Progenitor Vampire: I Have Many Skills!-Chapter 582: Isla Moore (3)
It was no longer just a case of facing a woman whose appearance disappeared whenever she felt like it but of facing a woman capable of crushing the chest of one of his men with a single blow.
To murder him in one blow!
So he looked fiercely at Isla. ’I have to kill her as soon as possible. I can’t let my transformation show.’
He felt desperate, so he lunged at Isla with great ferocity, activating several curses to increase his strength to the limit.
But his attack only hit the air, pushing a residual image of Isla into oblivion. At the same time, he felt a dagger pierce his side.
"Shit..." He quickly turned his head as he felt the danger at his neck and managed to dodge an attack that would probably have blown his head off if he hadn’t.
He raised his leg to punch the stomach of Isla, who had finally materialized near him, and managed to push her away, although he had a wound in his side.
The wound in that spot soon turned into a pile of hair. ’It didn’t heal? Shit!’ He roared inside himself as he realized that the curses weren’t working, which meant that the woman in front of him far outmatched him.
Seeing this, he knew he had to run.
Among those present in the kingdom, he is one of those with one of the most powerful transformations, but he is not stupid. He knows that if he activates that… he will die.
There is no other way.
So he looked up quickly, looking for something to hold on to, and soon found a piece of metal. He jumped up to it to hold on and quickly fled the place.
His hands quickly grasped the metal bar, but the grip felt a little strange. A strange pain in his hands made him turn his face forward, and his vision cleared.
Suddenly, the metal bar he had sworn he had grabbed disappeared, and in its place, he was firmly holding one of Isla’s daggers.
She smiled.
"Run away, eh? Against the Queen of Disaster, I don’t think that’s the best decision."
She suddenly moved her dagger, causing it to pass from his hand to his arm to his shoulder, making an extremely deep wound that reached the bone. In the same attack, she tried to cut off his head, but Joe suddenly roared.
"ROAAAAAAAR!" At first, the roar sounded like a scream of pain, but as the seconds passed, it transformed into a strange roar like that of a lion.
At the same time, the human face before Isla was transformed into an enormous lion’s head, while the human features were destroyed leaving only strange scattered teeth and part of the skin.
The same thing happened with his arms and legs, which were transformed into the four legs of a strange, bloody lion with an enormous serpentine tail.
"ROAAAAAAAAAAR!" The roar became more evident, but somehow, it had a touch of sadness and hate.
’Finally, he transformed...’ Isla smiled at the sight of it. But suddenly, she suffered a powerful attack in the stomach that made her fly backward immediately until she hit a building. She hadn’t expected to receive an attack so soon.
"Miss!" Aline jumped over the strange lion and struck him on the back, trying to break it.
The impact pushed the lion fiercely, but he still managed to stop a few dozen meters later and mitigated the full impact without being too badly affected.
It was the first time Aline had seen a guy capable of withstanding one of her full-power attacks, so her vampire nature couldn’t help but be attracted to him.
And at that moment, Isla appeared at her side.
"He’s tough," She said casually, wiping blood from her mouth.
"Miss! Are you okay?"
"I’m immortal, Aline. No matter how hard he hit me, it will only hurt a little, and I’ll be back to normal." Isla reminded her, making Aline sigh softly at the memory.
’Although I don’t think Father would like the idea of her being damaged... Normally, he treats her like the most beautiful treasure.’ Aline thought, so she looked ahead.
"Leave it to me, Miss. I’ll take care of breaking his teeth and bring you his head as a gift."
But Isla shook her head. "That’s the transformation Matt told us about. Do you think you can beat him? From what I can see, it acts strangely on him. It increases his strength and stamina stats to the limit. They don’t usually give themselves that kind of transformation because they’re too perfect."
"Oh... I understand, miss. Then help me."
"Well, you’ll attack..." As Isla spoke, she was forced to move from place to place at high speed when Joe, the lion, launched himself at her with a deadly and extremely fast attack.
"He also increases his speed. This transformation is amazing. If Matt were here, he would surely like to fight him face to face." Isla smiled.
Aline didn’t have time to dodge, so she had to take the impact with her body. Fortunately, she was a real tank. Her skills were meaningless in that respect, so the blow simply pushed her a meter backward.
"Don’t let my lady speak; it is a sign of bad manners, you stupid lion. Don’t you understand that she is the Lady of the Dietrichs? The real legendary woman from the books!" Aline smiled coldly and landed a hard blow on the face of the lion, facing him directly.
"ROARRR!"
The lion tried to bite her to tear off her hands, but his strong skin ended up being hit four more times without him realizing what made him let out a cry of pain and jump back in fear.
But then a pair of daggers were embedded in his back and tore a large part of his back up to his neck.
He didn’t know if it was the pain or something done by the strange, beautiful woman, but suddenly everything in his sight disappeared and when he reacted again, he was lying on the ground next to a large amount of rubble, blood and pieces of his own body.
He tried desperately to get up, but he couldn’t even look two meters in front of him anymore, while he felt his life slipping away quickly.
Despite feeling despair, there was nothing he could do.
Isla gently fell in front of him and frowned. ’They don’t lose their rationality; only something takes it captive and prevents them from being rational again.’
As the one who had messed with his mind to prevent him from seeing the next round of attacks, she understood that her ability had been activated within a strange mental barrier, within which was the original mind. Outside of it, he only made primitive thoughts without an ounce of intelligence.
"It’s the price you must pay when you betray Matt and our race. I don’t think you’ll get another chance, so regret it wherever you end up."
Isla turned away and didn’t look at him again.
As Aline came up beside her, she wiped her fists.
"Oh, it’s the first time I’ve hurt myself by hitting someone," she said, looking at the teeth marks on her skin.
Isla smiled.
"You have good vampire blood; they’ll heal soon."
As she spoke, a person ran up to her and bowed.
"Did you find something?"
"Ma’am, look at this."
She showed her some strange things that looked like reddish liquid with a peculiar stench. You might think it was blood, but they were moving and seemed to form a... Key?

’A Bloody Key with a strange stench... What does it remind me of?’ Isla frowned and tried to remember in her 10-million-year-old memory.
Suddenly, her eyes opened, and she looked at the key again. She even grabbed it.
After turning it over for several minutes, she looked at the woman who had brought it.
"Take me to where you found it. I’ll help you clean up after we investigate it." Her voice seemed urgent.
