Never Die Extra (Edited)-Chapter 418
Great Ancient Mage, Accompany (2)
After establishing a temporary collaboration with Fayna, the disciple of the Great Mother Earth, the newly joined humans learned the rules of the base camp. There were tons of things they had to do for cohabitation, but they decided to eat first. The reactions from the humans were at their peak, but someone showed a stronger reaction than everyone else.
[This food wasn’t made from the crops from this ground. But still, I can sense the aura of the Great Mother Earth, so I believe this came from the ground where she can send her blessings…]
“Did you eat that much food just to come to that conclusion?”
[Ahem!]
There was nothing left on the table where she was at. But 20 minutes ago, bread, cake, and meats that could satisfy at least ten humans were there. In other words, Fayna ate that much…didn’t they feed the disciples in the Divine Realm? When Evan calmly looked at her, she wiped her mouth and turned her head as if she finally felt ashamed.
[I just did a thorough check on the quality of the food as the disciple of the Great Mother Earth. Just this once.]
“I hope so. There won’t be anything left for the humans to eat if this much food is devoured every mealtime.”
[Ahem!]
If she couldn’t help in terms of strength but ate up food for ten people, that was just trouble. Fayna twisted her body after receiving a sharp stare from Evan. A human whose power even the Great Mother Earth couldn’t evaluate! A new feeling of pressure took her to a new world.
“Then, let’s go.”
Evan ordered the humans and the dwarves to get back to their training after getting enough post-meal rest, and he opened the door to the Necklace World with Arpa and Naz. Fayna wanted to tag along, but Evan declined since he couldn’t show all of his cards.
“Unnie.”
“Whoa, Sharay. Were you monopolizing this great world by yourself?”
“Naz, Arpa! You’ve met with god, thank goodness.”
The reunion between the sisters wasn’t as dramatic as one expected. It just felt like welcoming sisters who went abroad to study instead of a reunion in God’s Era, where nobody could ensure one’s own safety. As Evan was slightly at a loss for words, Sharay felt his stare and hugged her sisters towards herself, and then she spoke.
“God, I’ll give you all the services on behalf of these children. So please don’t take them away.”
“Yeah, I don’t plan on taking you away, either.”
Evan firmly replied to Sharay, who was acting desperate while hugging Naz and Arpa. He even thought that she might have desires for that when she told him she would offer her body.
“Pfft, Sharay got rejected by the god Oppa.”
“Mr. Zero has…strict standards.”
“…”
Sharay became quiet at the reactions from her two sisters. Then her mana formed in the empty air and attacked them!
“Kiyyyaaaaaa!”
“Un, Unnie. Unnie?”
“If you disgrace god, I won’t go easy on you even if you are my sisters!”
“But we only mocked you!”
Although they were punished for an unjust reason, that was enough for the two girls to know that Sharay underwent a dramatic change. Of course, each of the girls had special powers, but they couldn’t use them just yet.
“What’s going on!?”
“I can feel it; we can also do it…!”
“The disciple of god has shown me the way.”
“It’s ridiculous!”
Naz and Arpa were shocked by Sharay’s ability, but they also had amazing potential. They became familiar with the mana just by looking at Sharay utilizing it, and they instinctively tried to draw out that mana. Of course, if their descendants were someone that Evan knew, their insane potential was something given from the start.
“I guess you need more brooms, Master.”
“I thought the same.”
While Evan adequately parried Maybell’s mischievous words, Mirole stared at him. As he turned his head, she murmured silently, and after some determination, asked him a question.
“…Zero, do you really plan not to place your hand on them?”
“What kind of a person do you think I am, Mirole!?”
And that was how the witch (potentially confirmed) sister trio started to reside in the Necklace World. Maybell decided to take the initiative in teaching them the basics of magic, and Mirole decided to teach them nature magic that was based on Spirit magic. It was part of Mirole’s cute effort in trying to spend more time with Evan at any cost.
“Hmm, it’s very different from the magic in the present days…well, putting that aside, it’s going in the direction of Witch magic.”
The witch constructed magic in her own unique method, and such power had a connection with nature. So, if they properly converge the demon magic taught by Maybell and the nature magic by Mirole, it might lead to Witch magic.
“Then, well…I’m left with one thing to teach.”
It might be too soon for the children who just started on the magic, but someday. Evan touched his gloves while indulging in that thought. The purple crest on top of his glove started to shine.

After establishing the foundation of the base camp, Evan decided to proceed with the scenario of Yo-Ma Great War Zero. It was too early that Fayna made an entrance, and he killed the Ten Knights’ Diokas. Still, there was something Evan needed to do before continuing with the scenario. It was the dungeon completion.
[Dungeon, I see. It’s a separate world formed in the process of the traces from the Other World blending into our world…]
“As expected, the gods aren’t that cautious with the dungeons, after all.”
[Hrgh…It can’t be helped since they failed to acknowledge the dungeons. Everything is now fine since I, the disciple of the Great Mother Earth, came to know about it!]
At the present time, the gods actively intervened in the dungeons, such as Sherden, Pellati, and Merdin dungeons. Still, they were merely victims of those who try to conquer Middle Earth through the dungeons in God’s Era. The giant dungeons of the present time were the best method of contacting the gods. Still, ironically, now it was the best method to avoid them. The inside of the dungeon was considered to be a separate world, so the influences of those in the Divine Realm couldn’t reach them. Therefore, it was more dangerous.
“Though you said everything is now fine…are there more people who will be dispatched from the Divine Realm?”
[Hmm…there aren’t.]
“Ha.”
[…Did you just sneer at me? At the disciple of the Great Mother Earth?]
The dungeon was like an infection that grew silently until it erupted, which left horrible scars on the ground. And it was the eternal elven princess, Mirole, who came up with the idea to conquer the dungeons before such a thing happened. Her existence in God’s Era, where everybody was busy surviving and not facing reality, uniquely shined out among the rest.
“Then let’s divide the area.”
“Huh?”
At last, Zero decided to eliminate the cancerous problems of this forest! Mirole was busy with her delusion of overcoming the unknown dangers with him, waking from it thanks to Evan’s harsh words.
“It’s a waste to enter the dungeon with this many members.”
“This much…we are just four, you know?”
Even though the population of the base camp increased, it would take more than one or two days to make them a combat-ready force. And it was just Evan, Maybell, Mirole, and Fayna whom Evan gathered to conquer the dungeon.
“This is enough. The fact that Ms. Fayna and I are in the party already overpowers us.”
Giga Drill Maximum, which Diokas showed in his last moment…although she was overwhelmed by the horns made from sacrificing his spirit, she was strong enough to fight against the Ten Knights. It would be foolish not to leverage such a member.
“B-but…”
“So, let’s divide our group into two. Mirole and I will be group A, and Maybell and Ms. Fayna will be group B.”
“Great, let’s do that!”
Mirole had a sour expression at first, but she approved his suggestion with a bright smile after hearing him out. Evan couldn’t help being bothered with the thought that this innocent girl would soon become that Mirole.
“Master, but can’t I go with you…?”
“Hold it. I can’t send Ms. Fayna alone, and it’s dangerous to leave Mirole away from me.”
“Uwu…”
“Zero…”
Unlike Maybell, who inflated her cheeks, Mirole’s face sparkled more than ever. Evan secretly treated Mirole like trouble, but she didn’t seem to realize that.
[Wait. I also have an objection to your suggestion. The reason behind me accompanying you is to observe you, who has a Demon as your servant, and decide whether you are a threat or not. Splitting like this doesn’t fulfill my goal.]
“But then you can observe Maybell, who is a Demon, instead of me. And, are we not trying to protect Middle Earth? Can’t you postpone your observation of me since we have more urgent things to do?”
[Grrrgh…]
It was difficult to refute his grand statement of saying that it was for the sake of Middle Earth! Fayna ground her teeth and joined Maybell. Maybell flapping her bat wings and Fayna flapping her feather wings created an awkward view.
[Forming a team with a Demon…]
“Old fashioned thought. Personality matters more than appearance, you know!”
“And yet, you like my face the most among other features.”
“But currently, rather than your appearance, I like the content of your pan- Yiick!”
“Shut up.”
Evan ruthlessly covered Maybell’s mouth as she tried to speak dangerous words while twisting her body.
[Demons…endlessly sexually harassing people…!]
Fayna’s cheeks blushed. Unlike her look as a mature lady, her knowledge in that area was like a blank sheet since she was a goddess’s disciple. And Maybell noticed it with a smile.
“Sadly, I can’t be with Master, but…this might be more interesting than I think.”
“Enough already.”
Maybell and Fayna’s team started off right away. Fayna didn’t recognize the existence of the dungeon. Still, as she knew about it, she could easily find the dungeons with her holy power.
“Then we should go, too.”
“Yes…!”
As Mirole ended up being the only person to be with Evan, she held Evan’s hand with a burning emotion that was very far from fighting spirit.
“I have a lot of questions to ask you while we are alone.”
“…Don’t forget that we are in the middle of the dungeon conquest.”
In which direction was this Yo-Ma Great War Zero scenario going? Evan started to follow the path which the spirits were showing. That day, half of the dungeons in the Mother Forest vanished.
