REJECTED ONCE, FROZEN FOREVER-Chapter 32: SORE FEET

Rosemary and Ariana waved at the girls, and they got into Rosemary’s car.

"She is going to experience the power of shopping today." Olivia said shaking her head.

"You can say that again." Morgan replied.

"I’m going out." Samatha said standing up.

"Where are you going?" Amelia asked.

"I’m going to the forest." She replied.

"I am going to mediate; anyone is free to join me." She said to which all of them turned down.

"The forest is too quiet for me." Morgan said but she really never liked the forest, even when she was human.

"Well then I’m off." With that she was gone.

"Well, I’m off to work." Avery said and left as well.

Avery was doctor and due to her age appearance, she had to pose as a resident doctor. She had more knowledge than all the doctors after all how many years had she been a doctor.

On the other hand, Ariana groaned. ’No wonder the others refused.’ She muttered under her breath, but Rosemary heard what she said.

"Others don’t understand. I thought that you understood me." Rosemary said with a pout.

"I just have never walked in heels in my entire life." Ariana tried to reason.

"I know but you have to start somewhere." Rosemary said to and handed her a pair but it was much lower than what she wears.

"Ariana you never talk about the life that you had in the pack." Rosemary asked tying to know her better.

"My life in that pack was like living in hell." She said and they took a seat on the sofa.

"When I was born, the whole pack hated me because the same day I was born was the same day that my grandmother passed away." She said softly.

"Back in the pack, it was only my grandfather and best friend that always looked after me. She was the one that convinced me to leave the pack, I sometimes wonder if she is doing okay." She said softly.

"I’m sure she’s doing well." Rosemary said and hugged her.

"Come pick ten more pairs." Rosemarry added.

"Ten, that is a lot." Ariana said trying to reject her politely.

"Ariana along with your power training you are going to wear heels as training from now on.

After six hours Ariana couldn’t feel her feet anymore and decided to call Adrian while Rosemary was looking at other shoes. Ariana looked at the shopping bags around them, it was as if they bought the entire mall.

"I called Adrian to come and pick me up. I can barely feel my feet anymore."

"We only been here for a few hours." Rosemary said her eyes not taking off the shoes that she was holding.

When they talk about shopaholic Rosemary’s name should be at the top. She could shop from sunrise to sunset, all she could now was pray that Adrian would get here as soon as possible. She thought that the others were joking, but now that she had experienced it herself, she understood why they all refused to join.

Rosemary looked at Ariana laying on the couch and thought that she was being a little bit overdramatic.

"Come on we still have to go to the other stores." Rosemary said and grabbed Ariana’s hand pulling her from the couch.

They left the store and were walking, they reached the store that Rosemary wanted to try, but before they could enter, they ran into Adrian and Austin.

"Adrian! Thank God you’re here." Ariana said with a sigh of relief and rushed to him collapsing in his arms.

"Love are you that tired?" He asked catching her.

"Yes, she..." She pointed at Rosemary.

"She’s a monster for shoes." Ariana said pouting.

"I can’t feel my toes." She said whining.

"It wasn’t that bad. How come I still feel my toes; I have been in heels the whole day. You are complaining when you’ve been wearing sneakers the whole day." Rosemary tried to justify herself by showing them her heels and Ariana’s sneakers.

"I thought you needed a pair since you said you never wore heels in your life." Rosemary said acting to be hurt.

"Babe, that’s enough. We all know how you get when you see shoes." Austin said offering a sympathetic glance to Ariana.

Austin had been in the middle of a meeting when he got a call from Adrian telling him that his mate planned on killing his.

"But... I didn’t finish." She whined when she turned to look at Austin.

"Let them go. Beside I think you have shopped enough." He said looking at the bags that they were both carrying.

"It’s like you planned to finish all the shoes in the mall." He spoke with sarcasm.

"That’s what I am saying this are the shoes, I still need to find matching clothes for them." She replied.

"Austin, we’re leaving." Adriana said taking the bags from Ariana’s hands.

"Okay go." Austin said and turned to look at his mate.

"They left, should we go as well." He asked taking the bags from her hands.

"Austin..." She dragged on his name, but he shook his head.

"Rosemary please let’s just go home." He pleaded.

Rosemary sulked but still followed him.

Adrian and Ariana were first to arrive, and they walked through the door.

"How was the shopping?" Olivia was the first one to ask.

"She... is a monster." Ariana said taking off her shoes sitting down.

"Oooh." Olivia made a sound when she saw the blister.

"Lucky for you they will heal quick." Olivia said and when she turned to look at the blisters they had already started healing.

"Where are the others?" Ariana asked seeing that it was only Olivia in the house.

"Work, Samatha is out in the forest." Olivia replied.

"Forest? What the hell is doing in the forest?" Ariana asked confused.

"She went to meditate." Olivia replied.

"All the way to the forest just to meditate?" She asked making sure she was hearing what she was hearing.

"Yes, since her gift is nature, she mostly likes to be surrounded by nature." Adrian answered her questioned.
