Jiang DeXian said casually, “I had some free time on my way back and I put together this examination paper. Care to take a look?”

Jiang DeXian quickly printed the examination out and handed it over to Fang JunRong.

“They have 90 minutes to complete it.”

Fang JunRong looked at it and became silent. There were so many technical questions on it that she didn’t even know the answer to a few of them. She suspected that none of those six would be able to answer this.

“Awesome. From now on, whenever someone sends me assistants, I will have to do this.” If they couldn’t complete it, she would send them over to Zhong Yi’s company and package them up for their debut to become stars.

That being said, Jiang DeXian seemed quite sensitive over this issue? Their relationship was purely that between a superior and her subordinate. His concern seemed to have crossed that line already.

Fang JunRong was taken aback a little by his definitive answer. She mulled over it some and said to him, “Are you confusing appreciation and romantic feelings?”

It was very rare that Fang JunRong would see such obvious anger on Jiang DeXian. His voice sounded like he was suppressing something. “You are not only insulting yourself when you say such a thing.

“Nobody is better than you in my eyes.”

He approached her out of appreciation and curiosity at the very beginning but, the longer he stayed around her, the more he was attracted to her.

Even after what she had been through in her previous life, she still maintained her old self after her rebirth.

She was still kind toward the world that had hurt her deeply in the past. Much like oysters that turn invasive matters into pearls with a subtle glow. She wasn’t a good person through and through, however. She would retaliate when necessary.

She was decisive with no hesitation during those times.
