Reincarnation Of The Strongest Spirit Master-Chapter 1514: Willam’s Ambitious Plan
In the end, after five days, the entire elite strength of the Fox Guild finally gathered in the Medium World.
It was a sight that made even the Purgators’ sentries grow quiet with respect. Five hundred thousand—no, far more—masters stood in perfect formation, all gathered around their sole master and leader: William.
William stood on a raised plateau, his eyes moving slowly over the sea of faces. He saw the new equipment, the fresh banners, and the unmistakable aura of a battle-hardened army.
"Interesting," William said, a slight, knowing smirk playing on his lips as he looked at the faction leaders. "I thought I told you to bring ten thousand each, so you wouldn’t endanger the current battles back home. And here you are, bringing at least triple that number each! You’ve been busy, it seems."
He was truly astonished to see the sheer scale of the force before him! He had calculated that they might struggle to gather even half of that number while maintaining their defences, yet they had vastly outperformed his request.
The first explanation that jumped into his mind was a grim one: he feared they had stripped the frontlines bare of their most capable leaders to answer his summons, a move that could lead to catastrophe back home.
He worried they had mistaken his orders as a signal of distress—a desperate plea for reinforcements—rather than a strategic call for expansion and exploration.
"We have more than enough strength back there," Lara was the first to speak up, sensing his concern. She stepped forward, "The current situation is beyond stabilised. 𝐟𝚛𝕖𝚎𝕨𝗲𝐛𝚗𝐨𝐯𝐞𝕝.𝐜𝗼𝗺
The sheer number of masters who have poured out of the shadows to join our guild and our affiliated forces has given us a surplus of manpower we never dreamed of!"
"Not to mention, the effect of your work here is undeniable," Anjie added, gesturing to the horizon where tons of gates were silent, and all Scarlet Bears were dead. "There are so many vacant places now, entirely devoid of monsters. The pressure on our world has eased to the point where we can afford to send our best without fear."
"Why do you sound like this is a bad thing?" William asked, rolling his eyes, though a wide, satisfied smile was beginning to spread across his face. "Anyway, since you brought more than I asked for, we can start right away and work on many more worlds at the same time!"
"Worlds?!!"
A ripple of shock went through the assembled masters. The word hung in the air, heavy with implications. With just that single word, the more perceptive leaders in the crowd instantly grasped what William really intended to do. They weren’t here to do anything inside the Medium World; they were here for what lay beyond it.
"Are we going to explore the linked worlds behind these gates?!" Sara asked. William looked at her, a little surprised by how quickly she had guessed his real intentions.
However, as he moved his eyes over his inner circle—Berry, Lina, Ro, Anjie, and the veterans Fang and Becky—all he saw were calm, knowing gazes and confident looks. They had spent enough time around him to know that he never looked at a single horizon when there were ten more behind it.
"So you guessed it already? Brilliant!" he laughed, "That will save me the trouble of going through a long explanation. Now, I need you all to understand one thing very clearly: the worlds behind these gates might not be welcoming to us—or to you.
They have been under siege, perhaps for even longer than our world. Expect the worst. Act with humility, but remain firm. And above all, do not do anything reckless. Got it?"
As he spoke those last words, his gaze unintentionally landed on two specific individuals: Ro and Fang. Without even realising it, he had mentally classified the two of them as the most capable troublemakers in the entire guild—the ones most likely to start a war just to see if they could have more fun through it.
"What you will do is divide your forces," William continued, his voice becoming authoritative. "Each group will consist of a few thousand masters, led by one of your most trusted subordinates. Each group will also include a specialised team from both the Aspire Academy and the Lockheart Impact.
You will pass through these gates—specifically the ones I have already cleared and stabilised—and you will visit the worlds on the other side.
Go and speak to the big names, the ruling forces, and the world leaders. Explain to them exactly what we have done to save their worlds from the Scarlet Bears and the apocalypse."
"What you actually did alone," Berry interrupted with a small, proud smile. "We were just busy defending our world while you were here saving theirs!"
"Regardless," William replied with a calm smile, moving his eyes among them to ensure everyone felt included in the victory.
"What I do is actually part of what you do. We are one entity; we are the Fox Guild! Go there and tell them everything. Offer them the chance to join us on the same terms we have spread across our own world. Tell them the era of isolation is over."
"What if they don’t want to join?" Becky asked, her pragmatic mind already weighing the possibilities of resistance. "And about telling them everything... Shall we be transparent about your plans to ascend to the upper realm? About picking the elites and helping them follow you up there?"
"For sure," William nodded firmly. "That is our greatest incentive. And to make sure they believe you, take a few of the Blue Purgators with each team. They are our allies now, and since they actually come from the upper realm, they can testify to the reality and credibility of such wild claims. Their presence will be proof that we aren’t just telling fairy tales."
William turned to Bernard, who nodded solemnly in understanding. Before the masses had gathered, Bernard had suggested this very idea to ensure he followed his leader’s advice.
