Zara raised her hands and started patting her hot cheeks.

’This lady is deadly but I like her!’ she didn’t know why she was feeling that way, but she couldn’t help herself.

Maybe it was the first time that she had seen a pretty person in person and one who made her feel very curious. She was different from the celebrities she met with her sister during the show.

She was curious about her and yet couldn’t help but feel shy, knowing how wild her thoughts were.

Just as she was lost in her thoughts calming herself down, spring suddenly fell on her despite being a chilly winter when a sweet voice rang in her ears.

"Hello, I am Diamond, a guest at the manor. pleased meeting you!"

And that greeting made Zara snap out of her thoughts as she looked closely at the lady she now knew by name, Diamond.

Looking at Diamond, the other was standing a short distance away from her, her bodyguards keeping vigilance but not standing close.

Seeing that the other didn’t have any malicious thoughts and just showed pure interest in her, Zara heaved with relief as she beamed with a smile of her own.

Since the other came in goodwill, then it was only respectful if she showed the same enthusiasm as well.

So, she propped her hands on the armrests of the wheelchair, propping herself up in a few pushes and shortly was standing on her two feet.

Zara took a deep breath, a weak smile on her face, but still took a few steps forward, shortening the distance between her and Diamond.

Without evading Diamond’s direct gaze, which had never moved from her for a moment, she stretched her hand, her action obvious as she said, "It’s nice meeting you, Diamond. I am Zara!" responding to the earlier greeting.

Diamond’s lips curled, her eyes squinting, releasing another wave of refreshment as she stretched her hand towards Zara’s. the two hands finally clasped and the first handshake between the two happened under the watchful eyes of thousands.

After a brief handshake, Diamond scanned Zara from head to toe before she looked at Emma and commanded without a thought, "Help your lady back to the wheelchair. I will show you around, myself!" her tone left no room for arguments.

Upon hearing that, Emma didn’t know how she found herself moving to Diamond’s instructions. Even Zara herself jolted out of her reverie when she was back in the wheelchair. Just what exactly happened?

Unfortunately, there was no time to ask as she found Diamond behind her and before she could open her mouth, Diamond had started to push her, already forcing her to shut her mouth.

Zara’s team looked at each other, wondering what they should do, but then the butler spoke at that time, "Don’t worry. Lady Diamond is a VIP customer of ours. Nothing will go wrong with her. As long as you follow her, you can learn more than with me!" settling the hearts of the troubled staff.

Quinn watched without making a move, a glint of amusement in his eyes as he watched Diamond naturally take over as if she had known Zara for years.

Something about Diamond made him feel wary and yet at the same time made him feel as if he could trust her with Zara. There was a mysterious aura surrounding her and that commanding tone of hers further proved that the person that they were dealing with wasn’t easy.

Maybe it wasn’t a bad thing that this person took a liking to Zara. With her, then Zara might not be lonely but also get herself local backing, something which he and Zara’s family can’t do.
