After handling the jet matters with Mr. Rick, Diamond was then ushered into the waiting SUVs which came to pick her up.

On the way to drop Waylon first, the couple chatted.

"Baby, I didn’t expect that the delivery you were speaking of was a jet," until now, Waylon’s shock hadn’t dissipated at all.

That was truly unexpected and shocking.

Diamond chuckled as she looked at Waylon and teased, "hehe, that was the point. How is my baby? That was my birthday present for this year. Not bad, right?" and couldn’t help but boast.

The system was truly generous and a good companion.

Waylon gave her a thumbs-up, and sincerely praised, "it’s a good present and you really know how to spoil yourself!"

She chuckled heartily when she heard that and confidently spoke, "if you don’t spoil yourself, no one will do that for you. That’s why, I make sure that if I want something, I get it for myself. Of course, it would be good to have someone give it to me but we should think realistically, right?"

Before, she wanted things that she didn’t work hard for and suffered the hard way. If only she was content with what she had and worked hard to get the things she wanted, perhaps, she wouldn’t have suffered back then. Unfortunately, it was already spilt milk.

The deed was done.

Anyway, she found out once she had money, that at times, spoiling herself makes life much easier. She wouldn’t carry any expectations for others. She would be heartbroken less. When there are no expectations to speak of, what was there to be hurt about?

Moreover, if you continue to look forward to always receiving, it was pretty easy to be deceived. That kind of life is truly scary.

Waylon tenderly looked at the woman he had fallen in love and felt mixed emotions. However, he quickly shook away such thoughts and smiled at her, "I will spoil you in any way that I can," and made a promise.

He might not be able to buy her a jet or something bigger, but he will do his best in his own capacity. She loves food a lot and he was going to do his best to create a lot of wonderful dishes. He will make it that she would always think about his food. That way, he can always be in her heart.

Diamond didn’t look down on any of her men. It was fortunate that she was on the higher side. That didn’t give her a reason to look down on others. At least, they have their dreams and are working hard towards it. What is there to look down on?

"Um, I will look forward to that," she beamingly said, conjuring scenes of what he might do.

He smiled back at her as he took her soft hand in his, his gaze lingering on the ring on her finger.

"Meeting you has been my greatest fortune. Diamond, I want you to know that I love you, and I will do everything in my power to make you happy. I promise you that," he suddenly vowed, looking into her eyes.

for a moment, she felt shy, as she wasn’t expecting such a confession.

However, her heart raced in excitement, as she found such a promise very heartwarming. She didn’t know if he would fulfil that promise, but what was the point of thinking too much into the future? she might as well focus on the present and be happy.

Overthinking could lead to an overkill.

She nodded at him smilingly, responding, "I will hold you to that!" umph, if he doesn’t keep his promise, she would just end things with him.

There are still other guys out there.

It was her, who didn’t like them. So never felt bothered with them at all.

The couple were lost in their tender moments. The driver faithfully drove and before the couple knew it, they have arrived at the Casa Palmera complex.

Without alighting from the car since it was getting late, Diamond pecked Waylon on the lips as she bided him farewell.

"Dear, I might be busy in the days to come. However, I will do my best to spare some time for some dates," she didn’t forget to promise him.

After all, there was so much for her to do.

Waylon was already used to this, so he didn’t feel down at all. In fact, he found the situation good. After all, if she was free, he would be tempted to be with her all the time.

Her, being busy would allow him to train himself more and make something of himself.

He just couldn’t help himself whenever she was around. He didn’t mind chatting with her on the phone. There was still more time to be with her in the future.

With that in mind, he pecked her back, saying, "don’t rush your work. I will not go anywhere," his tone coaxing. It made Diamond chuckled with satisfaction.

Her eyes sparkled as she looked at him and said, "good. Don’t forget to chat with me, okay?"

"I won’t!" an amused glint flickered in his eyes as he let out a chuckle.

After the two went back-and-forth, Diamond reluctantly waved at him for the last time, before the driver smoothly drove off.

Waylon watched as the car left. Only when the car was no longer in sight, did he make way into the villa.

It’s been a long day, and his mind needed to digest a lot of things. However, he didn’t get such a chance, as the moment he opened his phone, he became glued to it until his stomach was rumbling with hunger.

Who would have thought that everyone was very excited about the jet, he happens to know who the owner was?

The thought that the person who was driving everyone crazy right now was his woman, he was in a state of excitement.

He no longer felt the need to rest.

In fact, filled with so much excitement and thinking about making a good rapport for his baby, he sought his mother, and the chat became a never-ending one.

However, the smile on his face never faded but only increased.

It was indeed a good day.
