"Cleo and Leah are both God’s Chosen?" The old man asked, his tone doesn’t sound disrespectful. After all its the protector he’s doubting at the moment.

"How do you think you managed to survive a fatal blow from Camilla in your fight?" The protector said. "Leah has the God’s Gift: Death. I knew the previous catalyst of that gift, sadly he was no longer with us." she added.

Alger can’t catch a break ever since he arrived at this place. If he is an ordinary old man he might’ve died due to a heart attack right now. He knew there was something Cleo and Leah did that day that saved his life but he was not 100% certain so he didn’t dig any deeper.

"Brusgror Bronzebeard was one as well, he have the God’s Gift: The Tower, but even he didn’t stand a chance alone against this creatures." The protector said while pointing at the corpse on the table. "This is also the reason why I want to gather all the God’s Chosen, at least the ones I’m aware of. As of now, my people is escorting both Cleo and Leah with Siegfried to this place." she added. The playful aura she exuded earlier cannot be felt anymore.

The two of them stand in silence for a moment before someone disturbs it by knocking at the door.

"Protector! Th-they... come... out of nowhere." The orc that escorted Alger earlier said while heavily panting.

"Calm down Urag, catch your breath." The protector advised.

"Th-this thing, they’re in here." Urag said while pointing at the corpse on the table after calming himself down.

"What do you mean exactly?" The protector asked with a confuse reaction on her face.

"The Hallows Guild and our soldier is currently at a skirmish with them outside your domain." Urag said with a grim face.

Alger whose standing beside the protector and heard all the reports clench his fist in rage.

"Protector if you would excuse me." Alger asked politely however he didn’t wait for the protector’s reply but instead rush towards the location of his guild mates that are currently fighting the unknown creature he saw for the first time earlier. As a guild leader his pride will not allow him to let his guild mates fight by themselves, let alone against an unknown creature they don’t really have a knowledge about.

"Go, follow Alger, Urag." The protector ordered. Her fangs starts growing slowly.

Urag just made a quick bow before following the old man that was rushing to the huge gate.

"Alger! Its faster this way!" Urag called when he finally catches up at the old man.

Alger without hesitation changes his direction and follows Urag.

While the two of them are running towards a different location, a deafening roar caught both of their attention. Upon looking at the source above the sky they saw a majestic looking scarlet dragon hovering the sky. Her wings almost blocks their view of the clear sky. After a few minutes a dozens of dragons follows the Scarlet Dragon.

Alger wants to revel at the rare sight he’s witnessing however he doesn’t have that luxury right now since his guild mates needs his help against the unknown creatures that invades the protector’s domain.

After for almost 15 minutes of nonstop running towards the gate, Alger and Urag finally arrived their destination where they saw a scene that Alger only saw at the great war he once fought at.

Fortunately most of the guild mates he brought with him are at their 2nd Job and they somehow outnumbers the humanoid creatures with four tentacles by their mouths with the help of the protector’s own troops.

"Royal Spirit!" Alger shouted, a huge golden knight that wields two great sword appear behind his back. Once his guild mates saw the signature move of their guild leader, their morale suddenly went up.

However before Alger can jump into the fray. A Scarlet Dragon swoop down and unleash a fiery breath that separates Alger’s guildmates and the protector’s troops from the humanoid creatures.
