Starforce Warriors-Chapter 530: Spear Technique
Chapter 530: Spear Technique
It was well known that Lord San Zang’s enemies were as numerous as his friends. For some inexplicable reason, San Zang possessed a unique talent for turning strangers into enemies in record time. The fact that he had lived this long without being killed was nothing short of a miracle.
Rumor had it that he had angered so many people in Great Xia that his life was in constant danger. Officially, he was infiltrating enemy territory for the Dragon Group, but unofficially, he had crossed the ocean to Jiepeng to save himself from his vengeful pursuers.
However, this chubby man, nicknamed San Zang, Burier of Heaven, Earth, and Gods, had undeniably improved the operations of Great Xia’s Dragon Group in the Jiepeng Empire.
San Zang began examining the two cyborg bodies. A man of eclectic knowledge, he had dabbled in nearly every field. After a thorough inspection, even he couldn’t help but marvel at the two technological marvels.
"Dammit, this is some high-quality stuff," San Zang exclaimed, his eyes lighting up in enthusiasm. "I almost want to chop off my own head and attach it to one of these just to see how amazing it feels. Heck, I bet it’d even guarantee certain... perks that last forever, haha!"
The Doctor and Poison Wolf were speechless. But when San Zang actually pulled out a knife and began tracing it along his neck, they panicked, rushing to grab his waist and legs to stop him. San Zang reluctantly gave up the idea.
"Doesn’t seem to have any major issues." He concluded after another round of inspections. "No hidden tracking devices or embedded programs that I can detect. But it’d be best to have Little Scrap double-check."
Doctor nodded. "My recommendation is to break them down and analyze them here in Jiepeng. Encrypt the technology and send it back to Great Xia in batches. That would be much safer."
Poison Wolf added, "But one thing is clear, Jiepeng must be scouring the globe for these two bodies. We need to be extremely cautious."
San Zang agreed. "If that monkey-masked guy can take care of the Burrower Squad and their pursuit, our situation will improve significantly."
But none of them expected the explosive news that spread just two hours later. The sixteen member strong Realm of Traces’ Burrower Squad had been completely annihilated. The most shocking fact was that the Burrower Squad hadn’t been ambushed on a mission. They had been killed in their own base, a hotel under the jurisdiction of the Star Council, by a mysterious individual who stormed in out of nowhere.
When the news broke, the entire city was in uproar.
“What the hell?!” San Zang blurted out, utterly stunned.
Doctor and Poison Wolf were equally dumbfounded. This development was beyond absurd. All they had hoped for was that the monkey-masked man would divert the Burrower Squad’s attention or orchestrate an ambush to reduce their numbers, making it harder for them to complete their mission.
They never imagined that he would march straight into the enemy’s lair and annihilate them. What an audacious man.
"Maybe... we really can trust him," Poison Wolf said, swallowing hard.
Doctor nodded in agreement. This man was utterly ferocious. He had just stormed into enemy territory and slaughtered them. This wasn’t espionage. This was tower diving for a kill.
After verifying the accuracy of the information through his own channels, San Zang clicked his tongue in amazement.
"So it’s true. He actually barged into the Burrower Squad’s base and killed all those Yiggs operatives. Tsk, tsk, tsk. This guy doesn’t mess around. Well, since he’s so badass, let’s just hand over any unsolvable problems to him from now on."
The other two turned to look at him. Classic San Zang. Utterly shameless, but true to his nature.

Dragon Bloom Factory.
In a small room, Li Xiaofei was playing with a dog.
"I’ll name you Black Emperor." He said, stroking the dog’s head. "You’re so black... and so bold..."
Tsukiha Yaiba let out a soft hum from below.
Li Xiaofei patted her head, signaling her to continue. "Don’t get the wrong idea; I wasn’t talking about you."
The little black dog barked loudly, shaking its head in protest.
"You don’t like the name?" Li Xiaofei chuckled. "Great! That settles it. From now on, you’re Black Emperor... Oh, by the way, I still don’t know if you’re male or female."
He picked up the little black dog, spread its hind legs, and inspected it carefully.
"Woof!"
The dog barked angrily and sank its tiny, pearly white baby teeth into Li Xiaofei’s hand. Li Xiaofei let out a low growl of pain. But in the next moment, he relaxed.
"Dammit," Li Xiaofei muttered, pulling himself together. "All this fuss about men and women is really pointless."
He couldn’t understand why so many people were obsessed with such things throughout history.
Such a lack of perspective. A true man born under heaven and earth should focus on matters of national importance. How can one indulge in mere physical pleasures?
A completely naked Tsukiha Yaiba crawled out from under the table.
"You really shouldn’t have gone after the Burrower Squad," she said as she wiped her face.
"Are you trying to teach me how to do things?" Li Xiaofei asked as he buckled his belt, his tone unapologetically firm.
Tsukiha Yaiba suddenly chuckled softly and said, "That’s gone soft, but your tone is still so hard. Fine, fine, I shouldn’t have meddled in your affairs. I’m sorry."
"That’s better," Li Xiaofei said, satisfied.
Tsukiha Yaiba picked up the little black dog and gently stroked it. "Right now, whether it’s the royal family, the Redshirt Group, or the Inquisition, they’re all desperately hunting for the culprit. You should lie low for a while just to avoid leaving any traces."

Li Xiaofei shook his leg dismissively. "We’ll see. If they push me too far, I’ll just kill them all."
Tsukiha Yaiba leaned in close, her voice filled with admiration. "That’s what I love about you: your fearlessness and ‘life and death be damned’ attitude. It’s intoxicating."
Li Xiaofei shoved her away with a look of disdain and said, "Get lost. I’m too drained for this right now."
Tsukiha Yaiba burst into laughter. Her whole body quivered as she laughed. Who would believe that this carefree woman was the newly crowned queen of Urawa Base City?
After all, Tsukiha Yaiba knew she was deeply tied to this man in front of her. She had given him everything, completely and without reservation. If she had to act a little bold and audacious, so be it. As long as it was for him alone.
Jiepeng women could be peculiar at times. They were relentless in their pursuit of self-worth. Yet they couldn’t escape their innate admiration for strength. When they found a man capable of helping them realize their ambitions, they would immediately shed the disguise of being independent strong women and latch on without hesitation. Even a genius like Tsukiha Yaiba was no exception.
"But you reminded me of something," Li Xiaofei said thoughtfully. "When I was in Great Xia, I used sword and saber techniques. If I keep relying on those, even if the styles differ, it could lead to exposure. It’s about time I practiced my spear technique."
Back in the day, he had been a young man determined to master the trifecta of sabers, swords, and spears. But his spear technique had seen little progress.
"Your spear technique is already quite impressive," Tsukiha Yaiba said, tossing the little black dog aside as she leaned in closer. "You’ve got a way of making people abandon their armor with your spear."
"Dammit, where the hell did you learn that?" Li Xiaofei gasped, feeling an unmistakable stirring. It was time to focus on improving his own spear technique.
"Woof!" The little black dog yelped as it hit the ground. It barked indignantly, clearly muttering curses under its breath.
Three days later, Li Xiaofei left Urawa Base City.
