REJECTED ONCE, FROZEN FOREVER-Chapter 60: A DAY OUT

"Ariana!" Her mother called out to her, but Ariana just walked straight into the house.

Her mother had thought that Ariana would be happy to be the luna, but what she didn’t expect was Ariana’s reaction.

All she wanted was to make it up for her, she thought that if Ariana and Hunter got back together, then all would be well.

She looked at the house one last time, before she made a decision to leave.

Ariana walked back into the house and found Olivia standing there.

"Are you okay?" Olivia asked in concern.

"I’m fine!" Ariana replied with a small smile.

"I can’t believe she would say that." Olivia spoking shaking her head.

"I can, it seemed like I had forgotten that I was never wanted in their family." Ariana spoke.

"But it’s okay, you guys are my family." Ariana added.

"Let’s go!" Olivia said and they went back upstairs.

It was around eleven o’clock, everyone gathered downstairs.

"Does anyone have plans today?" Austin asked.

"No!" Most people replied.

"I wanted to take Sophia to an amusement park for her to have fun." Adrian spoke.

"I think we can all go." Avery spoke.

They all looked at each other and nodded. This was going to be their family day, they all got up and went into their cars. Since this was the werewolf territory, they didn’t use their super speed unless necessary.

Isabelle rode in the same car with Aaron and his parents. Dylan and Sophia were seated in the backseat of Adrian’s car. Austin, Avery, Rosemary and Tyler rode in one car. Josh, Olivia, Samantha and Derek all rode in one car.

The car arrived at the amusement park and Isabell opened the door as soon as the car stopped. She ran out and Aaron went after her in worry.

"Look at your son." Ivan said looking at Aaron who rushed out of the car after Isabelle.

"I still can’t believe that Isabelle is his mate. They are the complete opposite of each other." Morgan said looking at the way Aaron was watching Isabelle play with a small smile on his face.

"I would say she is the perfect match for him. He is always quiet." Ivan said starring at his son.

"And who does he take that from?" Morgan asked with her hand on her hip.

"I’m not that quiet." He said defending himself.

"Really?" Morgan asked turning to look at him.

Ivan felt cornered and looked away, it wasn’t a lie that he was an introvert and that their son took after him.

"But he took your powers." Ivan spoke recalling that Aaron’s powers were the same with Morgan.

"Isabelle, slow down you’ll get hurt." They saw Aaron shout and chased Isabelle.

"Look at her, I feel sorry for Aaron." Samantha said watching her daughter running around and Aaron running after her.

"She is the complete opposite of us." Derek replied watching Isabelle.

Both of them were introverts, and Isabelle was like the social butterfly. She was too honest; she said anything that came to her mind.

"She is too melodramatic." Samantha spoke.

"She is like your mother." Derek said, Isabelle was just like Audrey, Isabelle had Audrey’s personality.

Adrian’s car arrived and they came out of the car. Sophia saw Isabelle and ran to her.

"Issy!" Sophia called out and Isabelle that was on the swing turned to her and got off.

"Sof! Isabelle called out to her.

The two met and embraced in a hug. Adrian and Ariana walked over to where Samantha, Derek, Ivan and Morgan were standing.

"Why are they hugging like they have not seen each other in years? They were just together, so what is this?" Rosemary said coming from behind.

"I wonder, I thought only Isabelle was dramatic. Who thought that Sophia is just the same?" Avery spoke.

They watched the kids.

"We should also go and have fun." Ariana suggested.

"The kids are going to be watched by their mates anyway." Samantha added agreeing with Ariana.

"We should go and ride that one." Olivia said pointing at the roller-coaster

"Let’s go!" They all agreed and went.

"This is hard!" Dylan said to Aaron.

"Uncle!" Aaron called put to him.

"You are making me feel older that I am." Dylan said.

"You never complained before. Is it because your mate is young." Aaron teased.

"Maybe!" Dylan replied.

"I had given up hope of finding my mate. Amelia just kept saying you’ll meet her soon, and you know I was not there during Ariana’s pregnancy." Dylan spoke looking at Sophia.

"I just wish we found each other earlier. With this war coming, no one knows if we’ll survive." Dylan added, the war was just three weeks from now.

"How did you manage to stay away from her?" Dylan asked.

Since the day of Sophia’s birth, he could not think of a moment where he was not by her side.

"I trained like crazy. I used to sneak into her room and watch her sleep. There were times where I wanted to reach out to her and hold her in my arms." Aaron paused and looked at Dylan.

"I wanted to wait until the war end, before telling everyone." Aaron spoke.

They chatted for a while before their mates came running towards them.

"Tired?" They asked and Isabelle and Sophia nodded.

"I want mommy!" Sophia said.

Whenever she got tired, she would always go to Ariana and Adrian.

"Okay, come I’ll take you." Dylan said and picked her up.

"Hop on!" Aaron said offering his back to Isabelle.

Aaron took out his phone and asked his mother where they were. Morga told them the location and they went there.

"She wants you." Dylan said handing Sophia to Ariana.

"Are you tired baby?" Ariana asked taking Sophia.

"Hmm!" Sophia nodded and buried herself in her mother’s neck.

"Let’s go watch a movie." Amelia suggested since everyone was there.

"Ariana!" Ariana turned to see Ava standing there with her daughter.

"Here comes another one." Samantha muttered.

"You guys go first." Ariana said and handed Sophia to Adrian.

Sophia wanted to refuse but Adrian told her that Ariana was going to come to her quickly.

"It seems like this week; the pack they have nothing to do but to keep on bothering me." Ariana said when they were both alone.

"You must be happy right?" Ava accused.

"Happy for what?" Ariana asked with a playful smile.

"Hunter doesn’t want me and it is all because of you." Ava accused pointing a finger at her,

"What does Hunter not wanting to be with you has to do with me?" Ariana asked again.

"Why did you have to come back?" Ava questioned staring at her with so much hatred.

"Did I come here for fun?" Ariana asked seriously without any smile on her face.

"No right? I have come here as part of training you guys." Ariana spoke.

"Do you think I am that free to come all the way here to entertain you people." Ariana mocked.

"I see now, you have grown wings being with those blood suckers." Ava mocked.

"Of course, us blood suckers knows the true meaning of family unlike you dogs." Ariana teased back.

"Dogs?" Ava heaved with anger being called a dog was so downgrading.

"You seem to forget that you were a dog as well." Ava retorted. novelbuddy-cσ๓

"Yes, I was, but now I am not." Ariana replied playing with her hair.

"You wanted to be a luna so badly and now it has backfired." Ariana mocked.

"You won’t be with Hunter." Ava spoke.

"Him? Who wants to be with him? Me?" Ariana asked pointing at herself.

"Do I look like I want that pathetic excuse of a man." Ariana said and chuckled.

"Only you can cherish trash like that." Ariana said in mockery.

"Then, if you don’t want to be with him, why don’t you stay away from him?" Ava asked.

"Do I look like someone that wants to be near him?" She asked in mockery.

"Since we are on the topic, tell him to stay far away from me. My family and I are just tolerating you guys because of the war and the alliance, but that doesn’t mean we have to keep on tolerating you guys. My sister Rosemary has been looking for people to practice on, if you people keep doing what you are doing, then don’t blame us." Ariana said.

"Family? It seems like you have leeched on those bloodsuckers." Ava mocked.

"Of course, you would, you were pathetic enough craving for love and attention that you ended up with those pathetic bloodsuckers." Ava mocked.

Ariana raised her hand and slapped her. Ava touched her cheek in shock and when she looked up Ariana slapped her again on the other side.

"You!" Ava pointed at her and raised her hand to slap Ariana back, but Ariana grabbed her hand.

"I am being gentle with you all because of your daughter here. If you ever talk about my family that way again, then I’ll show you." Ariana said and pushed her.
