Either he was slaughtering the demons and talking to Yasmine, or eating the demons and talking to Yasmine. He didn’t rest much and gave all his time to grind up levels.

The demonic energy in his body was increasing constantly but now it was gathered in the core. For now he could only use it to summon that purple flame, but Vritra felt that in the future that Essence Core might be even more useful.

Soon the eighth round began and another round of slaughter took place; it was too one-sided. The other side stood absolutely no chance of winning.

His control over dust had increased by a lot and the skill itself had gotten quite strong. He was now able to kill the demons using Dust Manipulation.

The ninth and tenth waves passed. Yasmine watched as he became much more monstrous than those pitiful demons. His level kept increasing rapidly, and those Soul Wraiths kept getting stronger.

In the last two waves, Vritra first faced Golems that were made of almost indestructible flesh. Their defence was extremely high and they were quite difficult to kill. Their strength had increased greatly.

And at last Vritra faced Chimeras. They were disgusting-looking creatures that were made from dead bodies of demons and possessed random abilities. Killing them was quite tricky since all of them were different.

When he obtained the final level of the title "Cursed Hunter," he was rewarded an additional 100 Allocation Points and ten Luck points, which was a great gift.

After he was finally done killing all ten of the waves, Vritra sat calmly on a chair in a new set of clothes and looked completely clean without any blood on his body. His current appearance was simply dazzling.

Yasmine was coiled around his body while her head rested comfortably on his lap. Vritra was caressing her head as she lay there with her eyes closed and released contented sighs every once in a while. After months together, they had gotten very close.

Vritra looked at everything that he had gained after this trip. He had already added all his Allocation Points to Agility, since it increases his reaction speed too, and with Shift he could adjust at any time.
