My Wife is a Hidden Big Shot-Chapter 80 - 75: Boxer Goes Live
Who knew Master Rory was so popular? The moment he logged in, he was flooded with a ton of friend requests.
The small pop-up windows nearly covered the entire screen.
Zeke Quincy immediately taught Aurora Sinclair how to block friend requests, then led her to the Assassin Master, Miles Roman.
The Sanctum of Assassins, which was usually deserted, was now packed with all sorts of players, and the Assassin Master, Miles Roman, was completely mobbed.
"Aurora, this might be Miles Roman’s finest hour," Zeke Quincy joked with a smile, leaning over to look at Aurora Sinclair’s computer.
Unlike on his screen, from Aurora Sinclair’s perspective, a giant golden question mark hovered over the Assassin Master’s head.
Aurora Sinclair had Master Rory walk up and click on him.
The screen immediately switched to a cutscene. All the surrounding players vanished, leaving only Miles Roman and Master Rory.
Miles Roman’s voice sounded in the game’s audio: "You have finally come, inheritor. I never thought I would live to see you in my lifetime. This is truly a blessing for our people..."
In a long speech similar to the one from The Flame Queen, he recounted the history of assassins and Boxers to Aurora Sinclair, explaining in detail the skills and class-change conditions for the new Boxer profession.
As it turned out, Aurora Sinclair met all the requirements, so she could change her class early without having to reach Level 60. Moreover, unlike other Boxers, she received two legacy skills from The Flame Queen: Flame Fist and Nirvana Rebirth.
Looking at the rewards Aurora Sinclair received, Zeke Quincy was so envious he wished he could create a new assassin alt-character right away.
On top of the early class change and special skills, she also received the complete Flame Set. Now, her whole character glowed with a dazzling orange light, like a small sun.
’Is this what they call peaking at your debut?’

With the hidden classes for all Seven Great Professions now discovered, the game underwent some major changes.
First, the game’s level cap was raised from Level 80 to 100, allowing all players who were stuck at Level 80 to continue leveling up.
Zeke Quincy used the character experience he had saved up, and with a few quick clicks, his level instantly jumped from Level 80 to Level 86.
Next, two new maps were opened up on the server, adding many new dungeons and quests. Best of all, upon reaching Level 85, players could now use a Spatial Rift to explore the Alternate Dimension.
This Alternate Dimension, much like The Grand Arena, would allow experts from all servers to team up and explore together.
Finally, the assassin class gained a new advancement at Level 60: the Boxer. This meant assassins no longer had to stick with their pathetic single-track progression to the very end.
Now, every profession had a new class option, which would lead to new priorities in how players chose their skills. This was because starting from Level 60, a character’s six basic attributes would automatically skew toward different specializations.
For example, Zeke Quincy’s Archery class was now primarily focused on Magic Attack, emphasizing Spirit and Intelligence. The other advanced class, Divine Archer, was based on Physical Attack, emphasizing Strength and Constitution.
Meanwhile, the split for Aurora Sinclair’s assassin and Boxer was between Sword Skill and Fist Technique. The assassin class emphasized Agility and Spirit, while the Boxer class emphasized Agility and Strength.
Zeke Quincy, standing to the side, was eager to be the first to witness the Boxer’s new skills.
Aurora Sinclair opened her skill panel. The 24 exclusive assassin skills had vanished, all of them now replaced with exclusive Boxer skills.
Zeke Quincy’s eyes instantly widened, and he was a little dumbfounded.
"What is this? Why do they all look like the Basic Boxing Skill?"
He watched as Aurora Sinclair clicked on the exclusive skills one by one and suddenly felt that this new class was a bit of a rip-off.
Unlike the continuous attack skills of other classes, these were all individual martial arts moves, like Upper Strike, Horizontal Kick, Left Hook, Right Hook, Grapple, Backflip...
’Aren’t these just Basic Fighting Skills when you put them all together?’
Zeke Quincy was on the verge of a breakdown. These skills were even more useless than the assassin’s, and their execution was much more difficult.
"Aurora, why don’t we spend the 10,000 gold to switch you back to an assassin!" Zeke Quincy said, too exasperated to complain. He was already thinking about sending her the 10,000 gold.
Aurora Sinclair shook her head and said happily, "This is great."
Then, she casually tapped a few keys, and the Boxer on the screen immediately unleashed a powerful and impressive series of combo punches.
Zeke Quincy stared at her, speechless for a moment.
’Fine! The girl’s been training in martial arts since she was a kid!’

Meanwhile, a miserable Beta Morgan was logging into the game account his master had given him in District Twelve of "Conquest of Glory" to level it up. To make matters worse, he was stuck leveling life skills.
"Conquest of Glory" had three life professions: Tailor, Forging Master, and Pharmacist.
His master had ordered him to max out all three professions, as he was planning to craft medicine and equipment for Aurora Sinclair.
So, while everyone else was busy raising their character levels, Madam Whitlock began scouring the maps for all sorts of materials, brewing potions, crafting equipment, and raising his life skill levels. He had successfully transformed from a flashy healer-dad into a hardworking logistics-dad, handling all the support for his "daughter."
To get rid of the surplus low-level equipment and potions, Madam Whitlock started giving them away for free to the new players and alts in the [Apex Dominion] guild, earning their adoration.
Gradually, Madam Whitlock’s generosity began to displease several of the guild’s veteran players.
They were also life-skill players who normally sold their crafted equipment and potions on the market. Madam Whitlock’s actions were severely damaging their bottom line.
On top of that, the new players had been hyping up Madam Whitlock as the server’s number one Healer, which annoyed some of the veteran players who were on good terms with Lorraine. As a result, the guild gradually split into two factions.
One faction consisted of the veterans, led by Lorraine; the other was the newcomers, led by Madam Whitlock. The two sides frequently argued over the title of the guild’s number one Healer.
