"Hidden Tang Clan’s Poison?"

Yue Xuexia’s icy voice echoes in the study, making her brothers flinch under the killing intent she had accidentally let out. It only lasted for a few seconds but it overwhelmed them greatly even the dark elf guarding outside felt nervous.

"Sirius, come inside!" Yue Xuexia said.

Sirius’s figure comes out of the shadow and kneels before Yue Xuexia.

He said, "You called Elven High Princess!"

Yue Xuexia hurried wrote a letter and gave it to Sirius.

She said, "Go to the Hidden Tan Clan and give that letter to them. Someone would come with you and then escort them here. This is urgent. You can use my name to make the Tan Clan listen to you."

"As you wish, Elven Princess!" Dark Elf Sirius disappeared upon receiving the letter and his task.

After the dark elf Sirius took his leave, Yue Xuexia asked a servant of the house to heat some water and get her two basins. One to be filled by water and the other to be empty. The second basin will be used to store tainted needles which will be used for detoxification.

Fu Rue asked, "Xue’er, is dage’s situation different from ours?"

"He was poisoned first before his limbs were cut." Yue Xuexia responded to Fu Rue before looking at Fu Ruan and asking, "Who poisoned you?"

Fu Ruan knew that he cannot hide it from his little cousin and lying is not advisable seeing her serious face and the rage hidden within the depths of her eyes.

"It’s someone from the company. But it’s been too long, you might not be able to find him anymore. It’s been decades since I stopped going to work." Fu Ruan said.

Yue Xuexia said, "Ruan-gege, your poison isn’t an ordinary one. It’s something that is made special and can be spread to others through contact. I will need to check everyone in the family now or if they try to cultivate they would be crippled by this poison. Whoever poisoned you wanted to drag your whole family down."

"What did you say!? This poison can spread through contact!" Fu Ruan was shocked with what he heard.

If what the Moon Goddess is saying was true, this means that the recent deaths among his acquaintances was because of him. It’s because of the poison in his body that caused all those tragedies from happening.

Fu Ruan who was still in denial said, "Xue’er! Are you speaking the truth!? This poison can spread!?"

"Yes. It’s a poison from the Immortal World and is unique to one sect in the upper realm world," said Yue Xuexia. "Even though I do not have a cure for it, I have a special skill called purification. This skill had the similar effect as detoxification. However, I do not have the skill to determine if one is poisoned or not. So I invited someone from the same sect to check your poison."

"Please inform everyone in the family and those whom Brother Ruan had close contact with. A handshake, a short hug, or even a single bump was enough to transfer the poison. This is poison that slowly kills a person. We must detoxify everyone."

Upon hearing this, Fu Ruan’s face turned serious. He looked at his young brothers, Fu Rue and Lin Xiyu to make a call.

He said, "Call back everyone home. Tomorrow I will call my close friends as well. Rue, call your sisters-in-law as well as all of the children. Xiyu, tell our parents the situation."

Fu Rue and Lin Xiyu, knowing how serious the situation is, nodded their heads and made countless calls. In just a few hours, most people had gathered in the main hall, Yue Xuexia and her brothers had moved as well. After explaining what was happening everyone was now full of worry. They couldn’t blame Fu Ruan for this, but some who had lost their family were enraged. When they tried to make a scene, just one cold glance from the Moon Goddess was enough to shut them up and cried in the corner.

Lin Xiyu suddenly felt pain coming from his legs and the pain came abruptly, taking him off guard. At first it was bearable that he chose to ignore it, only when it became so painful that he couldn’t move and was covered in cold sweat.

"X’Xue’er... My legs... hurt a lot!" Lin Xiyu said.

Yue Xuexia immediately went to him and checked, with a wave of her hand the needles on her cousin’s legs were removed. Seeing that his meridian had been revived, the Moon Goddess used his Sacred Healing skill. Under this golden green light, the bones and flesh grew from Lin Xiyu’s cut legs. It regenerates faster even under one’s naked eye. In just a few minutes, Lin Xiyu grew a new pair of legs which stunned everyone in the hall.

"M-My legs...!? Are back..." Lin Xiyu murmured.

Seeing the new grown legs on Lin Xiyu, the owner of the legs, his wife, children and even the rest of the family were delighted. Though they haven’t seen the process of the Moon Goddess healing Fu Rue’s arm, the fact that his arm had regrown says the capability of Yue Xuexia. But seeing it first hand is a different experience.

Yue Xuexia checked on her cousin’s legs for the last time and said, "Xiyu-gege, you will still need to practice walking for a while. Overall, your legs are healed."

"Good. Good. Thank you, Xue’er!" Lin Xiyu said.

The wife of Lin Xiyu was also thanking the Moon Goddess with tears and a smile on her face. Only when she tried to know that Yue Xuexia stopped her from doing so.

Yue Xuexia said, "Saozi, don’t kneel. We are family. I am more than willing to help you. There is no need for excessive thanks."

It was at this moment that Dark elf Sirius had come back. With him is Tan Bingyu and her grandmother, Tang Yuyi and her sister, Tang Yuri, the master of the Poison Goddess and the Holy Witch. When they’ve seen the letter from the Moon Goddess saying that she might have found traces of the Tang Sect people in this world and that her cousin was poisoned, they immediately come over.

Dark Elf Sirius said, "Elven High Princess, they were brought over as you will."

"Thank you. You may do as you will," said Yue Xuexia as she watched three ladies come over to her side.

Tan Bingyu said, "Mistress, we’ve come." Yue Xuexia nodded at her.

{We’ve greeted her highness the Moon Goddess!} Tang Yuyi and Tang Yuri said.

Yue Xuexia said, "Welcome elders. Please check on these people if they are poisoned. I can hardly find poison traces on them and only found an obvious one on my elder cousin brother. If possible, tell me the effects of the poison so I can detoxify it with my skills."

"Your Highness, please leave it to us," Tang Yuyi and Tang Yuri said as they checked everyone in the hall.

Tang Yuyi focused on checking on Fu Ruan who is said to be the source of the poison. A frown appeared on her face as she checked on him. She was quite shocked why someone like this is still alive. The poison in him could have killed him a hundred times yet he is still alive.

"This is weird. The poison in you had already mutated. It’s strange that you are still alive. Ordinary qi wouldn’t be able to block this poison but your qi had protected your heart and internal organs well. This is weird." Tang Yuyi said. "There must be something inside of you that is protecting you, but this old lady cannot feel anything unique inside of you."

Upon hearing this, Yue Xuexia’s face turned serious. She activates her Heavenly eyes and checks thoroughly inside the body of Fu Ruan. She keeps digging through his defenses and finally finds the reason why Fu Ruan is still alive. Deep within his dantian, a unique blood energy of the Black Turtle was found. The moment Yue Xuexia tried to poke on it, it awakened and a huge figure of Xian wu came out of Fu Ruan’s body and howled at her. Seeing this, the ice phoenix bloodline in Tan Bingyu had awakened as well, shouting back at the Black Turtle.

Tang Yuyi and everyone else was stunned. There is someone who recognizes the figure of the monster that comes out of Fu Ruan’s body.

"This is... Xian Wu’s bloodline!?" Tang Yuri exclaimed.

Dark Elf Sirius said, "It was said that those who have awakened the bloodline of Xianwu had the ability of absolute defense and had the authority to rule the waters. How did such a bloodline appear on a human body?" 𝚏𝗿𝗲𝐞𝐰𝚎𝕓𝐧𝚘𝘃𝗲𝐥.𝐜𝚘𝕞

He looked at his lover Fu Rue and said, "Hmm... Wait, your affinity with water was thanks to this as well?"

Everyone looked at the couple as they overheard their conversation. This is especially true for Yue Xuexia. She used her heavenly eyes and checked her brother Rue’s body for the traces of Xianwu. However, the bloodline in him is only a quarter of what Fu Ruan possessed.
