Return of the Mythic Bloodline-Chapter 375: Nymeria’s Memories II
Inside the brothel, several women with voluptuous figures and revealing robes welcomed Ignis and the knights with playful smiles. Ignis moved his hands over their bodies, his eyes fixed on Nymeria as he toyed with them in front of her, observing her reaction.
Moments later, a beautiful, mature woman wearing a bright robe arrived in the hall and greeted Ignis with an elegant bow.
"What kind do you desire this time, Young Master Ignis?" the woman asked.
Without waiting for his answer, she clapped her hands, and a group of five beautiful women appeared before them.
"These women are specially selected for you, Young Master. All of them still possess their pure yin essence."
Ignis removed his hand from the woman he had been playing with and briefly scanned the women brought before him.
"They are all beautiful flowers, but you see... I brought my own flower tonight," Ignis said, pulling Nymeria toward him by her wrist.
"Let these women serve my friends from the Empire," he announced.
One of the women from the group sulked. "Young Master, we preserved our chastity for you, and now you are abandoning us for another lady."
Ignis moved toward the woman, pulled her closer by the waist, and began kissing her intensely. The woman responded instantly, wrapping her arms around him and returning the kiss with equal passion.
After pulling away, Ignis whispered, his gaze fixed on Nymeria the entire time, "I will enjoy you after her. Now be a good girl and entertain the guests from the Empire."
She nodded with a faint crimson hue on her cheeks before moving toward the knights. The others followed as well, each taking the arm of a knight and leading them to separate rooms.
Meanwhile, Ignis took Nymeria to the upper floor, which had been entirely reserved for him. They entered a large hall decorated with numerous pink curtains and a massive master bed placed against one of the walls.
At a large table with short legs in the center of the room, several dishes and jade bottles of wine were arranged. On the opposite side of the table sat a blonde, half-naked man who was chugging a bottle of wine.
Taranis, who had been silently witnessing everything, instantly recognized the blonde man.
"Adam Solaris. What the hell is he doing here?" Taranis muttered.
"Greetings, Prince Adam. I hope I did not make you wait long," Ignis said as he sat down in front of him.
Turning to Nymeria, who had been standing at the entrance and staring at Adam with a piercing gaze, Ignis muttered in a sharp voice, "Come. Sit."
Ignis’s command fell on deaf ears. Nymeria did not move an inch from the entrance.
Clicking his tongue, Ignis rose from his seat and strode toward her.
A loud smack echoed through the room. The veil hat Nymeria had been wearing fell to the floor, revealing her face with a reddened mark on her cheek.
"I told you many times that I do not like waiting," Ignis muttered, grabbing Nymeria by the wrist and dragging her toward the table.
Taranis, witnessing the scene unfold before him, felt his eyes turn bloodshot with fury. His inability to do anything in this situation, and the knowledge that all of this had already happened in the past, only intensified his frustration and anger. Yet he could do nothing except watch in silence.
"Now, now, Lord Ignis. This is not the way you treat a lady," Adam said as he looked at Nymeria, licking his lips.
"You do not know her, Prince Adam," Ignis sighed as he sat at the table, pulling Nymeria down into a seat beside him. "This woman will not listen without force."
"Haha, there is charm in a stubborn one as well," Adam laughed. "The feeling of breaking their arrogance as you dominate them is otherworldly."
"You are right about that."
The two men laughed for a minute as they shared cups of sake.
After placing the cup back on the table, Adam spoke again, his voice turning serious.
"Why has Aurelion been crowned king? We cleared the way for your family to become the next rulers of the Hundred Sky Mountains, and you still could not achieve it."
"Tsk, it’s because of my father. He refused to fight for the crown no matter how much I insisted," Ignis muttered. "At least I forced him not to bend the knee before Aurelion. We are an independent territory now."
After a brief pause, he continued, "Aurelion loves his daughter more than anyone else. Once she informs her father that she wants to marry me, the entire Hundred Sky Mountains will be in my hands."
Adam shook his head with a sigh. "Her Tree of Divinity has been destroyed. She cannot live past the age of twenty five because of the incident she caused six months ago. What will you do after she dies?"
"I have already planned for that. I will make her bear as many children as possible before she turns twenty five. Our son will become the next heir of the Hundred Sky Mountains. As for Doran..."
Ignis grabbed a spoon from the table and snapped its neck, signaling what they intended to do with Doran.
Nymeria, who had remained silent until now, instantly reacted to Ignis’ plan.
"Don’t you dare harm my brother," she shouted, her voice loud and sharp.
"Look at the audacity of this bitch," Ignis muttered, landing another sharp slap across Nymeria’s face.
Yet Nymeria did not flinch. Her gaze only hardened as she muttered in a low voice,
"I will reveal everything."
"What did you just say?" Ignis demanded, glaring at Nymeria.
Adam also stopped drinking, his hand slowly moving toward the dagger at his waist.
"If you dare harm my family, I will reveal everything to my father and kill myself."
"This bitch," Ignis muttered, massaging the bridge of his nose.
Turning to Adam, he said, "I need to teach her a lesson. May you leave the room for a moment?"
"I wanted to enjoy the show, but since this is your first time with her, I will grant you some privacy," Adam chuckled as he rose from his seat, grabbing a bottle of sake.
"Thank you, Prince. I will make sure to invite you next time," Ignis laughed, giving him a slight bow.
"It’s no fun in just watching," Adam said, tapping Ignis on the shoulder.
"Th-that—"
"Haha, I am just jesting," Adam laughed and left the room.
Once the door closed, Ignis removed his mask, revealing the hideous face beneath it.
With a demonic smirk, he looked Nymeria up and down as he slowly moved closer to her.
