Chapter 207 - 207

Reconstructing the branch office with time magic, I proceeded to gather up what remained of the mercs and used revivification magic upon them. Dazed and confused by what was going on, their expressions contorted into horror when they noticed me standing before them. Scrambling for the exit, I used the Force to pin them down with an annoyed expression.

"Where do you think you are going? There are a few things I want to know before I hand you over to the military.", I said, with a cold stare. "Before you were brutally massacred by my wives, I heard you mention something about having connections within the Security Department. How about coughing up some names for me?"

"Fuck... you...," one merc stuttered, still trying to escape from me. "We... We will not sell out our contacts!"

"That wasn't a request; it was a demand.", I chuckled, raising my right foot. "Since I can revive you, there is no reason to stop short of killing you. When you feel ready to talk, just let me know. Alright?"

Squashing the mercenary beneath my boot, his blood, bone fragments, and guts peppered his terrified colleagues. Stomping a second non-compliant merc, Samus' first victim agreed to tell me everything if I agreed to stop. Easing the pressure I was exerting on the big man, he let out an exhaustive sigh and began rattling off names. Jotting down every name he listed, Halls froze when he mentioned the chief of security's name.

"Hold on a moment, are you saying Chief Eric Novak is involved in your antics?", Commander Halls questioned, slowly approaching him. "I find it very hard to believe that an upstanding man like him would stoop this low. Where is your proof?"

Shakily taking out his personal tablet, the mercenary brought up the various correspondences he had with Chief Novak. Staring the man down intently for a few seconds, Halls began skimming through the messages. Watching her stone-faced expression evolve into a scowl, she gritted her teeth in anger.

"He may give off the air of a prim and proper man in public, but in private, the man is a coldhearted, sick bastard.", the merc asserted. "He gets his rocks off mutilating female pirates, sells classified information to the Belberem Federation, and uses his position to strongarm local- "

"Come again?!", Halls seethed, tossing his tablet at her subordinates before grabbing him by the collar. "That bastard has been selling national secrets to our enemy, and you did nothing about it!? If money is what you wanted, you could have made a fortune turning him into the local lord. Are you trying to burn our nation to the ground?

"Forgive me, Commander Halls, but doing so would have probably gotten them killed.", one of her subordinates interjected. "Chief Novak is the local lord's son-in-law; he is almost certainly aware of his heinous activities."

Releasing her grip on the mercenary, Halls told her assistant to rescind the request for backup. Deciding to handle this matter personally, she ordered her soldiers to haul the mercs back to her flagship for further questioning. Forcing them back onto their feet, the soldiers slapped cuffs on them and began marching them away. Asking Halls if she wanted me to resurrect the two men I killed, she shook her head and told me not to worry about it.

"Between the eighteen mercs we have in custody, we will get all the information we need.", Hall assured me, offering to shake my hand. "You will have to forgive me; I intended to give you a tour of the station, but my attention is needed elsewhere now. If you ever happen to return to the Grakkan Empire, please let me know. My family would be more than happy to host you during your stay."

"I will be sure to do that.", I acknowledged, shaking her hand while transmitting a telepathic message to her. "Listen carefully, contact your father immediately and request additional military assistance. I examined their minds closely and discovered that the Belberem Federation will be launching a surprise attack within a week's time. The surge in pirate activity was meant to serve as a distraction to hide their approach. Hiro's intervention has forced them to drastically move up their timetable."

"Shit... Thank you for the information. I will contact my father immediately!", Halls replied, before running out of the building. 'So, that was what Hiro was trying to tell me the other day. I should have heeded his words and stood up for him when Chief Novak slandered his good name. He is going to regret lying to my face and playing me for a fool!'

Cleaning up the mess I made, my family and I approached the counter to speak with the very confused staff. Inquiring how I rebuilt their branch office in an instant, I shrugged and said it was a little trick I had picked up during our travels. Reluctantly accepting my answer, as they could not come up with another explanation, the branch manager asked how they could be of service. Informing her we wanted to see the local bounty postings, those of us registered with the association placed our IDs on the counter.

"Holy shit, this explains how you were able to effortlessly crush those thugs. Your infamous reputations precede you, Chaos Slayer and Deadly Roses.", the branch manager said, looking at us excitedly. "If you are all here, that means things are about to get really busy. Hehe!"

"The Chaos Slayer and Deadly Roses?", Angelica questioned, barely able to utter the words without smirking. "Where did those names come from?"

"Well, your husband earned his title after his overwhelming victory over Khârn and his Butcherhorde. Within the association, he is the only man with the balls to face those monsters and protect the innocent.", she purred, giving me a flirtatious wink. "As for the rest of you, the association's higher-ups believe you are by far some of the most attractive and deadly women within our ranks. People tend to underestimate you because of your appearance, and it always ends poorly for them. Many female bounty hunters idolize you for your bravery, courage, and work ethic."

Embarrassed and overwhelmed by her praises, my wives turned bright red and quickly looked away from her. Patting my wives on the head, I praised them as well for their tireless efforts during my absences. Lightly punching me in the gut, the women pleaded with me to shut up because I was making things worse for them. Chuckling in response to their adorable words, I switched topics to redirect attention elsewhere.

"In addition to checking posting, can we also get these lovely ladies registered as well?", I requested, gently pushing Ashoka, Amallyn, Ionica, and my concubines forward.

"Absolutely, we can take care of that for you.", the branch manager agreed, turning to one of her receptionists. "Beth, can you please get them registered? I will take care of pulling down the most recent postings."

Asking us to wait a moment, the three dragonesses tugged energetically on my arm, requesting permission to join the association. Swearing to follow our orders to the letter, I glanced over at Lucoa for her opinion. Slowly nodding her head, my wife reluctantly gave her blessing, so I agreed to let them join. Jumping up and down with excitement, they bolted up to the counter, ready to fill out paperwork.

"This way, please...", Beth stated, a bit miffed that her boss took the easier job for herself. "As a heads-up, our branch's examiner quit shortly after the fire. Since we do not have someone to properly test you, everyone will have to start out as a copper rank. Is that alright?"

Understanding the situation, Ahsoka, Amallyn, Ionica, and the dragonesses agreed to the condition without complaint. Looking at my concubines for their answer, they looked back at me and requested to speak with me in private. Handing Nuelalla over to Amallyn, the seventeen of us stepped into a private conference room to talk. Releasing a long, collective sigh, they proceeded to drop a bombshell on me that I had not seen coming.

"We apologize for not telling you sooner, but none of us have a legal name. For as long as we can recall, we have only ever had an employee number and the filthy names clientele gave us.", the Lethan Twi'lek admitted, twiddling her thumbs anxiously. "While it may sound weird, would you consider giving us names? As our husband and savior, we feel it is only right for you to name your property. As we are mere concubines, just a first name is all we require."

"Are you certain you want me to do that? You know far more about your cultures than I do.", I remarked, looking them in the eyes.

"We will happily take on whatever names you give us.", the Miraluka answered as her colleagues nodded their heads in agreement.

Accepting the responsibility, I connected to the HoloNet and searched for names from their respective cultures. Selecting cool, unique names for each woman, Luxion drafted their papers for me so I could place my seal upon them.

Blue Dathomirian - Yuish Stark

Blue Mikkian - Sivar Stark

Blue Twi'lek - Hanna Stark

Blue Zygerrain - Novess Stark

Echani - Rhyssa Stark

Green Twi'lek - Ledunth Stark

Lavendar Twi'lek - Xatvaath Stark

Lethan Twi'lek - Binja Stark

Miraluka - Jeles Stark

Olive Mirialan - Hendi Stark

Orange Twi'lek - Dene Stark

Pantoran - Lesmi Stark

Pink Zeltron - Eoffi Stark

Red Zygerrain - Nalen Stark

Silver Theelin - Astoot Stark

Tholothian - Simenn Stark

Quickly skimming over the documents to confirm everything was in order, I pressed my magic seal into the paper and distributed them. Graciously accepting them from me, they flipped through the birth certificates and other documents Luxion created. Stopping when they reached the marriage certificates at the bottom of their piles, they began to tremble when they saw their official legal names. Refusing to accept the names I gave them, each woman felt giving them my last name was going too far.

"We... We cannot take your last name, Lord Stark.", Hanna insisted. "All of us are disgusting, filthy women who are far below your station. Being given clean clothing, a warm bed, and sleeping under your roof is already more than we could ever ask for."

"I refuse; you will take my last name, or I will send you to Coruscant to be sent back to your cultural homeworlds.", I remarked, refusing to budge on this subject. "During my early years, my biological mother was routinely degraded and humiliated for not sharing my father's last name. When my father brought her into the household, his bitch of a legal wife made it a requirement that she be barred from sharing his name. She drove my poor mother to tears on many occasions, and I refuse to subject you to the same torment. While I know my wives would never do that to you, I cannot say the same for the rest of high society."

"Lord Stark...", Binja said, clutching her documents tightly. "Forgive us for strong-arming you into taking us all in as your concubines. From this point forward, we swear never to utilize underhanded tricks again. We will adhere to- "

"You do not need to apologize; I cannot fault you for feeling uneasy about things.", I spoke, retrieving sixteen plain silver rings from my inventory. "After much reflection, I have decided to take full responsibility for each of you from here on out. You are a part of my family and will enjoy the same benefits and privileges that come with it. While you will be barred from acting in any official capacity as a household representative, in every other way you will be treated the same as my wives. As such, please refrain from calling me Lord Stark moving forward."

Slipping the rings onto their fingers, the women began to cry tears of happiness and relief. Overjoyed they were official members of my family and had a place to call home, they threw themselves at me enthusiastically. Showering me with their affection and love, a few of them began stripping, which I had to quickly shut down. Certain there were cameras hidden around the room, I did not want to give management a strip show.

"Ladies, we should really get back to the counter before the staff comes looking for us...", I said as my partner began rising to the occasion. "There will be plenty of time for adult activities during our time at the resort. Just hold out a bit longer, please." freewēbnoveℓ.com

"Very well... dear.", Eoffi agreed, sliding off me after one last kiss. "Hehe, we will make sure you do not go to bed unsatisfied. You have our word on that."

Strutting over to the door, shaking their hips in an exaggerated fashion, they stepped back out into the lobby with beaming smiles. Rushing over to where Ahsoka, Amallyn, Ionica, and the dragonesses were, the receptionist began going over the association's bylaws and regulations. Rejoining my wives, Mylene and Olivia gave me a reassuring nod of approval.

"Alright, the bounties have been assigned to your party.", the branch manager said, entering the information into the system. "Everyone, allow me to personally thank you for repairing the building and ridding the station of those thugs. While I cannot guarantee you will be rewarded, I will do my best to see you are compensated in some form. Also, Lord Stark... Might I interest you in dinner and a movie? I would love to hear all about your adventures."

Unbuttoning the top three buttons on her shirt, she provocatively pushed her chest out while biting her lower lip. Assuring me that it would be well worth my time, my wives were too stunned by her boldness to react like they normally would.

"I appreciate your tempting offer, but I am afraid I must refuse. We are on vacation starting tomorrow, and I will not have any free time for the foreseeable future.", I said, shutting her down immediately. "It has been a pleasure meeting you. Please take care!"

Handing the new bloods their association IDs, the women rushed back over to join us so we could head out. Snapping out of their dazes as the rest of us began walking away, my wives flipped the branch manager the bird and berated her for not acting professional. Calling her a slew of savory words, they turned and chased after us.

"Hehe... Serves you right, you thirsty hoe.", Beth muttered under her breath.

"What was that?!", the branch manager snapped, fixing her shirt. "Come over here and say that to my face."

Listening to them bicker as we left, our group began to silently laugh at them.
