President Qin's Little Wife Is The Strongest-Chapter 119
119 Were High school Students This Impressive now?
The five lecturers had stern look on their faces that they felt would intimidate Rong Yue but she only shrugged and told them to start again.
“This student... okay, if you say so..” one of them said with a sigh.
“In this section, you would be answering a question from each one of us, you have a timer and how quick you finish determines if you pass. This is the most important part of your selection,”
Rong Yue nodded in understanding and then folded her hands around herself.
“Okay... your first question...”
Back outside the hall, Mo Fan who had hidden away before couldn’t hold it anymore and finally came to meet Qin Yichen.
“Second young master, what painting competition is this large?” He asked, looking around curiously. Painting was one of the skills that made it easy for anyone to be respected within the upper class and also gain fame with this new internet age.
But it was also getting more difficult and mediocre skills didn’t matter. So for a competition to have this many applicants, Mo Fan felt it couldn’t be anything good.
“Who said it’s a painting competition?” Qin Yichen asked, shooting him a disdainful glare. His little Yue’er was skilled in everything.
.....
Was painting the only thing she could compete in!
“Ehn, it’s not painting? So what competition is this?” He looked around again checking if he would see any hint.
“To have followed us as soon as we left home up until this point, aren’t you devaluing your brain by not bothering to do some basic investigation?” Not only was his words stern, his eyes was completely mocking making Mo Fan face turn red in embarrassment.
But he also knew that it would be impossible to get this big boss to talk so he turned around and went to ask around.
Just like Qin Yichen had said, he discovered this was the second stage for the global scholar program competition!
The little girl was dealing with something like that too? Even though he was already entering into his late twenties, he had the basic knowledge of these things after all these competition had existed for a long time.
More importantly, his big boss had dominated the entire competition back then! It was impossible for him to know. So he rushed back to Qin Yichen.
“Big boss, didn’t you say she’s from some small city in province D? Why are you making her throw face away?” Mo Fan asked anxiously.
It was already enough that she didn’t match up to his status, but if he allowed her compete and she failed at this level already, it would be very bad for when she wanted to enter the almighty Qin family.
One could really understand why Mo Fan was so anxious.
“So you are saying?” Qin Yichen wouldn’t even bear to say anything to his little girl. Yet there was someone that dared to hint that she wasn’t capable to him?
His face became frosty while his eyes were sharp as he looked down at Mo Fan.
“You seem to have so little time on your hand, Qin Heng is coming soon, you would be in charge of him, when he comes,” Qin Yichen said making Mo Fan stiffen and his face twitched twice.
To be in charge of the third young master!
It was even better to be sent to some desert to find gold. Not only was the young master unruly, he was just as smart as his two brothers and even the first brother would have some difficulty with him.
But to now let him, handle him? That was simply suicide mission.
Qin Yichen also knew how difficult his youngest brother was. In fact, he would send him over some times to his parents because he blamed them for having a child after so long!
Who would have known that those two were dissatisfied with two boys and wanted to try for a girl? Unfortunately, they had no luck on that side and even when the younger one was already younger than Qin Yichen by almost fifteen years, it still turned out to be a boy!
His character was just like Qin Yichen and was even more unruly putting only this second brother in his eyes. And even then, he would still challenge this older brother sometimes by running away if he was being restricted over something.
Mo Fan also knew that the holidays were over and this Budda was coming over, but how would he have known that by just being snoopy this early morning, such an important and heavy weight task would have been given to him!
“B..big boss.. it’s not possible for me to handle little master for this long break, I would be unable to do anything else, do you think you can send him to the main house to stay for the break.” He said, struggling to pull himself out of the matter.
“Hmm, don’t you have so much free time, I’ll have Lu Bo to check your schedule and move over anything you have doing then, with your investigation and running around skills, you would be able to follow his whims and even enjoy it!”
After saying that, he didn’t even wait around for him and entered the car.
Mo Fan knew that at this point, there was no escape for him, he could only hope that he wouldn’t have to die before the three months period ended, after all, he was only this strong.
But more than anything, he regretted it! Regretted running after them out of gossip.
While he was lamenting and wishing he could turn back the hands of time, Rong Yue who was inside had already answered all the questions by the teacher in lesser than one minute, stunning all of them.
The questions had come in right after the other yet she had been able to answer everything without hesitating at all.
Wasn’t this a little too much?
“Is that all?” She asked with caution after a while of hearing nothing from them.
“Yes.. yes... you can leave,”
“Then, thank you teachers, I’ll take my leave now,” she said politely and stepped out of the room.
As soon as she left, the teachers looked at each other, each of their faces mirroring the same expression.
“This... isn’t it too shocking? She’s only how old this year?” One man finally found his voice and spoke up.
“I don’t know, it’s even about how an high school student could answer those questions in such a little
Amount of time... do you perhaps think she had the questions before?” One of the women asked, still looking at the timer that showed that Rong Yue had used a total of only two minutes for all five questions.
“That’s not possible,” someone spoke up immediately and pulled out a paper. “The question that Old Shen asked was definitely not here and she didn’t flinch at all.” He said and pointed at the original question that old Shen had asked.
Because he and the other man was close, they both knew very clearly what question it was that old Shen had pushed forward and even when he had heard it.
As a parent, he had already felt that it was quite unfair, after all, she already had a record that was mind blowing. By asking a question that even professors in their school were unable to solve, it might make the other teachers think the girl wasn’t so capable after.
That was a really ruthless method. However, when he had thought that it was over for her, she had answered it and even explained the logic behind it.
The both of them had their eyes meet but Old Shen said nothing. He had just felt in that moment he should test that girl with it.
Others might not know but even though the question had remained unanswered up until last month, someone had solved it from abroad and even claimed that it was a young student that did it and they were unwilling to divulge information.
The possibility of that student attending the competition was high. And so despite submitting a different question, he had planned to ask all the students this question for the next stage to see if they had any chance at all.
Who would have know that he would find a student from the first try!
Were highschool students these days really that impressive? After all this one was an high school student and that one was also one!
But of course, his question was answered very quickly in the next stage when all of the others came by and hour after.
Not only were they unable to answer the question, only a handful used less than ten minutes!
A result like this might have been good in the previous years. But after Rong Yue that looked nothing more than sixteen, the teachers standards had been raised making them unable to place their sight on anyone.
They noted down the few skilled ones and just allowed the others pass through the motions.
