The second day.

Raios is facing his third formation. He is feeling the pressure of a thousand mountains on his shoulders. His veins bulged as if the blood in his body was trying to find and outlet.

He has been undergoing physical training since he was a toddler. He was put in many life threatening situations throughout his life. And most of them tested his physical limits, but he was never tested like this.

Every step felt heavy.

Even keeping his eyes open felt like a herculean task. Every movement of his threatened to collapse his flesh and bone. He felt frustrated. Because it has been almost half a day and he barely finished two formations.

Now the third one is tougher than the last. He is barely halfway through reaching the mountain. He doesn't know how well the remaining people are doing. But only hundred people are eligible to stay in the game by that night and he is not willing to let that chance go by.

After all, all he knew is that this is a revived pocket dimension and the difficulty of this is much higher than the other two.

He needs to get a higher position to get a greater reward.

As his thoughts reached this point, he gritted his teeth and looked at his two opponents. One of them is a mage which put him in much worse state the Raios. However, the third one is a pure warrior. His physique is much better that Raios' physique.

He had much easier time compared to him.

Raios channeled his energy to the limit. Lightning concentrated all over his body as he activated fusion. Complete fusion. Even in that fusion state the gravity is effecting him. This only resulted him in consuming more and more every with every passing second.

*BOOM*

The battle began.

The three of them fought tooth and nail. The mage was the first one to be targeted by the other two. But Raios and the other guy are not actually giving it their all. Whenever the mage is cornered those two start attacking each other.

This gave the mage a chance and these two retreated.

The fight went on and on.

When Raios almost lost hope, he managed to notice some energy fluctuation in the formation.

He brandished his sword and slashed at the formation when the attacks from the other two were aimed at him. The lightning-induced sword landed on the formation spot. The blow deflected him and sent him away to another corner of the formation.

At the same time, the backlash of the blow created a massive explosion that targeted the other two.

He didn't know how that target worked.

He didn't know why there was such a fluctuation in the formation all of a sudden. But it helped him out of that situation.

He hurriedly killed the other two.

Even when the other two desperately tried to surrender directly, Raios didn't give them a chance. He killed them and the formation relaxed its pressure on him. He felt relieved and his recovery began. Time passed.

Raios went on to clear three more formations before the second day came to an end. He thought he didn't do well. However to his surprise, he managed to not just reach the top hundred, rather he went past that.

He reached the top ten.

And these results were displayed on a leaderboard on top of the golden dome. He was shocked to say the least. He didn't focus much on all of those hundred names. Only the top ten. Because his name is floating among those ten.

Albeit the tenth place, he is still there.

And to his surprise, most of the top ten rankers and other possible big shots of the grade 1 are not there. In fact, some of them are not even on the list of the hundred ranks.

He was shocked, to say the least.

At the same time, a message has come.

"The top hundred people are announced and these hundred people shall compete for the top ten places. The top ten places will reach the peak and fight under the golden dome. One person will be decided as the winner and they will fight the final obstacle to obtain the ultimate prize."

That was the announcement.

The participants inside the pocket dimension were all delighted. However, most of them had similar expressions to Raios. The people that were supposed to be on the list are not there. Except for Sam and White, most of the other people including the players are not on the list.

Sam, of course, placed his own name in the list. As for his friends, he eliminated most of them in the earlier rounds. All of this is of course part of his plan.

The second night all the participants were charged with all kinds of medicines they had that could enhance their strength. They are up to gills with those potions and pills.

Raios followed the same strategy. He rested well, recovered to his peak position, and got ready to fight. As soon as he stepped into the next formation, there are ten other people along with him.

However, this time he almost fell off the mountain as soon as he appeared. Because he was not standing on the flat ground, instead he appeared on the steep slope of the side of the mountain. Not just him, the others did too and the gravity is way too high.

He had to start his flight to stay afloat.

But the gravity was still charging him downward and at this moment, an announcement came to their heads.

"In the next one hour. Only one person should remain in this formation. If by any chance more than one person stays in this formation, all of you will be eliminated.

You will be given plenty of time to recover after the one hour is over. Please do not hold back."

*BANG*

The announcement wasn't even over when Raios was attacked. He barely managed to dodge it. The gravity fluctuated and his flight was unstable. He hurriedly launched himself to the slope and dug his palm and leg into it to hang from the side.

He held the sword with his second hand and looked at his opponents.

He frowned as he noticed something. All the other nine people in this formation along with him are from Zeus Academy just like him. On top of that, there are three people who are from the noble league just like him.

"Fucking hell."

He cursed under his breath. Until now, he killed many people in his ascent in the past two days. But because of his luck, he didn't have to kill many people from his academy. But now, all of them appeared here at the same time.

That too in such a cutthroat round.

No one will be willing to surrender just because they were defeated. This pocket dimension is way too weird and everyone wants to reach the end.

As he was thinking, as if to prove his thoughts and speculations, someone took out a special spear. It is full of inscriptions and it even had a spirit.

"Fucking hell. You Moron."

Raios cursed as the spear was brandished towards him.

*BOOM* CRASH*

The spear landed on the surface of the mountain, creating a massive crater. The debris and destroyed rocks flew all over the place. However to their surprise, it didn't land on the ground, instead it floated in the air.

The gravity that focused on pulling them down at all costs is making the rocks float.

But they didn't have time to wonder.

"You are taking out your family's hidden treasures? Are you out of your fucking mind?"

Raios screamed at the spearman who almost killed him.

"Of course, you are the one who is out of their damn mind though. It is time to go all out or all the stress I have gone through in the past few days is a fucking waste of time. I shall be in the top ten no matter what. So, DIE!!!"

He threw his spear once again.

Raios kicked the mountain surface and launched himself out of the spear's way. He crashed into one of the other candidates who was floated. This caught that guy off guard and the gravity showed its might.

Raios kicked that guy on the back and used that recoil to reach another point of the mountain.

Meanwhile, the spear went past his original spot and clashed with another candidate's attack.

Just like that a mighty chaotic battle started. All of them are from the same academy and most of them have a good enough relationship to be considered friendly acquaintances. But now they are trying to kill each other like there is no tomorrow.

Of course, even for Raios, this is not surprising. In fact, he would have been more suspicious if someone told him they wanted to cooperate with him.

The current behavior is more up the league of freaking Olympians.
