Sovereign of the Ashes-Chapter 1304: Forty-One!
Apart from those already mentioned, Sein continued observing the other overlords arriving at the venue. Perhaps the key figures would only show up near the end.
Among the later arrivals were the God of Elves from Grand Elven World and the Giant Mountain God from Grand Amethyst World.
Elven World’s influence within the Magus Alliance ranked second only to Titan World.
No wonder the Spider Queen was always eager to poach talent from the Grand Elven World. This prosperous large-sized plane offered far too many opportunities.
The total number of elven deities present had not yet reached a thousand, but it was already close to eight hundred, and Sein even spotted Senarius, the half-elven god, among them.
When they entered, Sein noticed that the overlord-level beings who had arrived earlier moved over to the elven deities, speaking with them in hushed tones.
Now, at last, Sein could clearly see the elusive God of Elves’ appearance.
She was an almost flawless creature.
Elves were said to be the most beautiful species in the Magus Alliance, and this supreme overlord of elves embodied that reputation to its absolute limit.
Not only the God of Elves, but nearly all elven deities were strikingly handsome or beautiful.
This unique group, whose looks matched the Magus World’s ideals of beauty almost perfectly, had already drawn frequent glances from Magus World knights and even mages since stepping into the conference venue.
The Giant Mountain God, on the other hand, was a geo elemental overlord of overwhelming size.
There was likely no being in the entire Magus Alliance with a more exaggerated physique.
Unlike the God of Elves, who kept a human-like female form, the Giant Mountain God appeared as the image of a yellowish-brown mountain the moment it entered the venue.
It was not arrogant or unwilling to show its true form. Rather, the reinforced structure of this venue simply made it unsuitable for the Giant Mountain God to reveal its true form here.
The number of Rank Four or higher elemental kings under the Giant Mountain God’s command was not particularly large, only about two hundred.
Most were geo elemental kings, with deep purple crystal or earthy yellow colored bodies.
Still, most elemental planes and Rank Four or higher elemental beings within the alliance seemed to look up to the Giant Mountain God.
Surrounding the many elemental kings of Amethyst World was a vast array of elemental creatures, including pyro, hydro, and aero elements.
The God of Beastmen had arrived earlier than the two mentioned above, bringing nearly three hundred beast gods to participate in the Magus Alliance Conference.
Unlike the previous two overlords, the God of Beastmen kept an extremely low profile when it arrived.
This suggested it might not be particularly popular within the Magus Alliance.
Sein also spotted the God of Half-Beastmen, Eugene, but they were too far apart to exchange greetings.
Naeverynk, the overlord from Netherworld, also maintained a low profile like Kampas, the God of Beastman. He bore a half-broken horn on his forehead and wielded the Trident of Heaven and Hell.
He arrived neither too early nor too late and was the only overlord openly displaying his weapon without hesitation.
Netherworld held the top spot for brutality among the many member planes of the Magus Alliance.
Creatures of the Netherworld were infamous for their bloodthirstiness and low intelligence, and many from other worlds preferred not to deal with them.
However, Netherworld and its surrounding star domains produced rare and scarce resources highly valued within the Magus Alliance.
Sein, who had studied the region extensively, also knew that Netherworld was the closest of all the star domains bordering the Gallant Federation.
In other words, it could become one of the main battlefields between the Magus Civilization and the Gallant Federation.
Besides these overlords, Sein was also intrigued by one who had arrived from the Undead World.
It was a skeletal king with a chilling, icy presence, revered within the Magus Alliance as the “Undead Monarch”.
Nearly five hundred grotesque-looking undead creatures, all Rank Four or higher, gathered around it. Sein, however, did not see Sanchez among them.
What truly caught Sein’s attention was the precious crown resting on the Undead Monarch’s head.
Set with three crystals of different colors, it gleamed brilliantly under the nearby glow of a pyro elemental overlord.
The combination of majesty and splendor radiated an overwhelming aura of royalty.
Even so, despite the Undead Monarch’s majestic presence, it was eclipsed by the final arrival—the Divine King of Titans, Odin, the absolute ruler of the Titan World and the one hailed as the “God of Gods”.
Clad in silver armor, Odin descended slowly from the heavens to the center of the gathering.
Sein tried to discern Odin’s features with his Faceless Mask, but it was concealed by overwhelming thunderous power and terrifying aura.
This was a man who embodied pure bravery and strength.

Twenty years before the official start of the Magus Alliance Conference, no one was seen wandering aimlessly inside or outside the venue.
This conference brought together a total of three hundred thousand beings of various ranks.
Some were Rank Four or higher, some were rulers of their respective planes, and even overlords had come in person.
Of these three hundred thousand beings, fewer than one hundred thousand were native powerhouses from Magus World.
The remaining two hundred thousand were representatives from the Magus Alliance’s member planes, and more than half of them had reached Rank Four or higher.
Tens of thousands of the rest came from microplanes, most only at Rank Three.
This showed that within the vast Magus Alliance, a significant number of member planes were still microplanes.
Although the combined number of Rank Four creatures from the allied planes had already surpassed that of Magus World, when it came to overlord-level beings, Magus World still firmly held the lead.
That alone might be why the Magus Alliance had always been led by Magus World.
At this conference, Sein counted a total of forty-one overlords in his field of vision!
Seventeen of them were beings from large-sized worlds within the alliance or powerful entities recruited from the Astral Realm by the Magus Civilization.
The remaining twenty-four overlords were natives of Magus World itself.
An alliance with more than forty overlords, supported by tens of thousands of divine beings—this was the scale of a truly top-tier civilization.
During his studies in Sky City, Sein had often read that the Magus Civilization considered itself at the peak of its mid-stage development and was preparing to enter the late stage.
In truth, that “mid-stage” status only referred to Magus World alone and did not take into account the full power of the entire Magus Alliance.
The overwhelming strength and sheer number of overlord-level creatures filled Sein, a mage who had only reached Rank Four a few years ago, with confidence for the coming Clash of Civilizations against the Gallant Federation.
