Nexus Ascension: My Comprehension Defies the Heaven-Chapter 396: Blue Star’s once forgotten name
FWOOSH!
Immediately, a strange resonance was born. The gigantic disc floating in outer space along with Lia and Little Hong all started acting chaotic. A quiet, thrumming resonance formed between them as the seal gently covered both Little Hong and Lia with its radiant light.
VMMMMM!
BOOM!
Then, a chaotic greyish brilliance shot deep into the starry sky. It expanded with terrifying speed, spreading to every single corner of the vast galaxy.
The powerhouses of the galaxy were immediately notified of this massive cosmic disturbance. Their terrifying gazes peered through the void, searching for the source. However, the chaos seal scrambled the cosmic signals, making it so they could never pinpoint the exact location of the seal or the specific region it came from.
The greyish brilliance then shot towards the absolute outer layers of the galaxy. A massive, invisible veil hidden deep within the space violently broke apart and fragmented down into nothingness.
CRACKLE!
"Is the barrier finally broken?" Grey looked up at the endless starry sky above.
"Very likely." Eterna appeared beside Grey and spoke softly. "Even though we cannot physically see it, I can subtly sense the changes in the cosmic laws."
Grey nodded in agreement. Eterna was absolutely right.
He then turned to look at Lia and Little Hong.
"They are also undergoing a major transformation." Grey appeared thoughtful as he observed the swirling energies enveloping them. "Little Hong should directly reach the 5th rank."
"We will let them transform for now." Grey waved his hand.
Immediately, complex concealment formations materialized and locked into place. He smoothly utilized the information layer currents to deeply corrupt the space around them. This made it absolutely impossible for anyone to perceive or even know this location existed. The raw information of the universe in that specific area was now completely scrambled and erased from all cosmic senses.
SWISH!
"I have been meaning to ask, but what exactly is your domain?" Eterna asked, unable to hold back her curiosity after seeing the chaos seal vanish.
The seal had directly swallowed the standard domain force unleashed by Grey. Yet, the very instant he initiated a domain clash, the seal simply could not resist. It was not just that. Eterna and Bai Yue had felt a deadly, oppressive force radiating from Grey. He had not even fully unleashed his domain, yet it managed to achieve such terrifying results. Reality itself had quite literally blurred and glitched out the incantation of his domain’s true name. They could only imagine just how insane his full domain power actually was.
"That is a secret." Grey said with a light chuckle.
"One must not reveal their trump card until they are at a complete deadlock or a crucial, life altering moment." Grey added with a knowing smile.
Just then, a translucent blue figure quietly manifested in the space right next to Grey.
"Was it the right decision, Grey?" The World Will asked after descending beside him.
"Were we not too hasty in unsealing all of the chaos seals from the planet?" The World Will inquired with a tone of heavy concern.
"Of course it was the right decision. Look at the Blue Star. I no longer sense the suffocating curse placed on its citizens anymore." Grey grinned as he pointed his finger at the glowing blue planet below them.
Indeed, with the chaos seals fully extracted, the ancient curse no longer existed. The people of the Blue Star could now cross the planetary barrier and descend into the starry sky as freely as they wanted. That was exactly how Bai Yue was able to stand safely in outer space with them right now.
"Hm." The World Will nodded in understanding.
"By the way, while we are on the topic, World Will." Grey spoke softly, his eyes narrowing slightly. "I am curious."
"Eterna told me that you actively rejected the majority of transmigrators that tried to descend down into the Blue Star." Grey said while glancing at the World Will, and then back down at the planet.
With his current level of power, he could easily sense several transmigrated beings hiding within the Blue Star. They were all currently staring up at the sky with bewildered looks on their faces. But to Grey, they were completely irrelevant and meaningless. In the grand scheme of the vast universe, transmigrators were just one of many cosmic wonders and a rather common occurrence.
"You want to know why I did not reject you?" The World Will fell into a deep silence after hearing his unspoken question.
"Let me guess." Grey said with a confident smile forming on his face. "I had my doubts before, but I am absolutely sure now. The Blue Star once went by the name Earth, did it not?"
"Earth?" Bai Yue looked visibly confused by the strange word.
But the World Will simply stared deeply into Grey’s eyes.
"That is indeed correct."
"The world was once known as Planet Earth." The World Will spoke softly, its voice carrying the heavy weight of ancient history. "It was the 21st century of mankind’s evolution. One day, a massive cosmic storm hit the Earth. The chaos seal hidden deep within the planet awakened. People began to develop a mysterious resonance with the energy of the starry sky. As a result, the planet began to expand rapidly under its new powers, and I was born from that very process." 𝚏𝗿𝗲𝐞𝐰𝚎𝕓𝐧𝚘𝘃𝗲𝐥.𝐜𝚘𝕞
"That was when the Daoye Palace first descended to Earth. They forcefully changed everything about the planet. They altered the language, the cultivation paths, and even the core culture itself."
"They brought down the three evolutionary paths and hence began the first era of the Blue Star. Brandon Everhart’s brother became the first fourth ranker. He unified the entire planet as the Blue Star Kingdom under his own name and officially renamed the world to the Blue Star."
"Then all the subsequent historical events went through as you know them."
"But you are not precisely from this exact planet." The World Will said with a noticeable frown. "The only reason you and Lin Fang were not rejected by me was because you both shared a very similar resonance. Yet, that resonance has a slightly different structural frequency. If I am not wrong, you both came from a parallel world."
"The reason you both did not get rejected by the planetary barrier is purely due to both of those planets sharing the exact same base resonance."
"The planets having the same resonance, huh?" Grey rubbed his chin, lost in thought.
Things were not as simple as he had initially believed. The web of fate was far more complex. The only way to find concrete answers to these mysteries was by finding a way to go back to his old world.
"By the way, at what stage did Eterna and the bloodline evolutionary path descend to the Blue Star?" Grey asked, shifting the topic.
"Eterna?" The World Will turned its glowing gaze to Eterna. The ancient entity simply nodded back softly. "She was actually already inside Earth even before the first awakening. But she remained entirely dormant. It was not until Brandon sealed the Blue Star and triggered the second awakening that she also awakened. That event allowed her consciousness to fully restore to its normal operating levels."
"That is also the exact moment when the bloodline evolutionary path was violently swept towards the Blue Star." The World Will explained. "It came crashing in from a random spatial turbulence."
"Interesting." Grey raised an eyebrow in genuine surprise. "Then why do the people of the Crimson Core planet speak the exact same language as us?"
"It might be directly related to the influence of the Daoye Palace." The World Will mentioned thoughtfully.
"Oh." Grey nodded slowly.
Yeah, that actually made perfect sense. If Daoye Palace was spreading its influence across different worlds, linguistic uniformity would be a standard tactic for control.
"Well, for now, we should stick to our original plans." Grey declared, clapping his hands together. "We will do some necessary managing and stabilizing of the Blue Star first. Then, we will set off to the Crimson Core planet in exactly three days, right after Valeria finally wakes up."
Everyone nodded firmly, affirming their next course of action.
