"How’s he?" Lucifer asked when he walked in to find Raj tending to an unconscious Errin, who had stupidly tried taking his life with the intent that that was going to change anything about leaving at midnight to exchange him for his kids.

"He’s stable for now, but i don’t know what else the motherfucker has up his sleeves, so i had to induce sleep on him." Raj said, moving away a bit from where Erin was to face the erratic Lucifer.

Had it been that this wasn’t to save his twin girls, he would have gotten rid of this motherfucker a long time ago, but he reminded himself that he was trying to fix things with Marilyn and killing Erin now wouldn’t help that.

"I heard what happened." Oregon appeared followed by Sakura, who had wanted to come for reasons unknown to him, he just hoped that this isn’t about Adrik, because they had far more important things to worry about than to bother about her obsession with him.

She left the elders to talk, when she sighted Lucifer’s children walk into the room and surprisingly, everyone was stunned by her sudden closeness with Dagan, since he has always been the less approachable person as a result of his strong insightful nature to read people.

"He’s okay, but we have far more important things to discuss like strategizing how to attack in two days time, then there’s also Micheal who.."

Raj tried explaining and when she brought up the discussion of Micheal, Lucifer was pissed off." Micheal is much of a tiny problem to solve compared to Rowan, my army are ready to march when i command.I don’t know about you two."

He spat, he hasn’t always been one to depend on the help of others especially Oregon, who always like him to find favors where he was and had it been that this wasn’t something that was going to affect them all, he would have been a cocky bastard about the idea of helping him.

"If that is what you are worried about, am assuring you that the phantoms need not any training whatsoever." Oregon said proudly, which Raj and Lucifer had forgotten that he’s a ghost and Rowan has no control over him nor his armies.

"Right, that’s true." Lucifer said, before turning over to face Raj." I’m not planning on loosing this war, but unfortunately as silly as it sounds i have much faith in you and Oregon than to trust that the crystal palace would pull up for me."

"Well, that’s where you are wrong, Lucifer." Oregon said, trying to clear something which Lucifer doesn’t understand." The crystal palace aren’t doing this for you, neither are they helping you, Micheal’s threat to kill doesn’t sound like help coming."

"Which is why am worried about having to stick with the two of you, as i don’t trust the strength and agility of your army, I have always done this my way." Lucifer said, rolling his eyes.

"Oh! Please, for once admit it that you are happy to be getting help from the ghost and the witches council, Lucifer." Raj said, making Oregon held in his laughter when he saw that Rah had defeated Lucifer in this one.

The motherfucker thinks that anyone would gladly pull up for him, when he has caused a whole lot of damage to people’s life and caused the downfall of many small kingdom in the underworld, when it’s out of pity and his past connection with him that had him here.

"I have being working on the magic the witch who compelled Alex, and found out what sort of dark magic she used." Raj added, before bringing out her book of magic and specifically explained more on the type of magic that Rowan’s little witch was using and how to counter attack it.

"So, you are saying you are going to tap into the dark magic, when it’s dangerous and can cause you to lose control of yourself." Oregon asked, raising his brow at Raj’s brilliant suggestion like she called it, which was plain stupidity to him." How exactly does that benefit us if Rowan accidentally gets to control you and you turn against us?" He added.

"He can’t." Lucifer intervened with his two arms folded, as he was pre analyzing what Raj said." I will be too busy fighting him for him to have the chance to try converting her over to his side."

"Then what about your little friend, Lucuis and him?" Oregon asked, pointing at the sleeping frame itf Erin.

"There’s the part where Adrik and the others play their part, Erin wouldn’t be a problem because he wouldn’t live to see that day." Lucifer said, nodding his head at Abbadon and his other children who he had gone through with the plan about the big day.

"What about your kids? He’s alive because you have two hours left before midnight to find them, Killing Erin..."

"I’m not killing him, because he would do that on his own, all thanks to Raj." Lucifer said, confusing them further.

"What do you mean?" Raj questioned him.

"You can’t possibly tell me that you would wait for that day to practice using dark magic, when there’s a host you can try that with." He replied, and that was when they understood what he was trying to pinpoint and that made Oregon to start letting him know how bad all these would come out.

"That’s not a good idea, he could die." Oregon said, trying to make him realize that midnight wasn’t near yet and dying Erin would also entail that Rowan,wouldn’t keep to his end of his bargain to hand over his children for Erin.

That would only mean if he listened to Lucifer’s words, because he had been having this eerie feeling about Marilyn’s kids. It wouldn’t be a surprise if Rowan had killed them and ingested their souls, but they were demons and Royal ones at that so they can’t die so easily, but he didn’t want to speculate anything yet.

"Which he will, but not now but it could also make Raj ensure that she has far more control using whatever banned magic, the point is that whichever option we decide to go with, I’m not going to lose, because Rowan is going to die by my hands, he’s not going to hurt anyone else." Lucifer said, sounding serious about his words.

All these while, all it took was a household enemy for the great mischievous king of hell to realize that there was more to doing good, than living the way people criticized him out to be.

"You sound like the Overruler." Oregon teased, making Raj snuck in a breath while Lucifer rolled his eyes, but then his eyes turned red instantly which made the others stand on alert.

"What’s wrong?" Raj asked, looking around their surroundings to see that it was just the three of them with the sleeping Erin, his children were no where to be found along with Sakura so what was the red eyes for?

He wouldn’t be an easy force to reckon with, she only hoped that whatever it is that Mammon did to her would work out, and he wouldn’t read her thoughts.

"Naomi." Raj called out loud.

"Queen mother."Naomi managed to breathe out, before Raj stepped forward to Lucifer.

"She’s not a threat." Raj spoke up for her immediately.

"Says who? Why is she not compelled like the others are?" Lucifer roared, not willing to let her go but after getting nothing from reading her thoughts to check if she was somewhat like a spy, he was having second thoughts.

"I hide." Naomi confessed.

"She’s a very important member of the sisterhood and highly ranked, so she can’t be easily compelled." Raj added, before after much resistance Lucifer let her go as she fell to the flour coughing for air while Raj helped her up.

"Where’s Narika?" Naomi asked.

"Why? So you could strike a chance to slice her throat too?" Lucifer answered for her.

"Let her speak, Lucifer, she might be of help." Oregon said after moments of silent, which made Lucifer roll his eyes then moved away a little bit from where they were.

"Her parents, I watched them being compelled by the Rowan. Rowan, he’s using the humans as his army and is causing chaos on earth, I had to hide..no place was safe, since i couldn’t keep in contact with the others in the sisterhood because i was scared of being found too, so i had to come find Narika." She explained, as Raj rubbed her arm trying to get her to calm down.

"It’s alright, you are fine now." Raj said, hugging her as Naomi did a little dance in her head, that it wasn’t that easy but yet she found her way in without anyone suspecting her and it’s all thanks to Raj.

"Who is he?" She asked, when her line of sight fell on Erin, as if she had no idea that he’s the said Seth that was meant to find.

Raj had to look at Oregon, they both communicated between themselves with their eyes, before Raj replied." An injured guard."she said, before adding,"Come on, let’s get you a room to rest."

Naomi nodded her head before leaving with Raj, but not without her eyes locking on that of Lucifers which made her look away immediately, he’s scary but what’s scarier is her losing Hendrix if her plan flops.
