My Super Sassy Dad: Stop Running Away, Mrs. Quinn!-Chapter 470: What Kind of Surprise Will She Give Him
In his heart, Kiki Sutton was just like those women, extremely similar to those who had been in his bed.
He satisfied their material needs, and they satisfied his physical desires. It was a win-win situation, and maybe they could even use their relationship with him to climb the social ladder and become fiercely popular stars.
Kiki bit her lip. She didn’t like these luxurious things, but she feared being different from the women Ashton Young knew would make him despise her, so she acted just like those women.
Chasing vanity, using him to climb up, now everyone in the company knew she was tied to Ashton Young, and deep down, everyone knew what was happening, but she had indeed used Ashton to climb higher.
Now her schedule was packed for a year, and she no longer had to be idle like before, waiting on others’ faces.
"No need, I’ve already bought enough today," Kiki said with a smile, pointing to the items Ashton was holding for her.
Ashton smiled gently, leaned over, and kissed her forehead. "Then how about we find a place to rest later? Do you prefer something romantic or thrilling?"
Ashton’s words were laced with continuous hints.
"Anything is fine," Kiki didn’t mind. She just smiled, everything was okay for her.
The two figures walked further away, and Melody Thorne’s gaze turned colder. Knowing Kiki for so long, she still had no idea what Kiki truly thought.
She wasn’t a woman who chased after vanity.
The driver quickly returned to the car with the food Timmy liked and drove away.
"Where do you want to go tonight?" Jared Quinn leaned back on the rear seat, resting with his eyes closed, and asked casually.
Melody Thorne gave him a side glance, "Are you a worm in my stomach?"
She only looked twice, and he already guessed something.
Jared squeezed her small hand, "As long as it’s something you like or catches your attention, I’ll notice it."
"Then let’s stay at a hotel tonight? It’s been a long time since I stayed at a hotel, and I heard that The Maple Crest Hotel is exceptionally good," Melody said with bright, clear eyes.
Knowing full well her intentions and thoughts, Jared just responded with an "Mm."
Evening.
Melody deliberately booked a hotel room on the same floor as Kiki and Ashton Young’s.
Ashton had drunk a lot, glass after glass, not only was Kiki a bit drunk, but he was too.
"Not bad with drinking," Ashton said, holding Kiki’s chin, his gaze hazy.
Kiki poured him a full glass again and flattered him like those women often did, "It’s still President Young who can hold his liquor well, drinking so much and not getting drunk."
Ashton casually tore off his tie and tossed it onto the sofa, feeling a bit impatient...
Seeing through his intention, Kiki stood up, "I’m going to shower."
"Not together?"
"Next time," Kiki entered the bathroom.
Ashton stared at the bathroom door, watching Kiki go in and close the door behind her. He liked this kind of woman, who was both coyly seductive and shy, just his type.
Turning to look out the window, the neon lights flickered, cars flowed like water, the wine glass emptied then filled, filled then emptied.
Gradually, things became hazy in front of Ashton’s eyes. Turning around, the sound of the shower had stopped. He rubbed his forehead and went ahead into the bedroom, collapsing onto the large bed inside, quietly waiting for whatever surprise the woman in the bathroom would bring him later.
