Ruler's Awakening: Inheritor of the SSS-Rank Dimensional Talent-Chapter 199 - 13th Squad Reunions
Hearing Emily agree with Aaron’s idea left Eloise speechless. The offer of SS Rank Talent Slips was tempting, but she was worried about what they would say when they found out their leader had traded them for the slips.
Eloise was silent for a moment as she continued to watch Emily and Aaron. The two were so close that they talked to each other without being shy —the age gap between them was close. In the end, Emily’s older sister nodded, agreeing to the deal Aaron offered her.
"Alright. However, you must ensure that after the group tournament ends, you must return them," Eloise commanded, pointing forward at Aaron with authority.
"You have my word, Ms. Eloise," Aaron replied confidently.
"That’s enough for me."
The woman called out to Aldo from inside the throne hall. Aldo, guarding outside the throne hall door, heard Eloise calling out to him.
The door opened, Aldo walked in and approached the center of the room, where Aaron, Eloise, and Emily were holding their meeting.
"You called for me, Ms. Eloise?" asked Aldo, softly and politely.
"Yes. I asked you to call the 13th squad here. There’s something I need to talk to them about," Eloise requested, smiling at Aldo.
"I’ll do it."
After saying goodbye, Aldo left the throne hall and the Sky Sword 25th HQ building to arrive at the 13th squad’s lodging house.
Aaron was still ahead of Eloise and Emily; it seemed that he would return to meet with Sara and the others shortly.
"So, what are your plans if you manage to gather those members?" asked Eloise, curious.
’She doesn’t know I have clones; it’s better not to tell her about this,’ Aaron explained.
"I’ll probably be selecting who joins the tournament right away. I may be the one to join it directly."
"If you join, I’m sure the tournament has its own winner," revealed Emily, laughing loudly, believing that Aaron could defeat all his enemies easily.
Aaron thought so as well, especially since the average tier of mages on the 25th floor was Young Sage and Intermediate Sage.
With Lewis’ tier being at Great Wizards, none of the participants could beat him.
Eloise, Aaron, and Emily continued to chill while eating the dishes placed in front of them. After waiting for about a half hour, the door to the throne hall opened. Someone appeared from it. Sara and the others came at Eloise’s request.
"W-Wait! That suits, is he Arthur?" asked Sara, shocked until she stopped walking for a moment to see the figure of a black-haired man sitting behind the dining table.
"There’s no mistaking it, he’s Arthur."
Karen confirmed that the man was Arthur, the 13th squad member who had helped Sara and the others reach Lilith City. Aaron smiled gently, downed the wine in his glass, and stood up.
He turned around and looked at the three women with a relieved smile. It seemed that they were living properly in this place; there was no sign of dissatisfaction on their faces. All three looked pleased, smiling faces beaming.
"Long time no see," Aaron greeted.
That made the three women run fast on the throne hall pool bridge. Sara was the first to hug Aaron, followed by Karen and Mona behind her.
Eloise and Emily were stunned; they were curious about why Aaron could be so close to the 13th Squad.
"What is going on?" asked Eloise, confused.
Aaron looked back and smiled. He explained there was something he hadn’t told Eloise and Emily. Aaron said that he was a member of the 13th Squad. He was the Arthur that Aldo was looking for the other day.
"Y-You’re Arthur? You’re the one who helped them get to this floor?" Eloise asked. Your next read is at novelbuddy
"More like we worked together to reach this city."
"WOAAHH!"
"I want to join your group, Aaron!" declared Emily, very excited to join, especially when she knew the person who made the 13th squad reach this point was Aaron.
"Emily!" snapped Eloise, stern and not liking what Emily was saying.
"Group? What group is that, Arthur?" asked Karen, confused.
The situation gradually improved. Aaron explained to them that he had invited the three women to sit beside him.
He explained everything from the group tournament to the agreement made between Aaron and Eloise.

Eloise clearly said Sara and the others could join Aaron’s group on one condition: they had to return to their former group after the group tournament.
Sara still didn’t understand what was happening, but Karen and Mona fully understood. The two women loudly accepted Aaron’s request.
Previously, Aaron had helped the 13th squad to reach the 25th floor. Now, it was their turn to help Aaron with his group.
Karen explained the situation to Sara. Slowly, the woman understood all of Karen’s explanations. She did not expect Aaron to be planning to form a group.
"If that’s the deal, then I don’t mind. We just need to fill the quota of group members to fulfill the tournament requirements, right?" asked Sara. Aaron and Eloise nodded in agreement.
"That’s good. If they’ve agreed, shouldn’t you start recruiting them?" asked Eloise.
"Sure, but to do that, just—"
Aaron’s words came to a shocking halt. Through his eyes, he saw a vision of Lewis at the guild office. To his surprise, Lewis tried an unusual way to attract the new members.
Aaron’s sudden silence startled Eloise and the others. They looked at each other, curious about Aaron’s sudden change in behavior.
"What’s wrong, Aaron?" asked Eloise.
’He’s challenging the people in the guild? What the hell is he planning?’ asked Aaron, shocked.
Aaron stood up immediately; Eloise and the others were even more confused. The woman asked Aaron a second time, but the man kept his mouth shut.
"I have to go. There’s something I have to do," Aaron replied.
Before he left, the door to the throne hall opened for the umpteenth time. This time, Aldo came with important news that he had to pass on to Eloise. Aldo’s presence made Aaron’s steps halt for a moment.
"What is it, Aldo?" asked Eloise.
"Someone is causing a mess at the City Guild Office. He brazenly challenged the groups from rank High."
"What? Who’s the crazy person who dared to do that?" asked Eloise.
’This is bad. Lewis could spark the attention of the three major group leaders,’ Aaron replied.
Not wanting to stay in that place for long, Aaron left with his Venerable Sage ability. One footstep was enough for him to reach 1 km away. It took three steps for him to arrive above the City Guild Office.
Aaron’s sudden leaving using his ability shocked Eloise and the others. Eloise summoned her swan beast servant, as did Emily with her griffin. The two left the throne hall for the location.
Karen asked Sara about this incident. Sara shook her head, but seeing what happened at the Guild Office was better for them.
The woman was confident that the person who challenged the leader of the Rank High group was from the Dark Legion.
They left the place in a hurry. Chaos broke out around the City Guild Office. People gathered to watch the street fight that was about to take place between the stranger and the three leaders of the High-Rank group, one of whom was Goro.
Aaron arrived in the sky, standing firmly with his eyes fixed downwards. He watched Lewis use his dark magic power, recklessly and boldly challenging them.
Aaron’s presence was accompanied by powerful magic fluctuations, which surprised many people.
"Look! He can fly without any help."
"His magic aura feels powerful. Who is he really?"
Eloise and Emily arrived near Aaron, seeing the fight before the guild office taking place. With Eloise’s authority, she asked for the fight to be stopped. It was better for them to fight during the group tournament.
However, Lewis did not hear Eloise’s words. It was because Lewis’s level was higher than Eloise’s, and he had no duty to listen to the woman.
"He won’t listen to me!" said Eloise, bringing up an ice sword from her side and aiming directly at Lewis’ back.
Lewis realized Eloise’s attack; he smashed the ice sword easily using his dark magic manipulation. It was enough to startle many people, including Eloise and Emily.
"What the...."
"Don’t bother me if you don’t want to die!" snapped Lewis, wearing a black shirt with a white pattern, different from Aaron’s suit shirt.
Also, Lewis wore disguise earrings that made his appearance look different in people’s eyes. Even though the person behind the disguise magic was Aaron’s clone.
Filled with great murderous intention, Lewis launched his attack at Eloise, a skull attack in the form of purple magic.
Aaron realized the power of the purple skull magic was pretty strong, unable to be blocked by Eloise.
Aaron stretched his arms to the sides, bringing up a purple wall to protect them. The purple skull’s attack collided with Aaron’s protective magic, but Aaron could easily defeat those attacks.
"Stop being stupid!" said Aaron.
Lewis looked up, watching the real Aaron stare at him sharply. Knowing he was powerless against his real body, Lewis left the place upset.
The situation returned to normal, but Goro saw Aaron. His hatred returned, and he wanted to kill the man, a result of yesterday’s humiliation he received from him.
"You! I’ll kill you!" Goro snapped.
Aaron focused his eyes on the muscular man. He brought up thousands of swords with a brief hand gesture towards the front using his purple magic manipulation ability. Seeing the portal with thousands of swords behind Aaron sent chills down Goro’s spine.
"Do you dare to fight me, Goro?!"
