What Wu Hen is most looking forward to now is the Phoenix Bee Soldiers of the Valley Flower King. His current avatar needs nourishment, and relying solely on transforming the Spiritual Factor in the air would reach a peak in the evolution speed. If those Flame Phoenix Bees could deliver a wave of nutrition, he would be one step closer to becoming the Fire God Mahayana.

Of course, if he could directly destroy their nest, lying on the Valley Flower King and greedily sipping the Flame Nectar, he could quickly complete his metamorphosis, turning this little Fire God avatar into a formidable entity on its own.

Unfortunately, the Valley Flower is also a cautious behind-the-scenes empress. It has not let its Phoenix Bee Soldiers charge forward but has even dispatched a large number of Reconnaissance Phoenix Butterflies to observe other participants within a hundred miles.

They seemed to have their strategic deployment, not unlike a small empire, with all their soldiers performing their duties and guided by an overseeing strategist.

When Wu Hen previously covered the area with his Super Sense, he had detected that strategist Phoenix Bee, but now he did not know its whereabouts.

After switching places with Gao Yu Yan, Wu Hen had already planned for her to exert herself when dealing with the formidable Phoenix Bee tribe later, to prevent her from being a Black Navigator's spy and stabbing him in the back at the crucial moment.

The tree crabs had already reached the battlefield. For such a disgusting species, Wu Hen naturally had no particular feelings.

He stretched out a hand, and in an instant, his palm transformed into flames that spread as rolling clouds of fire.

"Ouu, ouu~~~~~"

The tree crab staggered; this brainless Predator thought it was the first to discover the treasure here, eager to take advantage of its close proximity. Little did it know that a thousand eyes were watching it play the fool as the vanguard.

Controlling the rolling clouds of fire, Wu Hen waved them towards the tree crab. Instantly, the Corpse Flies surrounding the crab ignited, turning into a fiery cassock that rapidly reduced to ashes sprinkling onto the crab.

The tree crab seemed to have an attachment to its Corpse Fly garb. Wu Hen's actions clearly enraged it. Despite being a plant, it was more violent than most Beasts. Its Wolf King Tree Clamp lunged fiercely at him, biting towards Wu Hen.

Wu Hen dodged backward, and the spot where he had just stood became a huge pit; the Wolf King Evil Mouth could actually consume soil, swallowing a vast expanse of earth directly.

After its attack failed, the Skull Python struck as well, though not from the front. Instead, it suddenly burrowed up from the ground, aiming directly at Wu Hen's crotch.

In the past, Wu Hen would have waited for such an attack to get close and dodged at the very last moment, meaning he could turn around and chop off the Skull Python's head. But now, he was remotely controlling the body, which was not as coordinated as expected. He had to react earlier when dodging, or this little avatar might end up badly damaged.

Dirt splashed about as the grafted Skull Python, now more ferocious than when it was alive, crashed down like a towering skyscraper, heavily slapping the ground.

Wu Hen had just avoided the strike when the Skull Python swept again with great force, knocking Wu Hen back hundreds of meters.

"No way, Brother Hen, can't you even withstand a single tree crab?" Wang Rui saw Wu Hen fly behind him, covered in mud.

"I'm just practicing to see the physical fighting strength of this body..." Wu Hen explained.

It turned out that this body was outrageously weak in strength, having not been properly nourished in time through feasting.

Luckily, while this little avatar was not so good at physical combat, it had a top-notch talent for Magic.

After the Skull Python tossed him through the air for a distance, Wu Hen had time to communicate with the fire elves in the air.

He closed his eyes and began to use his thoughts to establish a connection with those invisible fire particles. The realm Wu Hen had reached before was Spirit Fusion, allowing his consciousness to merge with these wondrous elemental sprites of nature, before tricking them into his body to become a part of his own power.

In the Spirit Contract Realm, however, one forms a solid contract directly with these elemental sprites. Under the bond of this contract, all Fire Spiritual Factors must obey his commands.

Wu Hen chanted under his breath, and suddenly understood why Western wizards needed to chant when releasing magic and why their casting animation was so lengthy.

Even in Spirit Contract, getting those fire particles to heed his commands required some time. The fire particles in the world are a bunch of scatterbrained and diminutive ephemerals. To have them arrange in formation and coalesce into a ball of flame indeed demanded that the commander have real skill, and, unavoidably, to call out and chant loudly.

"O dancing spirits of fire, please come to my side, at my twelve o'clock, 272 meters away, blast forth a Flame Pillar with a diameter of at least fifty meters!"

Wu Hen began a recitation akin to that of a troubadour, yet he noticed that those fire particles were sluggish, scatterbrained, and lazy, like high school students during morning exercises...

"Listen up, line up immediately or I'll throw you all into the Cold Dark Domain!"

Elegant chanting was utterly useless, and so Wu Hen could only roar at the top of his lungs!

After his roar, over two hundred meters away, a thick Flame Pillar as massive as a hill burst from the earth below, comparable to the molten column from a volcanic eruption, a terrifying disaster for small animals and life forms in lower dimensions!

The Flame Pillar struck the tree crab accurately, cooking it into an enticing red hue, while the old tree became kindling, burning from the outside to the inside of its trunk.

The tree crab was initially struggling to extinguish the dreadful flames, but the fire particles under the control of Wu Hen at the Spirit Contract Realm were not only vast in number but also of high quality. In less than half a minute, the tree crab was reduced to a heap of shells, and both the Wolf King Tree Trunk and the Skull Python lost all vitality as the entire tree was burned to ashes.

"You... you changed your profession? How did you go from warrior to Mage??" Wang Rui was astonished, clueless as to how Wu Hen had achieved this Flame Extinguishing.

"Doesn't everyone have a side hustle? From now on, please call me Mo Hen!" Wu Hen felt the power of the Fire God, experiencing the tantalizing thrill as if he were a Mage who had opened both the Ren and Du meridians.

"I'm about done over here too," Wang Rui said, also quite pleased with himself.

Wu Hen turned around. He hadn't paid attention to what Wang Rui had been tinkering with, but now he noticed that Wang Rui had somehow captured all the Vine Beauties, who transformed into supermodel bodyguards, forming a wall of people protecting Wang Rui behind them.

"These vine life forms aren't very intelligent; with just a little coaxing, they've bowed their heads to me. We were short on soldiers and they could serve as our enforcers," Wang Rui explained.

"Then let me treat your supermodel bodyguards to some roasted crab, it should allow them to evolve a bit," Wu Hen suggested, pointing to the tree crab carcass he killed.

"Good idea, they are not weak, just a bit thickheaded."

"That perfectly fits your mate selection criteria."

"I'm just appreciating them, maintaining that fair and impartial admiration towards all charming life forms, no different from many girls who love butterflies!" Wang Rui defended himself with righteous words.
