Starting as a Class Five Mutant-Chapter 595
Chapter 595 - 595
For now, Syd paid no mind to the arrival of Death and the others. His attention was fully focused on the projection of another universe.
In his perception, this projection was extremely weak—still in the embryonic stage of an unborn infant. But for him, resolving such a situation was trivial.
At the moment, he resisted the urge to reconstruct the body and instead turned his attention outward, curious about the surrounding environment.
His powerful mind extended in a subtle wave, sweeping gently beyond.
In an instant, sounds and sights reached him.
He saw a young woman with noble elegance, golden hair cascading down her shoulders, hurrying down a palace corridor.
It wasn't long before she entered a lavish hall.
"Odin, I have good news for you."
Frigga stepped into the room, smiling at the armored man with a broad frame and the Eternal Spear in his hand.
"Frigga, what is it?" asked a slightly younger Odin, a hint of surprise on his face.
Frigga gently placed her hand on her belly, radiating maternal warmth as she said, "There is new life inside me."
Odin was stunned. "Are you serious, Frigga?"
She nodded softly.
Odin quickly extended his senses toward her abdomen—only for his brow to furrow deeply the next moment.
"He's too weak... He won't be a worthy warrior."
Though he was initially excited, once he sensed the child within, disappointment crept into his voice.
To him, the child was too feeble—so fragile it seemed like he could vanish at any moment. Even if born, he would surely remain weak.
"To be a son of Odin... he should at least not be this weak," Odin thought bitterly.
Frigga's expression darkened.
"Odin, is battle all you ever think about? What's wrong with not being a warrior? What if he's weak? As long as he's happy and safe, that's all that matters!"
Then she paused, puzzled. "Wait... I think he's growing... very quickly? It feels like he's about to be born."
Odin blinked, startled. "That's impossible. How could he be born so quickly?"
Even for Asgardians, this speed was unheard of—far beyond anything even Midgard's humans could experience.
But when he focused again, he could clearly sense it: the child's growth was accelerating at an unbelievable rate. He was nearly ready to be born.
"What is going on?!"
Syd, too, sensed it—and though surprised at first, he wasn't too shocked.
After all, this was just a projection of information. Rapid growth was to be expected.
Before long, Frigga clutched her stomach in pain, her body trembling.
"Ahhh..." she cried out.
"What's wrong?" Odin asked, suddenly alarmed.
"I... I'm going into labor!" she groaned.
"What?!"
That quickly?
Odin stood frozen in disbelief.
But there was no time to think. As Frigga doubled over in pain, he rushed to the door and shouted, "Someone! Help!"
Soon after, attendants poured in to assist with the delivery.
Odin, meanwhile, stood outside, waiting nervously. Despite the child's frailty, he was still his child.
As he anxiously stood by, Odin's senses stirred—he could feel the infant nearing birth.
Just as he thought about checking on the child later...
Syd made his move.
He hadn't come to this universe just to look around. His true purpose—aside from observing the 616 universe—was to invade this new universe and become its Creator God, thus stacking and amplifying his divine influence.
Now that he was here, he didn't hesitate.
He followed the pull of destiny and began to merge with this universe's abstract essence—its Creator Deity.
In an instant—before he was even born—a horrifying phenomenon occurred!
An indescribable, radiant brilliance erupted from Frigga's womb, flooding the entire palace.
In the blink of an eye, that strange, sacred light blanketed all of Asgard!
Inside the chamber—
Frigga stared at her belly in disbelief.
The maids were frozen in place.
"What... what's happening?"
"What's that light?!"
Their eyes snapped to the Queen's abdomen, but after barely a glance, the light stung so fiercely they had to look away.
And then they felt it—a terrifying power radiating from Frigga's womb.
Outside, Odin was just as stunned. The light enveloped all of Asgard, and he had no explanation for it.
Throughout the realm, Asgardians stared at the radiant sky in awe and fear.
"What's going on?"
"Where is that light coming from?!"
Cries of confusion echoed everywhere.
Meanwhile—
A young boy, short and golden-haired, resembling a miniature Thor, looked around in astonishment.
At first, it seemed like that was the end of it.
But Odin, Heimdall, and other powerful beings suddenly realized something was very wrong.
The light hadn't stopped—it was still spreading, rushing outward!
The speed—it was impossible to describe.
At the Bifrost, Heimdall, the Gatekeeper of Asgard, stood stunned. His golden eyes, capable of seeing across the Nine Realms, were filled with shock.
"The Nine Realms... the entire universe... it's glowing."
In his eyes, the cosmos had become a sea of blinding light.
Nearby Asgardians gasped at his words.
"The entire universe? Glowing?!"
"Heimdall, are you serious?"
Meanwhile—
Across the universe, various powerful entities sensed the shift.
Something had changed.
A new will had emerged.
What was going on?!
