Garius, Francesca, and the others watched as Giddie stood tall, glancing down at Buddy, who lowered his head and stared at the ground.

Buddy, still looking at the ground, fidgeted with his talons and squawked softly.

Garius chuckled as he saw Giddie squawk even harder, making Buddy stand straight with his wings held stiffly at his sides.

Francesca let out a soft laugh and glanced at Garius. "Want me to help translate what Giddie is scolding our youngest son’s Pekko for?"

Before Garius could say anything, Francesca began speaking, placing both hands on her hips and leaning forward as if scolding a child.

"How many times have I told you not to cause trouble!? Hmm?"

"Just because you’re strong now doesn’t mean there aren’t dangers out there!"

"Don’t forget, your master will worry sick if something happens to you. You’re no longer a child Pekko. You’re grown up now. Start behaving like an adult!"

Francesca kept translating what Giddie was squawking at Buddy, who remained silent.

Garius just smiled, watching Francesca translate before glancing up at his huge golden Pekko in the distance.

Francesca smiled and leaned toward Garius.

"Dear?"

"Hmm?" Garius turned his glance from Giddie to Francesca. "What is it, honey?"

"Do you still remember?" Francesca chuckled softly.

"Remember what?" He tilted his head, a little confused.

"How you made sure our youngest son got his first Pekko?"

"Ah... you mean when he sneaked out from the estate to the nearest village, and we let Liana chase him?" Garius smiled.

"Yes. Back when he first sneaked out from the estate, where you kept ’refusing’ to let him venture out to the nearest town the night he asked for permission..." Francesca smiled and narrowed her eyes at him.

"Mm... the time I made sure to act like a super angry father and used the excuse that all he focused on was playing around and not studying~"

"Yes. Using our first son and second son being top and second-best students in the Royal Academy as the excuse, but we both knew he’d sneak out anyway. Francesca narrowed her eyes toward Garius. Garius whistled and glanced away, while Alf smirked and adjusted his glove, and Erinette smiled while smoothing her maid dress.

"You really wanted to make Pekkos official in Armand, but you were waiting for the right moment. You waited for our youngest son to bring his Buddy along with Liana’s Pikko, to cause a little trouble and show them off in the royal capital back then. You even paid for the damage caused by Buddy and Pikko back then. And when the time was right..."

Francesca’s eyes sparkled with amusement. "I still remember the first time you showed our son, riding the King of All Pekkos, Giddie, and showing off to Javier and Buddy who the real king was. And I still remember the day you made it all official. Pekkos became the only monster bird officially recognized in Armand, while other nations didn’t have them."

Garius let out a soft laugh and shook his head. "Fine... I’ll admit it. But it all turned out for the best, didn’t it?" He glanced at Alf and Erinette. "Alf? Erinette?"

"Yes, Your Majesty?"

"The girls in the Mathrias maid dresses, check them properly to see if there’s any lingering manipulation and treat them if needed."

Francesca puffed her cheeks. "I still haven’t finished talking here, dear!"

Garius leaned in and kissed her cheek. "Aw, come on. That was in the past. Now we should focus on the present, am I right?" He gave Francesca his most charming smile.

"Hmmph!" Francesca crossed her arms and turned her face away, puffing her cheeks.

Garius exhaled and was about to try and coax her when a vibrating sound and Mylezra’s voice rang out from his mana smartphone.

Francesca narrowed her eyes playfully at him. "Go check your mana phone. I’m sure it’s Mylezra, we all set your ringtone with our voices, remember?"

Garius reached into his pocket and took out the mana phone Javier had given him. "Err... where do I press?"

Francesca exhaled and leaned forward to help him. "Here, dear. Click here and..." She paused as the screen lit up, showing Mylezra’s picture in a sexy pose, leaning forward, her cleavage on full display, one hand in a peace sign, her tongue gently peeking out to the side.

Garius just shook his head while Francesca adjusted her dress, showing more cleavage, and pulled Garius’s head toward her breast, starting to take a perfect picture.

"So? I’m your wife and Queen, and you’re my husband and King~ Besides, this is the perfect picture for me to send to my co-wives~"
