Both hands stand united, lift one foot, extend both arms, raise eyebrows and exert effort, each fourteen, sit extend foot, hand draw foot distance each seven, shrink extend both arms each seven; this is Bird Form Boxing, drawing Returning Dust Energy into the spleen."
