My Scheming Little Devil-Chapter 60: Bandit Style_1
Oh no, those two teaming up would be an absolute disaster.
He looked with disgust at the grimy human trafficker. Ugh, the last thing he wanted to do was strip him down. Gross.
He was a genius who graduated from one of the world’s most prestigious engineering schools after all.
He immediately made a call for backup.
By now, Third Young Master Jun had lost interest in the matter and cradled the little girl, heading for his car.
The human trafficker, still oblivious of his fate, tried to stop him but got kicked away by Feiyu.
"You dare touch Third Young Master, you have a death wish. Not even knowing when to run from the King of Hell."
The car sped down the road, with the driver at the wheel.
"Third Young Master, didn’t you dislike kids?" Feiyu looked back from the passenger seat. The sight of Third Young Master Jun interacting with a child looked eerily harmonious, causing goosebumps to spring up on Feiyu’s arms.
Third Young Master usually had very little patience for kids. But now, he was surprisingly in the mood to entertain one. It was like the sun had risen from the west.
This was definitely a miracle.
"It’s because most kids are dumb, fragile, innocent, and downright boring."
Third Young Master Jun watched the little girl playing on his tablet, feeling unexpectedly patient and entertained.
"But she is different, she is very interesting."
"Not just interesting, she’s downright mischievous!" Feiyu couldn’t help but comment.
Truly, he had never seen such a naughty little one. With her bold personality, she would surely be trouble when she grew up, and she would be dangerously beautiful - her angelic face was heart-stoppingly beautiful.
If you ignored her crafty swirling eyes, she looked like an innocent angel.
"Third Young Master, she’s quite similar to you, just as wicked and crafty..."
Realizing he had spoken out of turn, Feiyu quickly clamped his mouth shut and pretended to look elsewhere.
Third Young Master narrowed his eyes dangerously.
"Feiyu! Seems like your tongue has grown a lot lately, perhaps it’s time to trim it.
"Hehe, I’ll be careful next time."
The little girl, now tired from playing, rubbed her eyes and fell asleep, her head slowly drifting and resting on Third Young Master Jun’s shoulder.
Third Young Master Jun scowled.
The atmosphere suddenly grew tense.
Feiyu’s heart pounded, fearing the worst.
Third Young Master hated it when people leaned on him, and this little girl, who was too beautiful for her own good, risked angering him and getting tossed out of the car.
"Should I move her to the front seat?" he offered hastily.
Third Young Master Jun glanced at the little girl, sound asleep and leaning on him as if it were the most natural thing in the world.
Her delicate face, her confident expression, he hesitated to push her off him.
As much as he disliked children, he didn’t find this soft little girl leaning against him entirely unpleasant.
"Nevermind, let her sleep."
Feiyu stared in shock. What? The Third Young Master actually let it go? Surely, the sun had risen from the west today.
This kid had some charm, to be able to have the Third Young Master seeing her in a different light.
"Wait, we didn’t ask where she lived, what her parents’ names are. How are we going to send her home?" Feiyu slapped his head in realization.
Third Young Master Jun raised an eyebrow lazily: "Why would we want to send her back?"
"If we don’t send her back, are we going to keep her? She’s not related to us in any way." Feiyu was baffled. Third Young Master’s reaction wasn’t right. Was he really not planning on returning her?
"I found her, so she’s mine." The young master said haughtily.
Feiyu was stunned. Was he serious?
Finders keepers? That’s no way to behave, it’s more like a robber. She’s a child, not a stray cat or dog. Even a stray should be returned to its rightful owner!
You don’t just pick up a kid off the street and claim her as your own. If he wanted a child that much, he should have his own.
What about her worried parents?
"But Third Young Master, her parents must be worried sick. Suddenly losing a child... they’ll be distraught."
