Sinner System-Chapter 413: Apostle Downtime (Part 1)

"Let me introduce you. This is Ira, he was the only one in the other world still fighting against the Monsters," I remarked with a smile.

"<A pleasure to make your acquaintance, my Lady>," Responded Ira, as he gave Aria a respectful bow.

"Yeah, likewise, thanks for helping Kai in the other world," She replied gratefully.

"<There’s no need to thank me for that. I owe an immense debt of gratitude to the Chief>," He shook his head.

Today’s the 10th of September, 2170, and I figured it was high time I introduce Ira to Aria. I summoned him, along with the other Apostles, and Ai too.

"<Master, can I go watch some porn now? It’s been way too long>," Requested Luxuria, a look of impatience and anticipation on her face.

"About that, actually...here, these are for you guys," I remarked, as I handed out devices to each of them.

"<Hm, is this something new? I don’t believe I’ve ever seen this device before>," Mused Superbia, as she glanced at the device.

They were sleek, narrow watches, slimmer than I-Watches.

"Yeah, they were introduced to the public about four months ago. You know how I-Watches have a function to create extra screens that you can give others?" Chimed in Aria. 𝑓𝘳𝘦𝑒𝑤𝑒𝘣𝘯ℴ𝘷𝘦𝓁.𝑐𝑜𝑚

"<Mhm, that’s how I can watch porn without Master needing to be next to me>," Nodded Luxuria, as she stared at the watch curiously.

"Well, these are basically lite versions of I-Watches, made for kids. Kids don’t get I-Watches until they reach the age of twelve, since the amount of bio-energy the I-Watches consume from the wearer’s body is a bit too much for little kids to bear.

And also, well, because it isn’t exactly the best idea to give kids full access to the internet at a young age. So, to entertain kids, parents would have to create a second screen from their I-Watch. But the screen fades if the parents goes too far away, and it consumes more bio-energy.

So, these were made. They don’t function as identification like regular I-Watches do, and you can’t store Credits in it either, but you can use them to go online, watch videos, play games, and most other functions that I-Watches have. So, yeah, you won’t need to ask Kai to create an extra screen from his I-Watch for you anymore," Explained Aria with a smile.

"<Oh, I see, I like it, this is a good idea>," Superbia nodded in approval, as she put the device on.

"<Hm...wait. If these are meant for kids, does that mean I can’t access porn>?" Frowned Luxuria apprehensively.

"Ordinarily, yeah. But I requested these to be modified and remove all such restrictions. Normally, you can’t access adult sites, or any sites with above PG-rated content, and you can only use the device for a few hours a day.

You guys won’t have to worry about any of that, though. The only thing you can’t do is make online purchases, so if there’s anything you want to buy, just let me know," I replied with a thumbs up.

"<Sweet, this is pretty cool, Boss, appreciate it>," Grinned Invidia, strapping the device onto his wrist.

"<I don’t have any particular use for this, my Lord, I just want to sleep>," Sighed Acedia wistfully.

"At least give it a try. You can find music and videos that could help you relax better," I suggested in response.

"<Oh, I know some pretty good options for that. I had severe insomnia when I was alive, and I tried out a whole bunch of stuff to try and help me sleep better. So, I can show him how to work it and what to look for, Boss>," Volunteered Invidia, as he patted Acedia on the shoulder.

"<Well...I suppose there’s no harm. But if I do not find it appealing, may I go to sleep>?"

"Sure, of course," I nodded with a wry smile.

"<By the way, what are these called>?" Superbia asked me.

"K-Watches, short for Kid Watches," Aria informed her.

"<Wait, what does the I in I-Watch stand for>?" Inquired Luxuria curiously.

"Identification, since that was their primary purpose when they were first invented," I replied, before glancing around at each of them as they out the devices on.

Invidia’s already showing Acedia how to use the device, the latter looks pretty bored, though. Ira looks confused, I guess I should show him how to use it.

Luxuria looks like she wants to go hole herself up in the rec room already, I probably shouldn’t keep her waiting too long, she just might end up watching porn right here in the hall.

"<Hey, wait...it’s awesome that you got these for us, Master, but what happens when you withdraw us? The devices won’t come with us, right>?" She pointed out in realization.

That’s...a good point, actually, I didn’t consider that.

"<I have a suggestion on that. I can link each of them to an empty slot in Treasury, there’s more than enough to spare now that you have five hundred.

I think I can also set it so that the devices automatically get teleported into their respective slots when they’re withdrawn>," Suggested Ai in response.

"<Oh, hell, yeah, that’d be dope, you’re the GOAT>!" Replied Invidia with a grin.

"<There, it’s done. Also, if you’re worried about your devices breaking, you can just make a copy instead of using the original.

Of course, that would mean you’ll lose any downloads or saved data between copies, so maybe set up your devices the way you want before preserving them>."

"<I don’t think we need to do that. Master always just uses his original I-Watch instead of copies, right>?" Mused Luxuria thoughtfully.

"Yeah, that’s true. And if you do somehow end up breaking the original, I can just buy a new one. I mean, I can certainly afford it," I replied with a wry smile.

"<This is...incredible. I do not understand how it is not Magic. But I don’t sense any Mana, or any kind of Magical Energy, how fascinating>," Remarked Ira, as he brought up his display.
