"What the hell do you think you are doing?"Narika went after Lucifer, after he had given the order to start preparation for Erin to bring back Marilyn from the dead.

The idea didn’t sound good to her, she was a human before she got involved in all these, and science couldn’t really explain that one could rise from the dead, without cheating the laws of nature.

So, him trying to do that to Marilyn using dark magic which was what made Rowan the way he was, was clearly not a good option. But then, Raj hasn’t actually had any problem with what he was trying to do, as long as doing that would make him remember that he has a fight to win.

Her aim was to avenge the death of one of the sisters, but at the same time she didn’t really keep quiet about all these coming to backfire back in Lucifer once the crystal palace hears of this, it would also complicate matters for him, but she has no choice.

Which was plain stupid, everyone had a choice except Erin, who had told Lucifer all he had to do to get Marilyn back, it was the same process that he used to help his father live off other people’s life forces until he got his own back.

Except that just like it had complications with his father, which was his excessive bloodlust. No one really knows the consequences it would have on Marilyn who was human.

But Lucifer doesn’t care, all he wanted was to see Marilyn back on her two feets and she won’t live to see that happen, to see Marilyn turn into a monster because of him.

"What you are doing isn’t going to yeild positive results, Lucifer and you know that too." She added, making Lucifer hiss at her words.

Had it been that Ares would go crazy if he does something to her, he would have locked her and her loudmouth up, so that he could get things done before any of them goes off to snitch to the crystal palace what he’s about to do.

This was discreet information that no one actually knows about, except the rest of them that were here and surprisingly, for the very first time Raj and Oregon weren’t trying to stop him from doing something and Narika is the one trying to stop him.

He stumped his feet vexingly before turning to face her," Do you have any idea what it feels like to lose something precious to you?"

Narika nearly scoff at his words, so much for him trying to lecture her about what it felt like losing something precious, when he was the one who literally tried to separate her and Adrik, and now the table is turned around he’s expecting her to be cool with him.

"Seriously? I didn’t really imagine that this day would come, when you will have a taste of your own medicine. You caused me a lot of pains."

"This time it’s not about you, Narika. I have a lot to do to Marilyn which starts with fixing things between the two of us." He said, regretting his actions with her. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to hide his emotions and she could see that truly he was feeling bad for what he had done.

"Well, you can start fixing things by telling her real husband that she’s dead." Narika closed the space between them."You forced her here with you, Lucifer. Separated her from her real family, and i wouldn’t be surprised if her daughter is dead because of your deal with Rowan."

"I care about her, Narika. I wasn’t actually going to let someone i want with another man." Lucifer said trying to justify his love.

"Incase it never really crossed your mind, she’s married and had kids, and look what that caused you. You lost her, and your kids. Rowan is going to kill them and you know that too."

Lucifer smirked, before saying." It doesn’t matter, once she’s awake we can have as many kids as she wants and if truly the kids are dead, Erin is never making it out of here alive, now you can stop being judgemental and go console your mate, he looks pathetic." Lucifer says, referring to Adrik, who shut everyone out. 𝘧𝓇ℯℯ𝑤ℯ𝘣𝓃ℴ𝓋𝑒𝑙.𝑐𝘰𝑚

He knew about what he’s trying to do and didn’t say a word about it. The moment Narika looked at how heartbroken and sad he looked she sighed.

"If we are together in getting rid of Rowan, I would suggest you get him back to his senses. My army needs someone to guide them." Lucifer says lastly, before leaving her to go where Marilyn layed ignorant of what was happening around her.

Erin had chains around his ankle to keep him from running, the chains were specially induced with Lucifer’s powers so he wouldn’t be able to run if he wanted to, he was a prisoner here.

Raj was being assisted by him, and being who he was, it took a whole lot of patience in her not to hurt him. He was being a total douchebag and maybe turning him into furniture in Lucifer’s kingdom, does sound like a good way to trap him in case his father sends a spy to get him out.

"So, how does it actually feels like to try dark magic? Don’t you feel like you are getting yourself deep into trouble helping Lucifer? The lawmakers.."

"That’s it, can you stop being stupid for once, it does look good on you but try to enjoy the rest of time you have before you die." Raj said, rolling her eyes at him before making sure that everything was good for what they were about to do.

"He’s going to get me out of here, you know that right?" Erin boasted about his father, if only he knew what was running across his father’s mind, but he was trying to hide his nervousness because knowing how obsessed his father was about this war with Lucifer, he wouldn’t give that up for him or anyone.

So, just like Raj has said, it might be better to enjoy the rest of the time he has left before he gets his life taken away from him.

"Please, tell him that this is stupid."Naeina approached Oregon, with the hope that he’s the reasonable one who is going to talk Lucifer out of what he’s doing.

"It’s not entirely a bad idea, what he’s trying to do." Oregon said, looking at Raj and Lucifer who has refused to leave Marilyn’s side.

The beast has finally being tamed, but it’s only sad that it caused Marilyn her death to do that, but there was still hope that she might wake up.

"What do you mean by that?"Narika asked and he looked away from Lucifer to have her attention." Marissa didn’t ascend."

"What does that mean?" Narika was confused.

"If truly she’s dead, she’s supposed to be a ghost by now, and should have ascended to heaven or hell depending on her actions when she was alive, but she hasn’t ascended so that’s why Raj didn’t put up a fight to help Lucifer bring her back."

"So, you are saying she’s not dead?"

"It’s likely to be, I’m suspecting Lucifer’s blood which she has been taking might have kept her alive, but her heart not beating is what’s confusing us since she’s a human."Oregon added, looking back to see that Raj had started the process.

"So, does that mean she’s not going to be a human any longer? Does Lucifer’s blood do that?" Narika bombard him with questions that he had no more answers with, as she suggested that they they wait and hope that whatever idea Erin gave them would work out.

Ares wasn’t here with them, he’s keeping guard on his grandfather, Alex Singh who hasn’t woken up after passing the message Rowan sent him to relay to Lucifer.

Thankfully, Raj was able to counter the spell the witch used to compelled him. So, he’s back to his senses but he’s not up yet.

So, it was just the adult’s here, hoping that Erin didn’t lie to them and trying to fuck them over, but when nothing happened to Raj yet, they knew that it was a good sign.

Everything was going fine, until Raj snapped out of the subspace she was in which made everyone look at her concerned.

"Did it work?" Lucifer asked, his heart in the pit of his stomach when he saw that Marilyn wasn’t moving her body yet.

"Yeah, I suppose. She’s ..." Raj tried explaining, but when Marissa gasped, and took in a breathe before trashing where she was as if something was holding her captive from standing up, Lucifer rushed to her.

"It’s me, Marilyn. It’s okay, I’m here now."He cooed.

"Lucifer." She called, crying before hugging him as everyone let out a deep breathe to relax their mind.

It worked.

She’s alive and ..okay, so far from what they were seeing, she hasn’t done anything out of the ordinary to say that the dark magic was controlling her.

So, does that mean that everything is back to the way it is?
