Though he didn't dare to truly test it yet, he could feel the Discerning Eye of Heaven evolving rapidly. It was no longer just about fate and fortune; its power now extended to elemental forces as well. This was something entirely unprecedented. What practical abilities it might yield would only become clear after careful training and introspection. They weren't something he could fully grasp in a short time.
