Raising A Few Wives in a Beast Apocalypse-Chapter 425: Heaven Destroyer!
Muku didn't shout but his voice spread into the distance. It blended into the chaotic sounds of evolution.
It even spread to the fortress around fifty kilometres away. Everyone there who recognised the voice couldn't help but smile wryly.
"Hahahaha. Couldn't have said it better myself. My brother truly is passionate! Hahaha," Klaus happily commented from inside the barrier.
That's right, Lisa had agreed to house them during the evolution. But they'd have to leave after. Klaus readily agreed. After all, he was a leader too, and unless necessary, no leader would want to live under someone's roof for too long...
Lisa on the other hand felt a little embarrassed by Muku's words. It was as if her husband had declared something embarrassing for the world to hear.
With that thought her face reddened a little bit. Sure, she promised herself to make him take responsibility, but that was just in the spur of the moment. She was too shy to actually try anything.
Though at the same time, she couldn't help but admire his confidence. She wasn't sure what he was facing, but from the loud sounds they had been hearing since before the evolution began, she could tell that it was something cataclysmic to those like her. Something she couldn't hope to face for a long while...
Interestingly enough, the girls on the sky castle were feeling something almost identical to Lisa. The only difference was that they weren't too shy about thinking of him as their husband.
Of course, Elsa just rolled her eyes at her brother-in-law's crazy words.
While they all felt he was speaking too much, they couldn't help but smile. He wouldn't be Muku if he didn't say such famous last words!...
.....
"Ew so cringey" Raya immediately commented disgustedly.
"Shut up! I'm trying to fire myself up okay?! If you don't like that you can face it yourself!" Muku snapped back.
How dare the brat say that his handsome words were cringe? Does she know that only famous people speak such words? Sure, most of them didn't have good endings after, but still, they still sounded cool right?
"Fine fine, I'm sorry. Anyway, I just got an idea. Is there more space in your spear? Or can you make it bigger?" Raya spoke with a glint in her eyes.
"Why?" Muku asked curiously while making his spear even bigger.
"Well, you said you wanted to poke a hole through the heavens right? I'm just trying to make sure that you do..." Raya replied calmly...
...
A few moments later...
The spear's size had been improved by quite a bit. It was now over ten kilometres tall and three kilometres thick. Around the same size as the bomb.
Its colour was no longer just silver. It now had black and white carvings all over it and a blackish grey energy faintly radiating from it.
Muku's face had turned pale behind the nightmare armour. After all, while he could make countless spears of the same size with his strength. He could barely make one strong enough to hold all the energies inside this one.
It had taken all his mana. He only had enough left to move. Beside him, Raya was also weakened.
That's right, the two had expended all their power to make the spear as strong as it could possibly be. While it wasn't exactly a union spell since the energy wasn't combined into one, it was just confined in the same space separately, but that didn't mean it would be much weaker.
Besides, they didn't have enough time for a true union spell, and they had tried it once before and almost died when it exploded in the Beast World.
The girls had been lucky back then otherwise the chance of failure was higher than success.
Muku and Raya wouldn't mess with something so uncertain at such a time. So they did the best they could.
"So, what do you think we should call it?" Muku asked Raya.
"Hmm. Why not be straightforward and call it Heaven Destroyer?" Raya replied after thinking for less than a second.
"Heaven Destroyer huh? Makes sense... Though it's a bit arrogant" Muku felt that the name was perfect.
"Says the man who declared he'd poke a hole through the heavens. Anyway, are you going to send it out or? I mean, the bomb has been coming down at us all this time after all..." Raya replied while rolling her eyes.
"Tsk. Do you think I don't see it? This thing is rather hard to move with my current strength. But don't worry, all I need is Maximum Effort!" Muku replied then shouted at the end as blood began flowing out of his nose, eyes, mouth and ears.
This was because for the first time ever, he reached the limits of his Telekinesis and pushed past it.
In normal cases, he would be able to move the spear without using Telekinesis since that's what metal manipulation meant, but this time, it wasn't enough, so he had to add his Telekinesis too. And even that needed to be used in overdrive.
And finally, the spear began shaking then slowly rose from the ground.
Which was quite a sight. After all, if the shaking of the very ground hadn't been able to shake it. So one could understand how heavy and steady it was from that.
In the place where it stood before was a hole around half a kilometre deep. But of course, since the world was evolving, the hole was soon filled up. But Muku and Raya didn't have the time to look at that for now, all their focus was on the spear slowly gaining momentum as it climbed up into the sky heading straight for the bomb coming their way...
The distance between the clouds and the ground was over a hundred kilometres, so the two giant weapons had more than enough space to gain momentum.
Surprisingly enough, the spear ended up travelling faster than the bomb which had natural momentum on its side...
At this point, Muku could barely keep his bloody eyes open and his head hurt so much he wished he could rip it off and trade it in for a new one. Or just die, he was okay with both options.
Anyway, that didn't stop him from propelling the spear forward then...
The two weapons of mass destruction met...
Everyone who was watching couldn't help but hold their breath while subconsciously backing away...
Muku and Raya wanted to dig into the ground again. Unfortunately, not only did they not have the power for such, but they also dared not do it when the world was evolving. Who knows how chaotic the situation down there is? What if they get squashed?
And so, they floated slightly above ground while looking at the sky hoping they would survive what was about to come.
Well, Raya floated and looked up. Muku lay on her back looking like he could die at any moment. But of course, he was too much of a cockroach to actually die. But the best he could do now was barely keep himself conscious and leave the rest to Raya.
If the situation wasn't so dire, he wouldn't have minded letting himself go and fainting on the spot...
Unfortunately, before fainting, he had to see this thing through...
The explosion upon impact that everyone expected didn't occur...
Instead, it seemed the two attacks... Combined into one and started disappearing?! Was that the legendary implosion? But was it possible for such a thing to happen when two objects clashed?
And where was the sound?
Before anyone could make sense of what was going on... Darkness appeared in the sky and spread in all directions...
And again, sound was missing in action.
At first, it looked like the clouds were getting eaten away by a dark energy.
But to Raya's horror, that wasn't what was going on at all! It wasn't just the clouds getting eaten away...
"Space itself is getting destroyed!" Raya shouted in shock and fear as a cold chill went down her spine...
She wanted to leave, to escape as quickly as she could. And yet, her body couldn't move.
No, it wasn't that she was out of mana. While she was almost out of it, she still had enough to move a little bit.
What was happening now was the effect of looking directly into the abyss. Looking into the deep dark void that was eating away at space like it was a thin layer of paper getting burned away by heavenly flames.
She was scared stiff. All her fearlessness was nothing in front of the void. She felt like she was less than an ant in front of it. She even felt that Monarchs would also be less than ant if compared to that primal darkness.
No energy was radiating from it... Or maybe, she was just too weak to sense it...
All she could do was look as the darkness inched closer and closer. She screamed in her body telling her body to move but it didn't listen.
And so, despair appeared in her eyes. To think that she was going to die so unremarkably.
All this time, she thought that if she were to die, then it would be gloriously in battle...
Just when the darkness was about to reach her. Something miraculous and rather scary too happened.
A finger appeared from within the darkness and plugged up the hole in space which was now around fifteen kilometres wide...
