My Yandere Harem Doesn't Accept No-Chapter 15: The Deal
The door to the room burst open.
Evelyne walked in without bothering to close it behind her, her face completely expressionless and her steps firm.
The other four girls were right there.
Saoirse, sitting on the edge of an armchair with her legs crossed and her hands resting on her knees.
Sera was standing by the window with her arms crossed over her chest, looking outside with a relaxed expression.
Aveline was reclining in another armchair at the back, a book open on her lap, though she clearly wasn’t reading.
And Serelis was leaning against the wall on the opposite side, her gaze fixed on some point on the floor.
All of them looked up when Evelyne entered.
Aveline was the first to speak, slowly closing the book and setting it aside.
"Did you see anything?" she asked in her usual calm tone, without any urgency in her voice.
The other three immediately turned their attention to Evelyne.
She didn’t respond right away.
Instead, she raised her right hand and tossed the binoculars she had been holding directly onto the armchair, where they bounced off before falling to the floor with a dull thud.
Sera raised an eyebrow. "Well?"
Evelyne exhaled slowly, her shoulders slightly tense.
"I saw him with his friend." she said at last, in a neutral tone, though with a hint of contained frustration. "Reid."
"And...?" Serelis asked coldly, not taking her eyes off her.
Evelyne pressed her lips together for a second before speaking.
Then her expression changed completely.
Her eyes darkened in a way that didn’t quite match her usually calm face, and a small, tense smile appeared on her lips.
It wasn’t a happy smile.
It was the kind of smile that made it clear she didn’t like something at all.
"...And with a bitch from an upper year."
The atmosphere in the room shifted instantly.
Sera stopped looking out the window and turned her head toward Evelyne with narrowed eyes.
Saoirse stiffened on the edge of the armchair, her fingers pressing lightly into her own knees.
Aveline slowly sat up, her expression no longer neutral, but beginning to tilt toward something darker.
And Serelis simply stayed still, but the air around her seemed to grow heavier.
Sera was the first to speak.
"How does that bitch dare talk to my man?"
Her voice came out lower than usual, with a tone that completely contrasted her usual cheerful attitude. 𝒇𝓻𝓮𝓮𝙬𝙚𝒃𝒏𝓸𝙫𝒆𝙡.𝓬𝓸𝒎
Aveline glanced at her.
"Your man?" she repeated, with a smile that didn’t reach her eyes.
Sera turned her head toward her.
"Yes. My man."
The tension rose another level.
Saoirse slowly raised a hand, as if she wanted to intervene before things got worse.
"Girls..." she murmured calmly, though it clearly sounded forced. "Remember the deal."
The intention to calm things down was clear.
But something else that was also obvious, even without any of them saying it out loud, was that each of them would be perfectly capable of killing one another just to be the only one with the boy they loved.
The only reason they didn’t was because of that deal.
Whatever it was.
Evelyne let out a short, dry laugh.
"The deal..." she murmured to herself, her eyes still darkened. "Right. The deal."
Sera stared at her.
"Do you have something to say?"
Evelyne met her gaze without backing down even a centimeter.
"Nothing you’re not thinking too."
Before Sera could respond, a cold voice cut through the conversation.
"Enough."
Serelis had stepped away from the wall and was walking toward the center of the room with slow, deliberate steps.
The aura around her was completely threatening.
She didn’t raise her voice, but she didn’t need to.
When she reached the others, she looked at them one by one with a serious expression that didn’t tolerate stupid games.
"You’re here for a reason." she said in a low, serious tone. "So don’t fuck it up now."
She paused briefly, then her gaze turned even colder.
"Because if you do... I’ll kill you myself so Lyan can be mine alone."
The silence that followed was absolute.
None of the other four said anything, but neither did they look away.
Sera looked at her with narrowed eyes and a tense smile on her lips.
Saoirse had her jaw clenched and her fingers digging into her own knees.
Aveline had fully stood up, her arms crossed over her chest and a neutral expression that didn’t quite hide the killing intent behind it.
And Evelyne simply smiled with that same broken smile as before.
Then, slowly, the five of them began to exchange glances.
They didn’t say anything.
But the message was clear.
Each of them was willing to do whatever it took.
But the deal kept them in line.
For now...

Lyan sneezed suddenly.
Making Reid, who was walking beside him, stop and look at him with some concern.
"Did you catch a cold or what?" he asked, raising an eyebrow.
Lyan rubbed his nose with the back of his hand and shook his head.
"No... I just felt like someone was talking about me."
Reid looked at him for a moment, processing his answer.
Then he let out a short laugh.
"That’s some confidence, saying that."
The voice came from behind.
Lyan and Reid turned their heads to the side, where Solène was approaching, looking at them with a teasing smile and her arms behind her back.
Lyan could only smile a little awkwardly.
"Well..."
Reid let out another laugh, and the girl did too.
Then the three of them kept walking together, laughing about stupid things as they headed toward the inside of the academy, while the sun slowly set.
Without Lyan having the slightest idea of what had happened just minutes earlier in that place.
