"Old Master Land, the medication is ready," the doctor approached and sought instructions from Nathan Land for the next step.

Asher Land looked at that syringe, and his heart was somewhat aware.

Ha, how ridiculous. He injected the old man with KIA10, and now the old man wants to inject him with some strange substance. It seems that father and son are thinking along the same lines.

His lips curled into a mocking smile, yet his eyes showed no fear.

Nathan Land noticed the disdainful mockery in his eyes and became even angrier.

"I shall see if after tasting the flavor of this drug, you still have the time to think about that woman, or the desire to oppose me!"

The doctor hesitated to approach Asher Land but couldn’t defy Nathan Land’s orders, so he forced himself to be bold.

A few burly bodyguards stepped forward and pinned down his wrist.

The doctor, shaking, brought the syringe closer to Asher Land.

"Are you out of your damn mind? You dare touch the Third Young Master Land?" Luke Land darted forward and punched the doctor in the face. The unprepared doctor staggered backward and fell to the ground, dropping the syringe in the process.

"Are you rebelling too?" Nathan Land looked at Luke Land coldly, his words filled with menace.

"Father, you absolutely cannot treat Third Brother like this!" Luke Land knelt down at Nathan Land’s feet, "I beg you, spare him."

"Father." Oscar Land struggled to support himself from his wheelchair, standing up but collapsing in the next moment. Practically crawling, he reached Nathan Land, "I beg you to spare Asher."

"All of you get away from here, or you’ll share in his punishment!"

Before them, Nathan Land was nearly insane towards his sons, crippling their legs, ruining their left arms, and now wanting to inject drugs. Such behavior is downright cruel, twisted beyond measure. If someone’s heart is dark and closed, then no matter how much sunlight shines outside, it cannot penetrate their heart. No matter how hard you try, you cannot change them.
