SSS-Rank Harem Sword: My Lustful Life With Legendary Maidens-Chapter 53: Dragon Heart
After putting on their clothes, they headed to the spot where the clash was happening.
Just out of curiosity.
When they arrived, they saw: above a mountain, two Swordmasters were flying in the sky.
Their blades clashed and created explosions with each exchange.
"You assfucker of a bandit! How dare you try to rob our Dragon Kin. You’re not getting out of here alive."
"Heh heh, come catch me, old slave of the dragon clan. Let me bury you under 100 feet."
One cackled in evil laughter while the other glowed with righteous fury.
And they seemed to be fighting over a cloth bag.
Adonis and Mariana, hiding behind a big tree, couldn’t help but wonder what could be hidden within.
After a while, her eyes widened as if she had come to a terrifying conclusion.
"Adonis, I think that old man is from the Dragon Kingdom."
"Dragon?" he muttered, stunned. "How are you so sure, Maria?"
She pointed to the old man’s destructive fiery sword.
"Look at that sword. It’s a fully evolved dragon Sword. That old man is about to transform."
She was right. The old man’s body began to expand, growing scales on the surface.
The sword also began to fuse with its host.
This step of power is called: Sword Fusion.
Only top-level Swordmasters are capable of fusing with their swords, increasing their power by several times over.
"ROARRRRR!"
A deep draconic roar echoed through the whole forest, sending chills crawling down Adonis’ spine.
And the lesser animals of the forest fled from the vicinity like their tails were caught on fire.
At last, the old man had transformed into a blazing Fire Dragon.
It was approximately 50 meters tall and 20 meters wide.
It had two legs, a bloated tough-looking magma-like belly, two spanning wings, and two big terrifying eyes that emitted extreme heat.
Even the very atmosphere felt heated.
Below, Mariana’s face went aghast. She buried her face into his chest.
"Adonis, let’s leave. It’s too hot, too dangerous for us."
Adonis was about to nod and leave, but then the cloth bag suddenly fell from the sky during the clash and landed right in front of them with a soft thud.
He stopped, eyes focusing at the small sack. It looked ordinary but faint glow of Ether leaking from the seams told him it was anything but.
Valuable. Very valuable.
Adonis leaned close to Mariana and whispered urgently, "Go to the south, Mariana. Now."
Mariana hesitated only a second before nodding and slipping silently into the underbrush.
Adonis crouched low. His body shimmered violet-black for a heartbeat as Chaotic Harem Body activated.
Bones shifted, muscles compressed, fur sprouted in a flash.
Within two seconds he had transformed into a small inconspicuous rabbit.
The two Swordmasters were still locked in combat high above, blades flashing, explosions of fire and starlight lighting the sky.
Neither noticed the tiny brown rabbit darting across the open ground.
Adonis reached the bag in seconds. He nosed the rope knot open with practiced speed, then bit down on the drawstring and dragged the sack into the bushes.
The moment he was out of sight he shifted back to human again.
He held the sack to his chest.
Mariana appeared beside him instantly, eyes wide.
"You stole it?!"
"Shh." Adonis grabbed her wrist. "Run."
They ran as fast they coild.
"RUMBLE!"
Behind them the sky lit up with another violent clash.
Adonis and Mariana sprinted through the trees, jumping between trunks, leaping over massive roots.
Very soon, another furious draconic roar exploded in the distance.
"ROOOOOOAAAAARRRR!!!"
The sound rolled over the forest like thunder. Birds erupted from the canopy in panicked flight. Smaller animals vanished into their holes.
Mariana glanced back worriedly.
"That Fire Dragon must have noticed!"
Adonis didn’t slow down. "Don’t worry. He can’t see us anymore. We’re out of his draconic vision. Keep moving."
They ran for another ten minutes, then Mariana’s legs gave away.
She went on her kneess, panting heavily, sweat running down her temple.
"You should leave me here, Adonis. Otherwise both of us will die."
He laughed amusedly. "Silly. Do you think I’m that kind of man? "
He swiftly picked her soft body into his arms with effortless manner.
Despite that she grew worried. "But if you carry me like this, You’ll get exhausted fast and both of us will die."
He lightly pinched her nose with his.
"Haha, Look at me love. Do I look tired, even a little? "
Only then she noticed the oddity. He was really not looking tired at all. As she recalled, he was also like this during their sex.
He had been hard even after four times.
"H-how are you not tired, Adonis?" she asked, genuine disbelief threading through her voice.
This wasn’t mere endurance. It felt wrong. As if the concept of exhaustion simply refused to touch him.
Adonis glanced at her with a faint unreadable smile forming at his lips.
"Tired?" he echoed softly, as though the word itself were unfamiliar.
For a fleeting moment, something passed through his eyes. It was not pride, not arrogance. Something far deeper. Vast. Quiet. Untouchable.
"I suppose, there are things in this world that don’t bend to the same limits.".
Her golden pupils dilated, "That’s- impossible. Even the gods are bound by something."
Instead of answering immediately, he looked ahead, as if gazing beyond the world itself.
"Are they?" he murmured.
Afterward, he continued running and running.
But she understood: her man is far mysterious than she guessed. And it made her feel reassured.
Her man truly has the potential to be strongest just as she had seen in the Awakening ceremony.
Adonis ran and ran, until the roar faded into a distant echo.
Only then did he slowed down to a jog, then a walk.
He put Mariana down against a tree.
"Now that I think about it, your body is indeed incredible, hubby. You also turned into a rabbit and stole from two powerful Swordmasters mid-fight!"
Adonis opened the bag just enough to peek inside.
"Look."
Mariana leaned in too.
Nestled in soft black cloth lay a single, fist-sized crystal pulsing with deep crimson light. Tiny flames danced inside like trapped embers. Beside it sat a small jade box engraved with draconic runes.
"Is that—?"
[ Fire Dragon’s Heart (Beast Core) ]
[ Grade: S+ ]
[ Affinity: Fire ]
[ Note: Non consumable ]
"A Fire Dragon Heart Crystal. And the box probably contains something even rarer. No wonder they were killing each other over it."
