Slime Leveling [Litrpg, Timeloop]-Chapter 184—Fearless Goblin Lord
Elder Goblin, who rushed out, nodded at Goblin Lord, but his eyes were bitter.
'So the kids escaped…' Goblin Lord relaxed.
"You lizard… how dare you?" Goblin Lord hissed, glaring straight at the dragon, which landed on the ground, shattering many wooden houses.
"Hmm." Dragon narrowed his eyes at the two-meter-tall goblin, which stood fearlessly in front of him.
Dragon said in goblin tongue, "You puny goblin… don't you know that you cannot possess that kind of valuable object?"
"You mean princess?" Goblin Lord confirmed, holding his axe tight.
"Yes. Now bring me her… She is my wife." Dragon declared, waving his wings as huge wind gusts spread across the village.
Boom!
The entire goblin village collapsed. However, goblins remained unharmed due to their aura flaring.
Dragon glanced around and found goblins shaking, yet stood straight in front of him.
"Hmm, kneel." Dragon roared as he flared with the crimson aura.
Thud!
Goblins were instantly brought to their knees.
Even the Goblin Lord was no different.
He clenched his fists and roared, "Demonic Surge!" his body erupted with demonic force.
He tried to stand up as his body trembled, but couldn't.
However, Dragon mockingly glared at him, tapping his finger on the ground.
"Tried enough?" Dragon asked, a few moments later, as Goblin Lord still surged with demonic force.
"No," Goblin Lord hissed, still not giving up.
Thud!
Dragon slammed his claw and killed a few kneeling goblins by turning them into paste.
"You!!!" Goblin Lord roared as his demonic force rose to the sky.
Whoosh!
A few more died as Dragon played, stomping some goblins.
"That's enough." Sienna roared in goblin language, "Just bring the princess, my darling would leave you alive."
Goblin Lord glared at her, and then at Dragon, who flatly nodded at him and removed his pressure.
Goblin Lord stood up and brought the princess from Giliberu's dwelling, which had its ceiling smashed apart and blown away.
However, the interior was safe.
While coming out, he glared at the closed tunnel once more with wet eyes.
He wiped out his tears instantly.
"Here," he said, placing her in Dragon's large claw.
Dragon was over fifty meters long and twenty meters wide.
'I'm just like an ant in front of him,' Goblin Lord mused with a scowl as he glanced at the dragon eye, which was bigger than a hut.
Dragon placed Zethia princess on his back as Sienna held her.
In the next moment, Dragon glared at the goblins coldly. "How dare you touch my things?"
He cast, "Fire Dragon Breath."
A crimson magic rune flared on his mouth as fire surged out from his mouth.
Whoosh!
Goblin Lord blankly stared at the flame with enlarged eyes, but couldn't react under Dragon's pressure.
His mind flashed with his son's image—the goblin kid who scowled when he poked his cheeks.
'This is goodbye, son…I hope we'll meet again someday,' He mused, with a grin as flames swept through him.
He pulled demonic force; however, it didn't even last a moment.
Zzz!
Dragon's breath spread across the entire village, burning the wooden houses and goblins to ashes as Dragon took off.
In the air, Sienna asked Dragon, "Couldn't you sense the princess?" She flicked her hair and continued, "Why did you order him to bring her?"
Dragon replied grimly, cruelly, "I could sense her. I picked her aura signature in the palace itself."
'I see… he wanted to play with him,' she mused, clicking her tongue.
"I left a few puny insects alive," he muttered, smiling. "I want to check whether those revenge stories really happen."
A few hours later—
Giliberu, who was in the cave, broke the stone and came out.
"I couldn't unleash Seralyth's power," He muttered bitterly, as he glanced at the notification.
[ Ding! Seralyth's Power is sealed by Demon King Remora! ]
'I should be able to use it after trial,' He mused, sighing.
He glanced at the top of the hill, which was covered by the smoke.
He sat silently as a few more goblin kids came out, hearing the sound.
"What to do, my lord?" Giru asked, kneeling down.
Seeing him, every goblin kid followed.
Thud!
"Should we build the house again?" a goblin kid asked, who had a scar on his eye.
"Gilo… leave Goblin Lord, silent," Giru said, pulling him away.
"How are you calm?" Giliberu asked, wiping his eyes, which had long dried up.
"Calm, lord… we aren't," Giru replied, his eyes red and wet, but he stood tall.
"We are taught to be ready," Gilo added. "We know that our dads will die,"
"And my dad is not so close like Goblin Lord is to you," a goblin kid with a small sword at his waist added.
Every goblin kid nodded at his words.
"We are jealous of you, lord. Goblin Lord was so close and caring towards you, unlike our dad." They said, as their eyes teared up.
They clenched their fists, their shoulders trembling, but no sound came out from their mouths.
'Mama Slime and others...they can return… an alternate version, but they do return,' he mused, standing up. 'But this illusion, I don't know whether I'll have this illusion trial in the next loop… even if it's the same illusion… would Goblin Lord appear?'
He slapped his cheeks. "I'll do my best… No, I'll prove my way," he muttered, recalling the last words of the Goblin Lord.
"And I have to clear this trial," He muttered, recalling Mama Slime, Elder Slime, and others who were waiting for him.
"Let's go check," he ordered, walking back to the tunnel.
A few moments later—
Boom!
Giliberu broke the hurdle in the way and came out.
Black marks and burned smoke rose.
"No one is left alive," Giru said, his eyes widening.
Giliberu glanced at the black marks on the ground.
And in his surroundings, the goblin village had turned into a broken and discarded village.
Not a single body remained. Everything had turned to dust.
"Dragon Breath," he muttered, sighing.
He shook his head and just lay on the flat ground.
The next day, under the open sky—
'Let's teach them how to live and leave to find a way,' Giliberu mused, chewing the meat. 'There must be a solution to this goblin's lust and… lack of women.'
"Ahhh," Suddenly, Giru screamed as he flared with the pink aura.
His eyes turned white, with no pupil.
The meat in his hands slipped to the ground.
"What?" Giliberu yelled, "How? What to do now?"
There was no woman in vision, and he wouldn't agree even if there was one.
