Obtaining Legendray Dragon Template At The Start As A Side-Character!-Chapter 28: Three Days Of Training
After waking up from sleep, Reinh slowly got out of his bed and went to the bathroom. After taking a bath, he wore new clothes and went to the dining table.
His breakfast was ready on the table. However, Lina was not there. This was something he was used to.
That woman wakes up earlier than him in the mornings, prepares his breakfast, and after that goes back to sleep again. Reinh sat on the chair and ate his breakfast.
Arceus also could not be seen anywhere. As a spiritual being, he also needed rest and enough energy to maintain his spiritual body.
Because of this, he was not always available.
After finishing breakfast, Reinh stood up and went outside the mansion. He did stretching movements and warmed up his body. After that, he started running around the mansion.
This was a routine he did not plan to stop for now. His body must always be in the most trained and ready state.
Also, exercising kept him away from bloodthirsty madness and preserved his mental health, although maybe from today he would not need to fully control that madness anymore.
After finishing his exercise, he went toward the place where he had to be present today, the training ground for the youths, or at least one of them.
The Garden of Crowns is a very large place. In general, it can be said to be as large as a full city, and it has many training grounds.
Because the number of youths is high, each group of youths is spread across a different training ground. From his mansion to his destination, it was about a ten-minute walk.
After arriving there, he noticed that many others had arrived earlier than him. Of course, considering the amount of stress and excitement they had, this was normal.
He looked around. It was a training ground with a very large dirt field, maybe as large as a full football stadium.
Surprisingly, everyone ignored him, and it was as if no one cared about his presence there. They did not even try to mock him or do anything like that.
Right now they were busy with stress and excitement and did not have the chance to pay attention to him. Luckily, at least for now, he could have a little quiet space.
"Hey bro, you’re here too!" Or at least, that was what he thought.
He turned his head and saw a skinny boy running toward him.
"He is here too?" Reinh muttered to himself indifferently. He did not have clear memories of all the people who had been in his group in his past life.
Because of this, he had forgotten that this Aron was also in the same group as him.
"Who would think we would be in the same group! This must be fate! Just as I thought, you should work for me—cough cough, I mean, we should be friends."
Reinh ignored him and once again chose not to say anything.
"Where were you yesterday? Why didn’t you wait for my blood purity result too? Don’t tell me you were jealous that mine would definitely be higher? Although you don’t look like you care."
"No need to worry! My blood purity iz 67 percent! If you want, you can be my little brother! I will protect you," Aron said proudly.
Reinh sighed and decided to say something to at least make this idiot quiet, but suddenly a man’s powerful voice echoed across the entire training ground.
"It seems you have all finally gathered." Everyone turned and looked toward the source of the voice.
A middle-aged man with the appearance traits of the Vorhelm Clan, with a body like a warrior and very tall height, easily over two meters (6’7), was standing there. He wore a formal blue-black uniform, and on the right side of his chest was the symbol of the Vorhelm Clan.
All the youths there fixed their eyes on him after hearing his voice, and those who were farther away moved closer to him.
Behind the middle-aged man, three or four younger men were standing, wearing completely blue uniforms.
"My name is Cedrik Vorhelm, Flag Holder of the Internal Guard organization, which you may also know as the Internal Council," his voice was loud and rough, and everyone could hear it clearly.
"I am sure you all know why you are here. For three days, you will be my guests. I will train you and make sure you are ready for the Trial!"
"Also, let me tell you from now that anyone who fails in the Trial, I will personally crush his skull."
For a moment, all the youths present felt a chill in their spines. They had no doubt that this man would really carry out his threat.
"You have all been divided into ten groups, ten groups of one hundred people who will compete with each other in the Trial. The Trials are different each generation, so do not ask how they are. I do not know either, and even if I knew, I would not tell you," Cedrik added in an indifferent tone and continued.
"Some phases of the Trial are group-based and some are individual. All one hundred of you must compete together in the group phases, so if you have any enmity with each other, you better put it aside for now."
"If you have questions, I am listening." 𝙛𝒓𝒆𝙚𝒘𝒆𝓫𝙣𝓸𝙫𝓮𝒍.𝒄𝒐𝓶
For a few moments, silence stayed among those present. The aura of a Flag Holder was so heavy that even speaking was difficult for many of them.
However, it did not take long before the first person raised his hand.
"Will the groups also have leaders?" As his voice echoed, many people looked at him, and many recognized him immediately.
"Of course. Every group without a leader will fall apart."
"Then can I ask how the leader is chosen?" The same boy asked another question.
"That makes two questions, but since it is a good question, I will answer," Cedrik said indifferently.
"Of course, like always, the leader is chosen by absolute force," he answered in a rough tone.
