President Qin's Little Wife Is The Strongest-Chapter 138
138 Results Are Out!
After playing for more than three hours, Rong Yue was completely exhausted and hungry. Upon seeing how tired she was, Qin Heng that had rubbed around her all day while they played games together decided that he had played enough.
“I’m hungry!” He said with a pout as he gave an eye signal to his brother.
“You are hungry? Let me go over there and get you some snacks,” Rong Yue turned to run over there quickly but her arm was grabbed by Qin Yichen.
“It’s okay, he has had enough for today. Let’s go home,”
“Little darling, are you ready to go?” Rong Yue totally disregarded his words and first asked the little darling to be sure he wanted to go home and it was only when he nodded twice that she also agreed.
“Okay then, let’s go home.”
She bent down, wanting to carry him but the big boss behind her was faster and lifted Qin Heng up like he weighed nothing.
On a normal day, he would not carry the boy as he felt he was old enough to walk around on his own. But since he knew that Rong Yue wanted to carry him, he decided to do the task and save her from the trouble.
Qin Heng on the other hand didn’t like the exchange. He didn’t like to be carried and since he was four, he would try to walk everywhere.
.....
Especially since his second brother wasn’t one to dote on him, he didn’t have to fight for something like that.
But Rong Yue’s body had a really unique fragrance that felt calming to the little boy. Her body was also very soft, making him like being in her embrace.
So when Rong Yue wasn’t looking, he would wriggle in Qin Yichen’s arms, and then push him away slightly so that he could release him.
Qin Yichen acted like he couldn’t feel his resistance and only let go of him when they got to the car.
The ride home was quiet and Rong Yue drifted to sleep very quickly while Qin Heng who had moved to sitting beside her had also slept off while leaning on her arm.
When Qin Yichen looked at the rearview mirror when he felt like the car was too silent, this was the scene before him and he reflexively slowed down the car.
His eyes flashed with surprise by how the two of them had bonded together in less than a day.
Wasn’t this little brother very picky on who could come near him? He had even gone over to lean on her arm by himself!
Also, Rong Yue was also someone that had her guards up with almost everyone and even with her friends, Lu San had told him that she would still hold back on many matters.
But with his brother, she had taken to him very quickly.
As if to prove his point, the sleeping Rong Yue raised her arm to hug Qin Heng closer and then rubbed his hair a little before her arm dangled down back.
Upon seeing that scene, Qin Yichen felt like he was seeing things and had to drive like a snail.
His brows furrowed a little the more he watched the two that looked like they were depending on each other in the back seat. Eventually, he shook his head and continued driving.
Even though he was someone that was fiercely possessive. He was still rational enough to know that this was nothing to be worried about.
When he got home, the two were still sleeping. Usually, he would just carry Rong Yue inside but now that the two were tightly wrapped around themselves. It was impossible to carry one without the other.
But he was also very unwilling to wake his little wife and so finally, Qin Yichen decided to sacrifice his brother for the greater good and tapped him awake.
Qin Heng stirred as soon as he stirred him awake and rubbed his sleepy eyes while trying to know where he was.
Glad that he had been able to wake him up without any struggle, Qin Yichen attempted to pull him out of the car first and then carry Rong Yue.
Unfortunately, the moment he pulled at him, Rong Yue sleepily dragged Qin Heng back into her embrace as if she didn’t want him to leave.
Qin Yichen’s understanding broke at that as his face darkened and then pulled at the little boy’s arms again.
Qin Heng glared at him and snatched his hand out.
“Sister, we are home,” he called out sweetly while tapping on Rong Yue’s arm.
Rong Yue was also someone that would usually not sleep too deeply and only the exhaustion from running around with her little darling had made her completely exhausted and so the moment he tapped her, she also stirred awake.
Rubbing her eyes awake, she looked around and saw that they were already back at Qin Yichen’s villa and then looked at the black face Qin Yichen and the adorable little darling and instinctively hugged Qin Heng.
“Did you sleep? Little darling looks even more cute looking like this,” she said and pulled his cheeks gently and playfully.
Qin Heng flushed from her praise and nodded once. The two of them once again, completely acted like they didn’t know Qin Yichen was there.
Rong Yue pulled him closer to her as the both of them got down from the car.
Qin Yichen felt completely infuriated.
Just now, he had felt that the little brat was his brother and there was no problem. But now, he didn’t think so any more.
However, there was something that he had that the little brat didn’t have!
“Yue’er, what would you like to eat? There some duck in the cold box, should I roast some for you?” He knew this was one of her best foods as she liked to eat meat more than vegetables.
Upon hearing his sultry and endearing voice from behind her, Rong Yue stopped with Qin Heng who she was holding beside her.
“Hmmm, little darling, would you like some tender roasted duck?”
Qin Heng looked at her and then looked at his brother’s exasperated face.
Although this brother was very annoying on a normal day, he knew that just today alone, he had totally monopolized his woman and they both ignored him when they could.
If he acted out of line now, he would probably not know how he would die at night so he cooperated properly by nodding.
“Yes, I’ll eat anything.”
After the matter was settled, the three of them entered the house and Rong Yue took Qin Heng to his room before going to hers.
A day that she had originally planned to be very productive had gone down in a different direction very quickly.
But at least, now that she had gotten the contract with Feng Buyan, she wasn’t too worried, after all, the gaming team wouldn’t need her as much as they did before. She would then be able to focus on other matters.
As soon as she switched on her phone, it dinged and vibrated for more than five minutes before it finally became quiet. She had switched it off so that they could play without any distractions and so for her that had so many things she was doing at the same time, she simply had too many messages.
“I really need to upgrade the little Loli to be able to reply to some messages,” she muttered while rolling her hair into a quick bun.
Her other hand worked simultaneously in replying some messages.
Since she had solved the second task on the Fox alliance task board, there was a lot of communication in that part of the dark web.
The dark web was like a world on its own and had so many communities. Just getting access was not enough to know all the under currents and important matters.
But places like Fox Alliance had gained quick momentum in the past few months.
Little Quacking Duck: Boss! You asked us not to solve this task. What has changed?
Little Quacking Duck: The owner of the task is already asking us for it.
Little Quacking Duck: Boss! Where are you?
Red Riding Hood’s Wolf: Stop disturbing boss, do we dare to submit a task that hasn’t been handed over?
As Rong Yue scrolled through everything, she rolled her eyes at the three previous messages and some other ones that he had sent and then ignored him by directly responding to the last one that the Red Riding Hood’s Wold had sent.
Conquering The Heavens: I only did it because someone dared me. This is information that cannot be released. Tell the owner that the person that solved it has refused to hand it in.
Conquering The Heavens: Also, take it off our task board. There’s no need to leave it there.
After replying to the matters of the Fox Alliance, she opened the normal messages on her phone and saw that so many people had messaged her on the normal social media.
Before she could start attending to them, a call from Wu Hao came in.
“Rong Yue, have you seen your results?” He asked hurriedly, from the tone of his voice, she could sense that he was either very excited or was worried.
After staying here for a few days, she had started to forget that she had even taken an exam.
“No I haven’t, it’s out already?”
“Ehn. It’s out on our profile. It would be released nationally by tomorrow.” Wu Hao replied.
“Okay, I’ll check it now and let you know. Have you checked yours?”
“Hmmm, I came fifth!”
