Rebirth: Clinging to My Possessive Magnate-Chapter 793: Eh?
Fortunately, James Reed didn’t pin all his hopes on Chaya Davis. Since she wasn’t cooperating, he had no choice but to abandon the plan and take this chance to retaliate against Sophie Wilson and Charles Seymour.
Thus, James asked his assistant to look up which wedding planning company was the best.
He wouldn’t marry Ophelia Wilson, but the act must be convincing.
——
"Hmm," Charles Seymour nodded slightly after listening to Jim Perry.
"Boss, what should we do next?" Jim Perry asked eagerly. It had been a while since he’d gotten involved, and finally, there was something fun to do.
Otherwise, dealing with the relentless pressures of the company every day was truly dull.
"Find someone to create online rumors," Charles Seymour said.
"Right, boss, I’ll curse the hell out of that bastard!" Jim Perry rolled up his sleeves, completely destroying his gentlemanly demeanor.
"No." A cold smile flashed in Charles Seymour’s eyes, "Praise Charles Seymour, lavishly praise him."
Jim Perry: "Huh?"
Was it his ears or his brain malfunctioning?
Why couldn’t he understand his boss’s intentions?
James Reed was unaware that Charles Seymour had already taken action. After contacting the wedding planning company, he even took the effort to pick up Ophelia Wilson.
"James, why are we suddenly going to a wedding planning company?" Ophelia Wilson asked nervously, afraid James would notice something amiss.
She had specially put on makeup at the hotel, checking multiple times before leaving to ensure no traces from yesterday were visible, only then meeting with James.
"Once things are settled early, you won’t have to stay at the hotel anymore," James Reed said with a smile, "You’re too considerate about me. It’s my oversight; if I had dealt with it earlier, you wouldn’t be in this situation."
"James, I definitely don’t mean to rush you into marrying me," Ophelia Wilson hurriedly said, fearing any misunderstanding from James.
"I’m eager to marry you," James Reed said with a smile, "We’re here."
The wedding planning company was located in a business district, naturally of a high caliber. James Reed had made an appointment in advance, and upon entering, they were greeted by a dedicated staff member.
"...The themes mentioned earlier are popular among our clients. Of course, if you have any specific designs in mind, feel free to let us know. We can help conceptualize and design the entire wedding process."
"Okay, we’ll look around first," James Reed smiled and nodded, then asked Ophelia Wilson, "Which type do you like?"
"Anything works for me," Ophelia Wilson felt warm inside, "As long as I can marry you, the form doesn’t matter to me."
"No, that won’t do," James Reed shook his head and then looked at the staff, "Our wedding is urgent, so how quickly can you prepare everything?"
"That depends on the theme you choose, and once confirmed, we can discuss the timing and other details."
"Alright, we’ll take these plans home, review them, and get back to you within a couple of days," James Reed’s decisiveness delighted the staff, as this deal seemed promising.
After enthusiastically seeing James Reed and Ophelia Wilson off, the wedding company staff gathered to gossip quietly, "James Reed is really going to marry Ophelia Wilson."
"Do you think that video online is fake?"
"It’s shot so clearly; how can it be fake?"
"This is true love!"
