Reincarnated As A Lion In Another World-Chapter 763: The Kill Switch

Six beams shot down from the sky, landing at the edge of a lake.

Could it even be called a lake? This body of water was quite large, larger than an ocean.

This thing spanned at least the distance of a thousand seas, yet they called it a lake.

Kael looked around and saw that many humanoids were floating around in this place.

All of them were lions as he could perceive. Of course they were, who else would dare float over the lake belonging to the lions besides the lions themselves.

Although there were many, Kael did not see any lion or lioness that was too young. Actually, quite a few of them were old-looking, appearing to be around the same age as Alexander.

Based on the aura coming from the nearest groups of lions and lionesses, Kael could tell that they were all immortals.

It appeared that only Immortals were allowed to come to the observation lake, which was also a good thing, as it made it exclusive to those who had true power.

Just how Kael would have appreciated it if not that all his attention was not somewhere else at this moment. 𝐟𝐫𝕖𝗲𝘄𝚎𝗯𝕟𝐨𝕧𝐞𝚕.𝕔𝕠𝐦

"There," Alexander said, pointing at a mature-looking woman who was hovering above a particular section of the lake close to the shore.

She was facing the group and Kael could see that her eyes were a bit drowsy. This woman, wearing tight robes that accented her figure-eight body was perfectly still, as if afraid to move.

Her eyes, even as they were half closed, were pinned down on the images that appeared in the lake below.

As Kael flew off the ground and got closer to her, he felt the aura emanating from her body and knew that she was just like Alexander.

An Anti-Lion, or in this case, an Anti-Lioness.

It seemed that the Anti-Lions, although not that common, were still not that hard to find.

It was no wonder Emperor Zain had been able to take a risk to steal the tail of a deceased member of the Judah Clan for Ma’abu.

This particular mature woman had her lioness tail out as it hung lazily downward, the base easing into the crack between her butt cheeks.

She was alone.

Other lions and lionesses immortals at the lake were hovering around in groups, but this woman was all by herself.

This reflected the true fate of the Anti-Lions, it showed the very motivation that drove the first of their kind to leave far away from the rest of the Lion Hegemony.

Loneliness.

Due to the nature of their powers, most lions would never want to get close to them, let alone have them in a Pride.

It wouldn’t be nice if a lion woke up every day in his pyramid, feeling sick all because he chose to have one Anti-Lion as a pride member.

And it was usually going to get worse the stronger they got.

The powers of the Anti-Lionheart were not like the others that could sometimes just choose to activate it or not.

Anti-Lions could not just cancel out their powers. They could suppress it just the way Alexander and this particular lady were doing, but that was it.

Simply getting close to them was a guarantee for a lion to lose their powers if it was weak enough. And if the other lion was too weak, they could simply die as their Lionheart would burst just from being in the same space as an Anti-Lion.

As Kael got close, he felt the power of an Anti-Lion trying to drain him. But it couldn’t.

Kael had two types of Conquering Essence now that he had devoured President Musty and turned into a Singularity.

Kael had reversed Conquering Essence, a trump card that Kael was unwilling to reveal unless he had no choice. This was his fail-safe against the whole lion race in case anything happened.

Naturally, this reversed Conquering Essence that was designed to be the ultimate weakness of the lions would obviously act differently when it comes in contact with the power of the Anti-Lions.

Normally, Kael would have to have an anti-lioness consort first and have her powers before he could be considered clean and free from the effects.

But with the reversed Conquering Essence, Kael could ignore the power of the Anti-Lions. It didn’t mean they were vulnerable to him though.

Alexander alone could crush Kael with the weight of his pinky finger, and this woman in front of him was going to be very strong.

They wouldn’t need to rely on their powers to beat the living shit out of Kael at all.

Kael still had to be cautious.

Which was why he was glad to have Reversed Conquering Essence.

There was a logic that not many people understood and not many would love to understand it.

If Kael could inject Conquering Essence into the Lion System which was also made up of Conquering Essence and Kael’s will, then the same rules apply to Reversed Conquering Essence.

Kael could literally pass a reversed Conquering Essence across the system to invade the body of any lion.

Kael literally had a kill switch right now. The only limit was the amount of reversed Conquering Essence that he had, which was actually not much.

Kael would have to let it grow in the future. He could just convert reversed Conquering Essence into regular Conquering Essence and he could convert regular Conquering Essence into reversed Conquering Essence.

But for most of his operations, Kael desperately needed regular Conquering Essence. Especially at this time when Kael was still a bit low after that lion swarm stunt he pulled.

He couldn’t afford to keep a large amount of reversed Conquering Essence lying around and it wouldn’t even be able to power the Lion System.

Using the reversed Conquering Essence also had to be done at a place of dominance. He didn’t want kings like Alexander and Jordan questioning if he was going to turn out like Derylia or President Musty.

Kael knew he was not like them, but they didn’t know that.

For now, the reversed Conquering Essence was his fail-safe in case anything went wrong with the lions.

Back to the lake.

Kael had just looked down to observe the images in the lake when he saw a grim sight.

A man had his arm sticking through Ruda’s chest as blood flowed down the tips of his fingers and dropped to the ground.

At the same time, Kael felt his electric powers starting to fade away.
