Naked Sword Art-Chapter 334: Xiao Jing’s Grievances
Xiao Fang’s hair was ragged, clothes torn, and body chained, but still he exuded the airs of a prince.
"We may be related by blood, but not by name. Just call me, Fang," Xiao Fang said nonchalantly.
Although Xiao Jing had her reasons to be mad at him, he had no reason to be mad at her. Seeing his passiveness, Xiao Jing couldn’t help but feel like Xiao Fang wasn’t taking her seriously.
"Instructor Chu, take the Elder outside. I wish to speak to Fang alone."
"But Young Miss, I-" the Elder said wanting to change her mind, but Chu Piao stopped him before he could say another word.
"Elder, please come with me. Let’s give Xiao Jing some time alone with her brother. I’m sure they have a lot to discuss."
The Elder was reluctant to leave, but after Chu Piao whispered something to him, then he calmly complied.
"Very well. We’ll be waiting outside. Shout if you need us," the Elder calmly said before leaving with Chu Piao.
Chu Piao gave Xiao Fang a look before they left, then Xiao Fang nodded as if they were having a subtle understanding.
Chu Piao was always like a brother to Xiao Fang even now they could tell that their bond was still there.
As soon as the doors to the cell closed, Xiao Jing immediately took her sword out of her pouch then pressed it onto Xiao Fang’s chest.
"You have absolutely no idea how much I suffered because of you. Give me a reason why I shouldn’t kill you right now."
Xiao Fang didn’t react, so she continued to speak.

"Do you think I’m joking?! Every single day I was treated like trash in the Chaos sect. Nobody wanted to see me, nobody wanted to talk to me, nobody wanted to even acknowledge that I existed. Not even my own father wanted me, he chose a cripple like you over me. Can you even imagine what it was like to get bullied by the people there? How many times I tried to kill myself only to be brought back to life with their twisted methods. If only you were never born, I would’ve grown up here with people that love me as much as they love you. I hate you. I hate that you exist. This is all your fault!"
Xiao Jing’s tone was dark and there was no shred of mercy in her eyes. Xiao Fang in his current state seemed to be nothing but a wounded dog, arrogantly raising his head above hers. Looking at him just aggravated her even more.
Xiao Fang continued to stand tall, unaffected by her words because they had no significance to him. She might’ve been his half sister, but she was still just a stranger in his eyes.
Xiao Fang finally turned his head down as if to look down at her through his blindfold, then opened his mouth as if to speak, but Xiao Jing didn’t wait to hear his words, she only wanted to see him bleed.
With her hands trembling, she pressed the blade against his chest, trying harder and harder to at least penetrate his skin. To her shock, his body was much tougher than she ever expected.
This was not a body that was tempered simply by training, but hardened by steel.
"Do you think you have what it takes to be a Divine Swordsman?" Xiao Fang asked. "Even a sword as great as the one you hold is no different than a twig when wielded by an amateur. You’ll never be able to cut me like that."
"But how," Xiao Jing couldn’t understand.
What she didn’t know was that countless cuts from his father’s sparring session everyday had toughened his body to an unimaginable degree. Furthermore, he had practiced the Divine Sword method all the way up to the Profound Body Realm. So unless she used a sword strengthening technique like [ Iron Cutting Iron ] to strengthen her blade, she’d never be able to leave a mark on his body.
Xiao Jing pushed harder and harder but to no avail. And just as she was about to give up, Xiao Fang jerked his shoulder forwards, making the sword shoot straight back into her body, the hilt hitting her directly on the chest. The sword dropped as she took a couple steps back, seeing him now she understood one thing, Xiao Fang wasn’t the weak cripple the rumors in the Chaos sect made him out to be.
"Do you want to see them dead?" Xiao Fang asked.
"What?"
"You asked me to give you a reason, now I did. The people that bullied you, I assume you would like to see them dead. I was already planning on going to the Chaos sect. Give me their names, if I cross paths with any of them along the way, I’ll kill them."
Xiao Jing looked at Xiao Fang with a dumbfounded expression on her face. She couldn’t tell if he was being serious or not. Truthfully, if Xiao Fang was really planning to go to the Chaos sect to kill the people that bullied her, she thought there was no chance he would make it out alive. This was like killing two birds with one stone, but she had no reason to believe that he would really go on that suicide mission for her, so she asked him,
"Why are you going to the Chaos Sect?"
Xiao Fang didn’t care if she knew so he told her the truth,
"My mother was sent there in exchange for you. I plan to get her back."
"You’re crazy. Do you even know what the Chaos sect is like? You won’t even make it in, much less make it out," Xiao Jing said.
"I’ll figure it out along the way. Besides, I won’t be alone. Isn’t that right Chu Piao."
"Huh?" Xiao Jing said confused, but then she heard a voice coming from behind her and she immediately understood.
"A chance to infiltrate and kill as many Chaos sect members as I like, that’s a suicide mission you know I can’t miss," Chu Piao suddenly said standing behind Xiao Jing.
"Chu Piao!" Xiao Jing said angrily as she stomped her foot. "I thought I told you to wait outside!"
"I apologize little Jing, but how irresponsible would it be if I left you alone with a known criminal. Who knows what he would’ve done if I wasn’t here to protect you."
"Brother Piao, I’m insulted," Xiao Fang said sarcastically.
"Protect me from what, can’t you see that he’s completely restrained. And how were you able to sneak up on me like that anyway?"
Chu Piao smiled wearily, the truth was that he was just being nosey.
"Chu Piao is exceptionally talented when it comes to erasing his presence," Xiao Fang explained. He knew that was part of the reason why he was so feared in the war grounds despite his young age.
"And as for this," Xiao Fang said, referring to the blade Xiao Jing had pressed against his chest.
"You weren’t the only one that suffered, Xiao Jing. The path of a cultivator is a treacherous one. The more we suffer, the more opportunities we’ll get to grow. If you really envy my life so much, then come take my place in these chains, and gouge out your eyes."
Xiao Fang’s words sent a chill down Xiao Jing’s spine, she heard the stories about how he lost his eyes. Although she envied his life here in this sect, she didn’t want to be a crippled like him.
"Scary," Chu Piao said sarcastically to break the tension. "So when are we going?"
"Tomorrow. Be ready."

Back in Black Paradise Sect, Ruo Shi had gathered all the guild members into the training hall just as Xiao Fang had instructed her to.
"Fang, we’re all here. What did you want to discuss with us?" Ruo Shi asked.
Xiao Fang was shocked because he didn’t expect to hear Ruo Shi’s voice sound so clear. His consciousness was still in his main body in the Divine Sword sect, but he could hear Ruo Shi through his clone as if his consciousness was in the Black Paradise sect as well.
What Xiao Fang didn’t know was that by practicing the [ Soul Devouring ] method, he was slowly developing the skills to use the [ Clone Vessel ] technique to its full potential.
Sending his consciousness to the clone he had in the Ancestral Training Ground, he simultaneously felt as if he was in 3 places at once.
’Amazing,’ he thought.
"Fang, are you asleep?" Ruo Shi asked.
"Mn, I’m awake," he replied.

"What’s this about?" Ye Mind suddenly asked.
Scanning the room, Xiao Fang could sense that his guild members were all present, including Elders Jiang Mei, Su Yun, and Chu Yan.
[ Guild members: Ye Ming (rank 43), Yan Mei (rank 77), Lai Yun (rank 87), Zhao Pan, Peng Ting, Ruo Shi, Yuan Fei ]
Not wasting any time, Xiao Fang stood up then said,
"There are a few things I need to announce, but first…"
Xiao Fang walked over to the side of the Training Hall, then began to inscribe a technique on the wall none of them were familiar with. However, it didn’t take long for them to figure it out.
’Technique name: Solid Clone’
