had another method to figure out their positions, so antagonizing Selena would mean losing that valuable information.
Selena nodded with a serious expression. "Alright. Let’s go."
They first regrouped with the others. Flora, who had been observing from afar, couldn’t help but say, "You have it hard."
"It doesn’t matter. The more arrogant they are, the more ignorant they will be. Nathan has always told us that this kind of person is good to be our bait.
"Since Nathan isn’t here, everything has been working perfectly fine. That’s probably the reason he hasn’t shown up yet. And if he’s going to show up, I’m sure it will be in the academy."
"That sounds like him." Flora smiled. "Well, do your best. We’re not supposed to deal with these people anyway, but if we’re going to deal with them, then we’ll get in turn. How are we going to deal with them?"
"Depending on their strength, we’ll divide our group into several. If they are still grandmasters, we either fight them by ourselves or go with a pair. If it’s higher than that, we will have to fight together.
"Right now, our strength is approaching the arcane level, but we’re still not on that level."
"Alright." Flora nodded. "I will tell the others. We’ll follow you one or two hours after your teleportation. We’ll regroup again later."
"Sure."
...
Selena’s assessment was pretty accurate. In fact, she knew where the information came from.
There were three people observing Sandra and Lucas earlier. They were none other than Evelyn, Bella, and Sonia.
Sonia was the one erasing their presence while Bella’s illusion imitated Mae’s and started messing around with a person’s basic judgment. These two were responsible for maintaining their invisibility.
Meanwhile, Evelyn immediately leaked out her space element the moment Lucas teleported them.
"Huu..." Evelyn sighed before pointing forward. "They’re heading in this direction. Any city in this direction?"
Bella opened up the map and checked it carefully. "There are two. It’s Axia Academy and further north is Qitall."
"I doubt they’re going to another city. It looks like they’re trying their luck in the academy this time." Evelyn furrowed her eyebrows.
Bella took out a piece of paper and a pencil from the space bracelet and sent forth the information to Selena.
The moment the information had been delivered, Evelyn teleported them outside the city.
Unlike Lucas, Evelyn was a world class summoner. Her sense was much sharper, so the moment she finished her teleportation, she noticed the fluctuation. "They’re here indeed. Sonia. Track them down. I’m going to make some preparations."
"Are we going to make our move here?" Bella asked.
"Yeah. Nathan told me to drag him back once they target an academy. That’s why I will draw a magic circle here to seal off their teleportation.
"Bella. You help Sonia for now. I will send a message to Revon and the others to make their preparations to deal with Devia, who was in charge of their basic information. She should be somewhere in the brothel far from here.
"I will probably deal with that space element user personally, but I will let those girls handle the other person."
Bella nodded. "In that case, I will stop Rood if necessary. He looks like he’s going to skin the enemy alive the moment he sees them."
"Yeah. That will be for the best. We’re going to fulfill the promise to Nathan. Depending on the situation and location, I might give them the chance to deal with the space element user themselves.
"Either way, make preparations. Let me drag this guy back from the alien territory first! We’ll regroup in a few minutes."
"Understood."
