She's Raymond's Woman-Chapter 45: Cold Feet

"What are you talking about?" Candy asked.

"You haven’t heard?" Rose asked.

"Heard what?"

"Your father Alexander Chucks is gonna pay Boss’s money today which means you will be going home finally" Rose cleared the confused atmosphere.

Candy widened her eyes at her words.

"What!" She doesn’t know if she should rejoice, jubilate, be happy, sad or cry over what she just heard now.

Does she really wanna go? Well those had been her utmost prayer.

"I’m happy for you Candy and I’m also sad" Rose pouted so sadly.

"Oh my" Candy jumped up in so much happiness just then a knock came on the door interrupting them...they both snapped their eyes towards it.

The door opened showing Dickson at the doorpost.

"Thank goodness you knocked today" Rose rolled her eyes, Dickson ignored her and diverted his attention towards Candy.

"Boss seeks for you"

Since the boss is back the gossiping chefs are both back from there small vacation. Well their vacations is in their room and around the clan. No stepping outside.

"Jose!!!" Julie ran towards Jose immediately he entered the kitchen... immediately she got closer to him she paused because of the anger written all over his face.

"Jose are you still angry with me? It’s just a small play come on...came to your room every now and then but you refused to open the door for me" Julie pouted.

Jose just stared at her on the face without displaying any form of reactions.

"Little play you call it? you’re so mean Julie" He muttered and walked passed her.

Julie felt so bad at his words...it hurt her heart without her knowing it.

She moved with a fast pace and stood before him.

"I want my old Jose back" She made to hold his hand but Jose stepped back.

"That old Jose is gone" He said to her.

Julie pouted and moved to Walk more closer to him.

"I’m sor..."

"Don’t fucking cross the boundaries"He said so coldly making her to pause on her tracks, for the very first time in their Three years of friendship she got scared of him today.

This isn’t her Jose! She thought feeling so much sad.

Candy entered into Raymond’s room because Dickson had said he called her. She entered slowly with her eyes not leaving the man who had his legs crossed while chewing so gently on his bubble gum and pressing his phone.

He knew she was in there with him but he didn’t react.

"You called me boss" Candy muttered and slightly lowered her head feeling bad...the Raymond she knew before will always gaze up to stare at her on the face with his sexy silver eyes but this time around it’s different because he is giving her cold feet.

"You aren’t doing your work as my personal maid...this whole room is so dusty, what have you been doing? Eating and sleeping? Seems you need more work apart from been my personal maid" Raymond mused out with a dry tone...his head still lowered pressing his phone.

Candy gaze up at him.

"I cleaned it everyday both your office" Candy defended feeling so much bad because she vividly cleaned the room today. 𝐟𝐫𝕖𝗲𝘄𝚎𝗯𝕟𝐨𝕧𝐞𝚕.𝕔𝕠𝐦

Raymond uncrossed his legs and stood up. He March towards her and stood without looking her on the face.

"Clean this place and also the office" He ordered and walked out of the room without waiting for her response.

Candy sighed out and did as she was ordered in other not to get on his bad side...what makes her a little bit happy is because her father will be coming for her today.

But why does she feel bad_coupled with happiness?
