Feeling satisfied with what he had seen, Ray closed the status window, then he held Mira a little tighter.

He looked out of the window and noticed that the sun had begun to rise, with the sun’s rays spilling into his room.

Mira stirred softly, and her eyes fluttered open. Then, she looked up at Ray and smiled sleepily.

Mira chuckled softly and the two lay together for a few more minutes, just enjoying the quiet, the warmth, and their closeness.

While enjoying the comfort of Ray’s presence, Mira suddenly recalled something and she reluctantly sat up. "I should be heading back to my room before your mom wakes up."

"Yeah, that’s probably a good idea." Though Ray didn’t mind his mother knowing that Mira came over to his room every night, Mira, on the other hand, was still a bit shy about the whole idea of Helen knowing about their relationship.

Mira looked around in search of her nightgown, and the moment she saw it, Mira slipped it on before heading for the door.

At the door, she stopped and turned back to Ray before asking. "Tonight?"

Mira wanted to know if he would like to have her visit him tonight as well.

Though she knew what his answer would be, she still wanted to ask, just for the fun of it.

Ray understood this as well, so he nodded with a smile.

Meanwhile, Mira’s face lit up, then she slipped out the door and disappeared down the hallway.

Ray lay back on his bed then he stared at the ceiling with a silly grin on his face because he was really happy with how things were progressing concerning his relationship with Mira.

Of course, his main priority would always be his victims for revenge, but for now, all he wanted was to spend some time with his girlfriend.

During the day, they would complete their chores, train, and help Helen with whatever she wanted.
