The body of the Corrupted Witch is incredibly sturdy despite getting hit by a full blast Elemental Catastrophe used by four Elemental Kings. Any demigod being would have been killed instantly if that happened by the Corrupted Witch has her body tempered by her patron goddess. The body tempered by gods are really very different from ones that are just normal believers.

"Finish her, Berus!" Adrian commanded as a three headed wolf of large proportions came out of a magic circle and tore apart the Corrupted Witch.

The large three headed wolf looked different as the two other heads were made of soul flames instead of an actual physical head. Still, Berus howled as the two soul flame heads bit the Corrupted Witch and then the actual head delivered the finishing blow. The Corrupted Witch could not even emit a cry of pain as she died as the flames of the underworld blazed and turned her body into ashes.

[You have killed the Corrupted Witch.]

Adrian is about to tell that that they should escape now as they were able to deal a finishing blow on the Corrupted Witch but the entire area around them suddenly became heavy. The Eden Sanctuary that is shrouded in mist suddenly had the mist get lifted. Along with the mist lifting, the pained cry of a beast could be heard.

[The Eden Sanctuary, Grove of Mists, will now be sealed in another dimension in order to resist the effects of the contamination.]

The Grove of Mists suddenly vanished without a trace as a powerful being that has a god descended upon them appeared. This being looked like a cursed human that carries a shovel filled with intense miasma. This being is something that Adrian has already encountered before but he encountered it when it was weakened severely. The Grave Keeper that Adrian defeated in the future is now before him but very much alive and full of miasma.

[The Corrupted Grave Keeper has raised its domain called the Grave of Torments.]

[All beings inside the Grave of Torments cannot escape unless the Corrupted Grave Keeper has been killed.]

[All stats inside the Grave of Torments will be reduced by 20%.]

"Young master, I cannot find a way out of this enclosed dimension." Pyli stated as this meant that even a demon would be trapped here if they were caught.

"Any luck on your end?" Adrian stated as she turned to ask Boulder.

"No. This is a perfectly enclosed space where the center of the formation is none other than that thing." Boulder stated as he pointed towards the Corrupted Grave Keeper.

"That means, we have no choice but to fight." Bloom stated.

"Protect the young masters!" The other Asmodian Descendant members that were caught in the domain all knew that they should protect Adrian and the rest.

They were told to make sure that the ones delivering the relics should be kept safe at all costs. If the young masters before them did have the relic, then they should not let a being corrupted by miasma take it. If the relic is corrupted by miasma, then there is a chance that the races attributed to them suddenly change to become corrupted versions of their true selves.

The Asmodian Descendants believed that they can defeat the Corrupted Grave Keeper as he was the only one there. They already defeated the undead that it brought and its fight with the Eden Guardian must have exhausted most of its strength and undead. All of them attacked the Corrupted Grave Keeper but the latter did not even move.

The Corrupted Grave Keeper just plunged its shovel filled with miasma on the ground and all of those that dared attack it has been killed. The Asmodian Descendants suddenly felt something grasping at their bodies and their life force being sucked out. Adrian immediately noticed his and told Bloom to release the most powerful light elemental magic that she could at a moment’s notice.

"Dazzling Brilliance!" Bloom shouted as a light flower exploded in front of the face of the Corrupted Grave Keeper.

"KEAAHHHH!"

The shrieking sound of a wraith echoed in the area as it has finally emerged. A wraith that is like three ladies stitched together appeared when the light elemental magic illuminated the area. This special wraith is equivalent to a lesser god and it is now stealing the life force of the guards around Adrian and the others.

"Berus, use Hellfire Immolation!" Adrian commanded.

Berus howled loudly as all three of its heads released a powerful flame that can burn even souls. The Corrupted Grave Keeper noticed the flames and instantly created a powerful barrier that blocked off the flames. Still, the Corrupted Grave Keeper noticed that these flames were not normal and it is incredibly harmful to entities like itself.

"You must be the named one. If you are here then that means you must have the relic. Twisted Maiden of Necrosis, devour the souls of all the beings here!" The Corrupted Grave Keeper commanded as the unique wraith called the Twisted Maiden of Necrosis emitted a screech.

The Twisted Maiden of Necrosis emitted a scream with all three of its mouths while simultaneously crying tears of blood. The Twisted Maiden of Necrosis then froze in the air and then locked onto all the beings with a life force. All of the life force around it suddenly started to slowly leave the bodies of their owners and flow directly towards the Twisted Maiden of Necrosis.

Even Adrian and his party were not exempt from this attack as Adrian could see his health dropping by the second. They all knew that they should deal with the Twisted Maiden of Necrosis but the Corrupted Grave Keeper is standing guard on such a powerful undead. The Corrupted Grave Keeper is also borrowing the power of a god even if that god is not entirely compatible with it.

"Lay your life for victory!" The other Asmodian Descendants shouted as all of them released their spells and attacks towards the Twisted Maiden of Necrosis and the Corrupted Grave Keeper.

The bombardment of the Twisted Maiden of Necrosis and the Corrupted Grave Keeper made the enemies unable to move in place but that is also what they want. The Twisted Maiden of Necrosis cannot absorb the souls of other beings around it if it moves. This meant that the enemy would win if they fail to make the two enemies leave from their rooted place on the ground.

"Pesky bugs! Do you think that you can win when even the Eden Guardian is unable to defeat me? Die all of you and be food for my undead and empower my graves!" The Corrupted Grave Keeper shouted as it released a powerful spell that summoned numerous undead that carried scythes.

[The Corrupted Grave Keeper has summoned its Corrupted Reapers.]

[The Corrupted Reapers are performing their Execution Slash. Leave the designated areas in order to live.]

Adrian and the others could not even react as the Corrupted Reapers raised their scythes and then slashed at the air. Boulder and Bloom’s guards sensed the danger and stood in front of all three of them including Pyli. Pyli even created a powerful isolated area in front of them to make sure that whatever attack that happens will not land on Adrian and his party.

After the Corrupted Reapers performed their attacks, the area became silent and the undead summoned were all destroyed. The Corrupted Reapers only appeared slightly and were used a consumable to release a powerful attack. One would think that nothing happened but Adrian and his party stood there at the unbelievable sight.

All of the Asmodian Descendants that were there as their guards suddenly got slashed into hundreds of pieces. All of them died charging towards the enemy without even knowing how they died. This also happened for Boulder and Bloom’s guards as they crumbled like nothing because they used their own bodies to shield Adrian and the others.

"I am sorry, young masters. It seems that I am unable to defend you. Please escape as I use my last dying breath to punch through causality and create a hole in this sealed dimension." Pyli stated as Adrian’s eyes started to water because he saw what happened to the guard that grew up with him.

Just as Pyli said as his head slid down from his neck, a powerful burst of Origin Magic punched a hole through the sealed dimension. The headless Pyli used his body to defend them while also creating a magic circle for their escape. The three could not believe what just happened as disbelief is plastered on their faces.
